Do not use this company
DO NOT USE If you want them to be unprepared for your move when they arive to your home. They brought no tools and a truck that was to small. One of the men was even called away to another job in the middle of this move. A move with 3 men should tale 2 to 3 hrs moving from a 1st floor to a 1st floor a few miles away, not several even if it means taking legs off of tables. When you try and contact them and they hang up on you because they screwed something up and you want to tell them about it. We were hung up on twice and sent to voicemail each and every other time after that. They still have yet to respond to our emails. Correction I did get one in my yelp email directly from them 2 years later with the subject line reading Complaining. The message then read, I looked through your list of complaints Are you ever satisfied NOT WHAT I WAS LOOKING FOR IN A TIMELY PROFESSIONAL RESPONSE

The great company to work with. That was my first experience and it was perfect. Izhak is a wonderful and honest person and worked very hard. I wish that people be more understanding and not rude by taking out their anger. I am glad and very thankful to all who moved me and thank you

good service
This company did a stellar job packing and moving my household from Jacksonville OR to Seattle WA. The packers were pleasant polite and worked extremely hard. Even though I still have a few boxes to unpack, nothing so far has been damaged or broken. Two of the packers showed up in Seattle and did the unloading. Again they were extremely accommodating and efficient. They all had smiles on their faces and made a very stressful process almost fun.

If I could give them no stars I would. There are far better moving companies around. When packing our goods, they rushed and broke items, did not complete the tagging on our items, and did not tag high value items either. They also stole my husband 2 good headphones. Their claims process wanted to weasel out of everything

super friendly and very professional
Great professional and friendly service. I got in contact with JC Express Movers the day before I had to move and to my luck they had a cancellation so they were able to accommodate me with my move. The rates are reasonable and they even disassembled the bed at no charge. They wrapped the furniture items into blankets and safely transported all of it and the packed boxes from 2nd floor and onto 2nd floor of destination

Terrible claims process
They moved us out of state and damaged our elliptical, treadmill and cracked the marble top of one of our nightstands. They dragged the claims process out for three months and then finally just gave us a check for the exercise parts but only one of the nightstands since you have to have special coverage for sets of items. We are now left with a cracked nightstand which is not longer made and not enough money to fix or replace the set so they match. Terrible claims process and no concern for the customer at all. Go with another company who actually covers sets or pairs as standard or better yet, one who does not break and ding and dent your items during the move

I spoke to James on the phone and then emailed him a list of items I needed moved. James replied to my email with information and an estimate for the job. The three guys James sent for the job were polite and professional. The guys showed up early as promised, assessed the move asked a few questions and got right to work. It was a very HOT day and they worked through it. I would recommend James C Logan moving.

Jack & Jeff Transfer

They were awesome I was out of town on business and the wife was home taking care of our kids. Jack and Jeff did everything for me. I felt guilty for not being there, but at the end of the day they handled everything. When I got home it was to a new house. Thanks very much for the work you guys do

Dishonest,untrustworthy and rude people. I hired them for three movers to come,then they only sent two which literally doubled the amount of time for the move thereby doubling the cost. When I called to complain that it was not what we agreed to, the woman blamed me for the change and then threatened to cancel it altogether on the day of my move when I was in a bind. The guys they did send were slow as Christmas, incredibly slow. Direct quote from one mover Wow you work harder than us. It was because they were taking forever, costing me a lot of money and I wanted to get it over with. Never again will I ever use this company, nor should you.

What a absolutely wonderful moving company. They were right on time and loaded up our storage unit with great care and speed. We needed a 2nd stop on the way to pick up a couple more pieces of furniture and they were so nice and agreed to make the extra stop The 3 young men were fast and so courteous. I used them to move into my new town home in Kirkland, WA. They were timely with their move, but they were unprofessional and rude. They parked in my neighbors parking spot and were rude when asked to move. Not the impression I want to make when moving into a new neighborhood. I will not be using them again.

He helped us move from Arizona to California and did a great job with all of our belongings and were very helpful and responsive throughout the process. We really appreciate their help. It was like having friends or relatives move us cuz they were so friendly and they liked our dogs that are a little bit of noxious. Thank you again for your help we really appreciate it.

Joseph the sales rep from infinity was very informative and helped me every step through the move. The price that was quoted was the same price i paid. I had to move to FL from NJ for a job relocation and they made it very easy for me, no stress what so ever. THanks again infinity

The absolute worst moving experience in my entire life. Every piece of furniture was destroyed Chunks of wood, huge dents, everything destroyed. All 4 legs of one chair are completely missing They must have thrown everything as hard as they could on the ground. DO NOT USE THIS COMPANY

crew did a good job of packing
Intermovers was great. I mostly did the packing except for a few items which the crew did a good job of packing. The pick up experience was positive and was done quickly and was smooth sailing getting through customs and getting my things. I moved from NYC to Vancouver. Highly recommend and I will use them for the next international move.
