Infinity Van Lines
TOO GOOD!
I had no idea what I was doing when I moved from Tampa, FL to Los Angeles, CA. I googled movers and I read a blog that recommended a few movers including Infinity Van Lines. I sent a bunch of emails and Infinity Van Lines was the first to get back to me. The sales guy walked me through all the way, how many boxes I may have, and gave me an estimate. The company worked with me to get the move done on the exact day and time I needed. The movers arrived early and were so quick and efficient. They were so kind to me and helped with so many little things I did not expect. I could not ask for a quicker turn around. They moved me in to my apartment in Los Angeles quickly and efficiently. The foreman even helped me figure out how to arrange my furniture. The movers and the whole experience were amazing. I would highly recommend Infinity Van Lines!

I was in need of moving guys that will handle my move in a professional manner prior to my Move from Crystal River to Largo, FL. For that reason, I was left with no option that to embark on thorough search for movers on the internet for company that are into long distance moving service. Great jobs deserve recognition so i want to take the time to thank Long Distance van lines for the wonderful job they did with my families move. the service was timely and and very professional. i was impressed with how they crated our TV's and how well they handled our antique furniture. i was worried about damages but turns out there was no need because I got everything delivered safe and sound

My Guys Moving
Smooth, Efficient Move
I don't have a lot to say here, because this 40-mile move within Virginia was efficient and exactly as it should have been. My Guys arrived a couple of minutes before they did, laid down plastic and blankets to protect everything (as promised), and moved everything out of the house in just a few hours. We then caravanned it to my new place and they unloaded it just as planned. Not much more to say than... it worked out fine and it is how a local move should go.

1st Place Moving Company LLC
Awful
I read good reviews for this company...I have only written 1 other review in my life and this one is much needed. Alfonzo was VERY prompt in responded via email up until the move when I then he didn't ask any important questions like what time do you want to move, what's the address, etc.. I had to initiate that. So let's start out by my move being at 8:30. You know when you move, it is often working around other things going on as mine was. Someone called around 9ish saying they had to stop and get more supplies...(I figured that would have already been taken care of). She said about 20 minutes she would be there. After multiple emails to Alfonzo by my husband, which at one point later he told my husband they had to get more supplies (I guess he didn't realize someone already told me that an hour before), they arrived at 10:30. I will say they wrapped furniture and pictures but after we were moved in I found a noticeable nick on a mint condition expensive entertainment center, chunk of wood off my deceased MIL antique, several nicks on another wood piece. They also put a bush trimmer with blades next to my entertainment center in garage and the leg was all scratched. Boxes that were labeled put in the wrong place...and I do admit I did not have them all labeled but many of the ones I did were not put up. To top it all off the actual movers said they new NOTHING about this move until 9:00 am of the moving day AND they had to drive from springdale...So "getting supplies" was a lie. My husband works with public and told Alfonzo if his company messes up they try and fix it...and at that point when they were two hours late he asked for a discount. Needless to say, there were not responses from Alfonzo when that was brought up....Totally disgusted with the whole move. Moving is stressful enough and all of this...made it 10x worse.

Best moving company we've ever used! The team from Infinity Moving was extremely professional and courteous. From the morning call to let us know they were on the way, to their early arrival and early finish, these guys are terrific. Would we use them again? The answer is a resounding YES!!!

Real Deal Van Lines
Awful
Worst customer service I have ever experienced! Our pick up time was 1:30-4. They finally showed up at 6:45-7pm. They didn't finish unloading our belongings until 1am. After unpacking we realized we were missing items. They items were found on the truck and deliverd to us BROKEN! Also we had 5 full Silverado truck loads of stuff left at our old place that we had to move ourselves! The company has refused to work with us to resolve the issue. We were give. 10 an hour discount. Hardly makes up for the experience we have had! Disgusted!

