Very professional and friendly
my girlfriend and I moved from Stanhope to blairs town. Found Vernays website and filled out an online form. Had a response in minutes and a quote minutes later Moving day Rich and his helper did not get his name showed up on time, Rich introduced himself, both guys were polite and helpful the job was done with care and efficiency. They took some things that were not on the list and took extra care of the things that needed it. When it came time for the bill it was adjusted down by almost half due to less movers than quoted and less time. They could have charged quote price but they did the right thing Thank you for making a stressful move less stressful

It was a great move overall great service, i was explained everything prior to move. The customer service was great and the movers make sure everything was packed and moved safely. I did had to pay extra for some boxes 75.00 Thank You and will use again if needed

customer service was of no help at all
VERY EXPENSIVE AND UNPROFESSIONAL I agree with the a other reviewer. This movers are very unprofessional and expensive. There is no free boxes and charge us extra 50 for 2 TVs to be extra wrap with bubble wrap. However, they only wrap one of them and still charge the same. The charge is 255 for 3 hours 85 for extra hour and offer 5 off for military discount. I pack everything myself in boxes to make sure all they do is load and unload to save money. I called and negotiated the price. Unfortunately, there is no written quote and when I asked about it when they arrive they told me it is all good and that they have it written to the same price we where quoted. Total move is 3 hours from 6-9pm when their tuck arrive to the new house we are moving into and before they can unload, I got really busy with prepping and helping them out that they decided to haggle with my passive husband to pay them 600.00 and convince him that it was the best price in town. I did not know all this until they left. I called and of course no answer It is true they have no business etiquette and good costumer service. They speak in their own native tongue Russian and when they are talking in English with me they start making fun of my husband that was watching my infant while we are moving. They have no courtesy and very expensive they will haggle you with money and YES, no military discount and free packing supply and boxes that was just gimmicks maybe even write their own review to give 5 stars SO BEWARE

Vosco Moving Austin
Excellent Work
I have used Vosco Moving twice now. Once in 2011 to move to Austin from New Braunfels. And again, recently, from Austin to my home in Leander. Both times the guys were personable, and took great care in my belongings and did a great job. Anytime I know someone is moving, I recommend Vosco to them. Now that I own a home, I hope to never move again. But if I had to, Id be using Vosco again.

No respond to my request
No show on delivery day, even though we were confirmed the day before. We were given no explanation because they were not even picking up their phone anymore. Several hours into the late evening and bad back later, we left a message for them to cancel.

US Relocation Systems
guys were careful with my stuff
I used US Relocation for a move from SoCal to NorCal and even though I booked with them a week before my schedule move out date but they were able to successfully schedule me in and get some local movers to help out. Just FYI US Relocation is NOT the actual moving company but the company that schedules everything for you and gets a third party moving company to do the labor. All in all, smooth moving process and everyone was very helpful and responsive. You should call your moving coordinator for the payments rather than paying the movers directly.

crew failed to take responsibility
This company was a disaster. Agent not properly trained. Packers were drinking on the job. Lots of broken pieces and they even lost an essential part of a custom bed for which they denied my claim. I even had a partial load go to a completely different city 1000 miles away. Unpacking was even more disastrous. Do not use this company.

easy and fast service
My entire family was delighted with the services of United Royal Van Lines during our move. From the very beginning to the end, we worked with very friendly and helpful guys. Their dedication to the work plus their unmatched skills was on show as they managed to get the job done within the set timelines despite having to deal with unforeseen circumstances the sofa and the bed were too large to pass through the door. I regard these guys as a genius because they were able to disassemble skillfully the items that needed to be disassembled. They expertly wrapped everything, loaded them into the truck very artistically and upon delivery, they took it as their responsibility to reassemble the things they had disassembled. By the end of the move, everything was perfectly in its place. Everybody at United Royal whom we interacted with including the moving coordinator Arthur had a good sense of humor and it transformed the moving from being stressful to being enjoyable. When the truck carrying our things was caught up in a traffic jam, they handled the situation very skillfully and maturely. They were able to navigate through the situation without stressing us because they are very good communicators and called from the office to update us about the progress. Even with such difficulties, URVL were still able to deliver our stuff on time and us thus we had absolutely no time to start stressing over the safety of our things. When it came to payment, this is where we were surprised, in a good way Their charges were very reasonable and very low compared to other movers. When compared to the quality of service that we received, the pricing was way below what we had expected. My husband was very happy to get such quality work at such a low price, our children were happy to have their things at the other end and I was particularly for the timeliness of the delivery because I was reporting to work the day after. Highly recommendable.

If I could give negative stars I would, be warned this is the shittiest company ever, they promise one thing and then lie, while holding your stuff hostage. They demand more money then then asked for to begin with along with braking your shit. Customer Service is horrid. Our situation we even had to call the cops do to the hostel drive .we gle no compensation for the horrific situation we had been put though. So my advice to you is dont use this company unless you like tossing your money into the trash

good service
URelax was subcontracted by Armstrong Relocation & United Van Lines to do the unload for my cross country move and I was very happy with their service. They were very careful with our belongings and careful to not bang up the house. Our house has very narrow staircases and they had a big challenge getting some of the furniture up, in fact one piece was flat out too big to go around the tight turn. But, they tried as best they could without damaging the house. The unload and furniture set up took about 7 hours total. I hope not to have to move again until I am ready to retire but if I do I would be happy to have this crew manage the load.

These guys are great. I used Upline Moving for a move from The Bay Area to LA and back, so I suppose this review covers two moves. I got the same crew twice and that was Jose, Melvin, Sammy, and Victor. They wrapped my furniture like it was their own, there were no damages, and at the end I bought the guys some pizza. Thank you Upline for two successful moves

Steve has a very large truck and all the equipment to properly pack and move. The crew was so nice
I am happy to share a happy removal experience with SDC. They gave us a fair quote, and everything from packing and pickup to delivery went really well. The crew was so nice and I really appreciate that they listened to me when I gave them instructions about some of my items. SDC was worth my money.

These guys were quick and efficient and protected all my furniture. Would definitely recommend to friends and family. They started by coming a few days before our move to give an estimate and see what materials were needed for packing. Then on moving day they showed up right on time and took the stress out of moving.
