Will and his team were great. I appreciated that they showed up on time and got right to work. They worked quickly and were respectful of all my items, handled everything with care. They asked questions and ensured everything was wrapped prior to loading and unwrapped when they brought it to my new house. Overall a great experience with this team.

Dumbo Moving and Storage
completely professional!
I moved last week and had a good experience with Dumbo Movers truck / crew 61. I choose the option with the plastic bins which makes life a lot easier to not have to breakdown boxes. I felt like the company as a whole was very prompt and on time and in constant communication. Even when I made a major error with not double checking my new apartments address which caused Crew 61 to put in a lot more extra work for nothing...they got the move back on track quickly and were kind.

Horrible experience.
I was quoted one flat rate to move light furniture, clothes and kitchenware. They were supposed to pack and move the items to my storage. They arrived 4 hours late, brought no boxes and started moving at the speed of light. Needless to say, I had to pack myself on a fly. I was asked for $600 additional cost for no apparent reason. Horrible experience, high stress and lost lots of important things. Sent a message to the suave Mario, the one who quoted the move and sent the contract. did not receive any reply. It is my opinion that this company has no client satisfactions in mind.

They were wonderful.
Moved our furniture from one house to another. They were wonderful. So careful and did knot put one scratch or dent on any of the furniture. They did not dilly-dally. | |Actually used them again to move a bed from one room to another. | |Will definitely use them again.

Unbelievably well!
Unbelievably well! I chose another set of movers first, and they never showed and then gave excuses! I called Exodus because It was my only day to move! They were so quick, professional and soooo helpful! I am definitely going to use them again! Many thanks to the great guys at Exodus! They even shrink wrapped my things!

After receiving my previous review I was contacted by Square Cow Movers. They were very helpful and courteous and settled my claim promptly. They also took my suggestions regarding additional training for their packers. Although many of the damaged items are not replaceable, I was happy with the settlement I received. I am not planning on moving again but if I would I might contact Square Cow Movers again.

We hired Nilson upon the recommendation of Gulfstreams relocation company to pack and move our belongings (4400 square foot house) from Southern Woods to a new home at the Landings. We had to reschedule several times due to delays on our closing and they accommodated us perfectly! Our move out and move back in was accomplished in a blazing 10 hours, Not all of the boxes are unpacked, but so far, not one single bit of damage has been found. Nilson is not the cheapest mover in town, but they were very reasonable when we questioned a bill. I would definitely trust them with a move again.

Booking the movers seemed to be more complex, with more steps and more people involved than necessary. I have moved a lot, and this is the first time I have ever had a mover call me three days before the scheduled move and ask if they could do a different day! Um?no - I have already gotten the day off work, scheduled an access time with the storage company, etc.