Horrible Experience
The agreed upon arrival was August 1, 2014 for a move from Texas to Pennsylvania. There is a 14 day period in which items can be delivered, according to the contract. The actual delivery date was August 16, 2014, 16 days after the contracted delivery date. When we had called to set the pickup and delivery dates, no one returned our phone calls. We found out that our original representative went on leave for some reason, but no one communicated this to us and our emails and calls were left unreturned. We finally got a hold of her supervisor, and with him we set the pickup and delivery dates, and when doing so he implied that we shouldn't have left it so late to set the dates (we had been calling the company for three weeks with no one returning our calls). At the same time, we wanted to adjust our price quote to reflect the actual inventory we had packed, rather than what we had estimated months previously. The supervisor told us the price the original representative had quoted would remain the same, even though our inventory had increased by quite a bit, but when the movers came to pick up our items the price was significantly higher than quoted. Communication throughout the process was abysmal. We were not contacted about the delay. The only communication occurred when we called to find out where our items were. Dispatch would call the driver to find an estimated delivery date and we were told they would call us back. We never received any calls either from the driver or from dispatch. After our items were delivered on August 16, we found that a large item, an armchair, was missing. We immediately called the driver and he said that the truck was empty, which must have meant the chair was delivered to another customer. The next day we called customer service to try to trace the chair. They would not try to find the chair without receiving a claims form from us. We sent in the claims form and photos of the missing chair (and other damaged items), and we were told

Long Distance Van Lines
Great Job
SO we bought a new home and we have so many important stuff needed to be moved and both me and my husband have a very busy schedule. A friend of mine recommended them so we decided to contact Long Distance van lines, great costumer service, they are very friendly and professional. They listen to all of our instructions and are very resourceful and helpful. They handled our stuff with care and I must admit that its more than I have expected. And the price is very affordable too. I will surely recommend them for my mom who is planning to move in town too. Great job.

But the manner in which they guys sent from Unite Royal Van Lines handled the bigger items we regrettable why we did not ask them to do the entire work. highly recommend this company
I'm quite glad for making my move with Sourdough moving company. I got to shift from the seventh floor of my apartment to my new patio home. The stairway was little narrow for getting out with huge furniture. I was really surprised to see their techniques in lifting equipment well. Very intellectual company I highly recommend this company if you too plan make your move through narrow stairway.

Very pleasant moving experience
UNIPACK Global Relocation is a reliable moving company in my point of view as I had a very pleasant moving experience with them, before which I thought moving is the hectic task I could not manage with. They made my shift very easy as they handled things efficiently. No fuel surcharge, waiting time rates were included. They genuinely charged only for the move.

The Storage Unit Was Not Needful To Me
Prior to my move I thought that I will need to hire a storage unit due to lots of items I needed to move. But, at the end of the day, they storage unit was not needful to me as they guys from United Royal Van Lines came with enough truck that contain my entire property. Less Than Satisfactory
We recently used Imperial Moving for our move from the UES to Weehawken, NJ. I was extremely disappointed with our experience. While they ultimately completed the job and moved our furniture and contents, it was definitely not done without damage and headaches. Knowing that their initial quote over the phone would be a low-ball offer, we requested an on-site visit to get a more accurate quote. After a representative visited us, we were given a more realistic quote that we were satisfied with. However, come moving day, it seemed our sales agent Anthony, did not communicate half of what the representative saw at our on-site visit. The movers didn't even know we had stairs at our new location even though I repeatedly told the sales agent we did. Throughout the move they said they would have to charge us additional for this and for that which ultimately was going to add hundreds of dollars to our initial quote. After some debate we settled on an increase of $150 over our initial quote. This was done mostly because we felt bad that the actual movers (who are doing the back-breaking work) weren't notified about certain characteristics of our new property. Now I don't know if this is standard moving practice, but we had five movers taking furniture/contents out of the old apartment and only three on the other side for the move in. Maybe this is a tactic to increase the overall time it takes to complete the move therefore giving them a reason to charge us more? However, what I was most disappointed with was the un-repairable damage done to a piece of our furniture. This was a dresser that was in the family for years and the huge chunks of wood that were chipped off will never allow it to be restored to its initial condition. Their insurance policy is the standard commercial "$.30/lb” so even if we said the dresser weighs 200 lbs, the most we would receive would be $60. They are the real deal!
I got a better job in Virginia and suddenly decided to relocate there. It was not possible for me to do it alone. I needed the professionals and after my research I booked my move with Global Moving Systems. The sales guy was great to deal with. The pickup guys arrived exactly on time as planned and did a great job of moving the boxes and organizing them exactly how I wanted. In fact, they did it better than I was originally thinking. They are worth it totally!
