Great moving experience
IVL was great with our long distance move California to NJ. We were skeptical at first reading the negative reviews but glad that we booked with them. Although they did charge us by volume and we were warned that that might lead to unreasonable fees during the move but that did not happen and they stuck to the previously quoted 700 cubic feet. All items were delivered safely. Great work

Hart To Hart Moving Co
significantly less stressful move
I guess these movers are under new management because my experience was professional from start to finish. Moving is stressful but I was able to work with them to schedule to my timeframe. They showed up a few minutes early and handled difficult pieces with no problems. Delivery, setup and billing also went just as smooth.

very professional in loading
I have just moved from Portland, OR and had 3 storage units full of my household items. Help U Move came out with 3 trucks we only needed 2, 5 helpers and they were amazing. They are very professional and so careful of my items. They put the boxes where I requested and put my furniture together, including my adjustable bed. If you every need help moving, please do not hesitate to contact them.

Hopkins was great! They recently moved me and were efficient, courteous, and everything went exactly as planned. Everything was placed where I wanted it and not a single thing was damaged in the slightest. They went above and beyond to make sure everything was just as I wanted it. Highly recommend.

Half Price Movers
helpful and hard working
I have hired Half Price for two moves over the last few years. Both times I have been extremely pleased and impressed with how friendly, quick, and professional everyone is. My move today was estimated to take 7 hours, including an hour of drive time from my old home to my new one. Alex and Stormy got my entire move completed in just over four hours. I highly recommend Half Price Movers and will definitely be a repeat customer, should I move again.

we sincerely cannot recommend
Scheduled a date with Hemmen to move our household goods. They sent a truck too small to carry everything and did not have another truck available. Needless to say but do not hire them. This was some time ago but I am still bitter. We filled out a form to give an idea of our total movable goods. We had to move on that day. We were told they were fully booked and could not get another truck for that day. Ended up giving away or trashing valuables.

I am very disappointed. Very bad experience with the lack of commitment agreed when we closed the deal. They supposed to be responsible for everything they packed and it did not happen. They packed my Tv and art wall pieces made by glass with just a blanket ! and of course they would be broken after a long distance moving. Very amateur team. The worst happened when I complained about it , the owner Eli said they the tv glass was not broken outside so even if the tv was not working it was not their fault. In summary , before the moving I had a new and great tv working and now I will have to spend over 1,000 dollars to buy a new one. Unbelievable lack of commitment trying to find excuses for not accomplishing with their mistakes. Not a trustful company owner.

Greg did an amazing job on our move from California to Colorado Our move required two semis and two different dates. For each leg of the move Greg and Hannah were responsive to our needs and questions, no matter how big or small. Our prized possessions were very well cared for and protected in their journey due to the professionalism and expertise of Hanson Moving and storage. Would definitely use them again

HIGHLY RECOMMEND
Handle with Care Moving did a really great job with my latest move, which was quite a complicated one that involved picking up from 3 different locations and dropping off at 2 new homes in different cities. The movers worked super efficiently, their quote was lower than other companies in the area, and their estimated rate ended up pretty spot on. I was impressed with how they handled the complexity of the move and I would definitely work with them again.

overall good services
While I did not wind up going with Gentle Giant for a complicated move, Shane T. was really quick to get me an estimate and a lot of details. He was very nice, what he sent was very thorough and it was exactly the level of service people know GG delivers. My family has used them in the past, and I would definitely contact them again.

They gave a quick and accurate quote based on my estimated amount of stuff and a video walk through I sent them. No up charge at delivery or any of that shady shit. The crew showed up on time and worked quickly. I went for a coffee and came back an hour and a half later and they were loaded up. The crew leader waited for me to make sure they got it all. All good. Delivery was an hour away in Brooklyn and my wife was there. Quick delivery. They put the bed frame back together. Nothing broke. All good. I worked for a moving company each summer when in school so I know what its like and how things work. I could tell they were surprised at how prepared we were lol. They did an excellent job.

worst experience
My daughter hired GT Moving Co, and for the most part the move went well. However, during the move a blender got busted, but we had insurance through GT Moving Co, so we thought we would be ok. Well, its 3 months later, they have not paid our claim, they have not responded to over 7 email requests, and actually told us when I FINALLY got someone on the phone that they had ordered a new blender and it would be delivered within 3 days. That was 3 weeks ago. Still cannot seem to get anyone to accept responsibility. Would NOT recommend using them

Josh and his team came out to move my personal family. As a real estate agent I come across a lot of movers and I chose them to use my personal house. Probably one of the best choices I made. I will for sure refer them to my clients and feel comfortable finally having a mover I can trust will get the job done and make me look good . Dwayne, Rick, Wendell personally moves us. Ask for em.
