I want to specially thank the lady at the customer service for her great understanding. I called and explained our need for emergency move. She was polite and understood perfectly our condition. She scheduled our move for the next two days and we moved. Besides, the guys were really great movers and ensured that everything with the move was seamless.

Good job guys
It was hard to believe that I finally got a decent moving service. Thanks to the entire moving team of Global Moving Systems who kept their commitment and moved me from Virginia to Maryland without any mishaps and within the time frame. I heard a lot about Global Moving Systems before using them and that forced me to try them. I hired them though I had a cheaper offer but decided to go with the reputed company. It worked like magic. These guys knew how to manage a long distance move and how to keep everything under control. They were simply terrific in packing, moving and storing. All my valuables reached unharmed at the other end and I did not get any chance to complain. They have achieved the perfection and that is why I had nothing to do but to tip the movers. Well done guys, keep it up.

Great Men and Movers
When I saw young men showed up to move my stuff, I thought they would not be organized. Being a woman there was no way I could have moved the stuff all alone. But these guys were really organized and handle the moving of my stuff perfectly in such a way that everything went on seamlessly. I am glad for the service you rendered.

The Move Was Really Entertaining
Remarkably, we had an entertaining move, full of fun this time around. The movers were really polite and courteous. They laughed and joked with us throughout the move and we did not even know when we arrived to our destination. Their expertise and experiences in moving were also quite obvious in the way they handled the packing and unpacking of our stuff.

United Royal Van Lines has my vote all the time. This move is the second time I am moving with this company and they did it again. In fact, their service even improved this time. The two guys they sent for my move was not the same guys I worked with the last time but they had the same things in common. They were also expert movers and dedicated to their jobs. Besides, they were courteous, experienced and well mannered which made the move not only fast but an enjoyable one. I must tell you that this is a dependable moving company to go for.

Integrity Moving Company
THE WORST
This ranks amongst the 10 worst days of my life. The owners are either liars or stupid. Might be both. They were over 6 hours late for the move, needed twice the manpower and another truck. Two of the movers were teenagers (14 and 18). Only 1 knew anything about moving large furniture and he was too exhausted to help much. The others tried their best, but did NOT know how to move. They have fraudulent information on their website. They use Ryder trucks without appropriate equipment on them. Did not even know they had to wrap fragile items such as lamps. We told them to leave before all furniture was in the final position as they did not know how to get it there. It was 2AM when they left. DO NOT USE THIS COMPANY. A completely BOGUS owner and firm.

Great move!
This move was very well planned out and executed. I was very specific with my move I needed certain dates and times or it could not happen. Plus, I had a five bedroom house so it was not just a typical move. National Relocation Solutions really did what they said they were going to do. They did a great job with my move. They were on time and on schedule. I was also impressed during my delivery because my things were in the same condition as they left my home. Great move and great job!

FRAUDULENT, DISHONEST THIEVES
My name is Mercedes and I used this terrible moving company in May to move me from Canton, MI to Romolus, MI. 6The staff seemed nice and friendly on the phone but was not that way in reality. The day of the move I hadn't heard from the moving company and they were 20 minutes late. I gave them a call and someone told me that my truck would be arriving within the next 15 minutes then hung up. 30 minutes later still no truck so I called back and with an attitude the receptionist said just give them some time they will get there. So finally tyhe movers arrive but 2 hours late. I asked what happened they said someone from the office should have already spoken with me and they were ready to start my move. Once the movers started moving my items on the truck they were moving slow as if they didn,t want to be at work. I asked if they could speed up because they were late and I had other plans for the day. The with movers with an attitude asked me if I would be tipping them if they speed up. ARE YOU SERIOUS TIP YOU TO ACTUALLY DO YOUR JOB?? I call the owner he is the most disrespectful person I have spoken with in life. He told me his movers deserve a tip late or not. I thought tips were given at the end of the job. Finally right at the end of my move they told me my bill would be $1700. SERIOUSLY I WAS OUTRAGED I WAS GIVEN AN ESTIMATE OF $700 - $800 SO HOW WAS ESTIMATE $1000 OFF. I was told if I did not pay they would not remove my furniture from the truck. I agreedm to pay but I ha

National Relocation Solutions
Fun and professional move!
It was actually really fun to move national relocation solutions. Everyone that I spoke to had a very upbeat positive attitude, and they all worked as a team as well. I first spoke with Michael who was such a great help in helping me decide how my move should be setup. Then when the movers arrived they were even better. They were ready to work but liked to have fun doing it. They were very professional with everything that they did and in doing that my things arrived with no dings. They made sure everything was finished and done with before leaving. I had a smile on my face my whole. I hear so many bad things about moves I was very glad to know that I could smile about the whole thing.

I never tried calling moving companies in the past because I think that they charge excessively high. I usually call a couple of friends to help me with my moves each time I needed to make a move. But this time, I had no other option than to call United Royal Van Lines to help me out since there was no friend around to help. You guys quoted a reasonable price and the service you rendered was superb.

Even at delivery they took their time to make sure that everything was placed where I wanted it. And they wanted to make sure that I had everything and nothing was damaged, and I had zero damage which was great to see! I even paid less than expected since I was overestimated. It was just overall a great experience. They did everything they said they were going to do.

I am running short of words to praise Global moving systems. I have just moved to Maryland using this great company. I got them from a lucky Google search. I called them and spoke with their sales rep, he sent the estimator at my place within an hour and that guy made the inventory list and gave an onsite estimate. The asking price was reasonable and they accommodate the exact date I wanted to move. Movers arrived 10 minutes early at the moving day, helped us packing the remaining stuffs and moved them to Maryland without a hitch. We received everything in one piece at the other end and paid the exact amount mentioned in the quote. No damage done to anything and also helped us storing some of the delicate stuffs. Thanks
