Never A Tough Task At Joy Moving And Storage!
I found Joy Moving And Storage online, and I saw they were recommended mover out of Tennessee, so I requested a free Online quote. I had to be out of my House in Tennessee for a sudden Job relocation/Promotion and I needed a quick but complicated move. When they packed me up and moved me out they even cleaned up behind themselves removing any tape rolls and all materials. They did a walk through with me and explained the process in a way that made me comfortable. They have been properly trained for handling heavier objects, they have specialized equipment for managing the load (especially when heavier objects have to be dragged down from 3rd or 4th floor of a building) and they have a very solid attitude for bring perfection in their job. Once you know which way your ship has to sail, the sailing itself becomes an effortless job. I also have a lot of appreciation for their online customer support service and I feel that they doing are quite a nice job. Love the way their customer services reps respond to the queries since it makes life easier for the customers. On the whole, it is never a tough task to communicate and work with them!

A number of discount packages plus a free of cost initial quote makes it an ideal deal to make. Being elderly and disabled I really need to watch my finances and the things that I have are very important to me. So when my husband passed away and i wanted to move to San Francisco to be closer to my sister choosing a moving company seemed like a daunting task. After speaking to what seemed liked endless movers I choose Joy Moving And Storage because the cost was reasonable and NaKesha put me at ease about the move. When my move day came, the movers were very professional, fast and very patient, they took their time to wrap all my large furniture (including my game room with the pool table and pinball machine), I have used their FREE 30 days of storage, and when my home was finally ready, they showed up, and put everything in place. I could not ask for more!!!

I would recommend them to anyone
We moved from FL to CO using full service van lines. I must say that I was very pleasantly surprised at the speed and efficiency at which they all worked. The body responsible for the assignment was quick in responding to queries and the removal team moved our possessions from a fourth floor flat (no lift) in no time. Excellent value for money. I would recommend full service van lines to anyone. I would not hesitate to use them again.

The Deal At Joy Moving And Storage!
Oct 08, 2013 Thanks for not letting me down My best friend recently lost her husband and needed to move things from her home in Florida to New Jersey. She was not used to having to deal with these types of things at all and was panicking. The movers she contacted really gave her a hard time. She asked me to help in talking to movers and help get her move started. These guys were professional from the very first phone call to the last piece of material they had to remove, The move was such a breeze all I had to do was tell them were to put things and sign a check, The foreman Will was a gentlemen and knew his craft well. The price was great too, thanks Joy Moving And Storage! I have a canopy bed for my daughter that I swore they wouldn't be able to figure out but they had all the proper tools and know how to take it apart, pack it and most importantly reassemble it so my daughter had a place to rest her head.

For somebody reading my review about this brand of movers, it would be my heartfelt suggestion to try them out if you need a long distance move, so I once heard somebody saying, "Yes, Joy Moving And Storage movers are good but they are really costly." And today I wonder who said so and why really! I had to shift cartons of computer accessories (hard disks, tablets, laptops, LED's etc) to some 74 miles in Florida. Considering the nature of merchandise I had, you can well understand how conscious I might have been in the selection of the movers. And thanks God I wasn't mistaken with my choice. When your business is on the line I can say Joy Moving And Storage was up to the task. True Professionals.

They moved my apartment as well as my mothers to Virginia. We originally told them we were moving to D.C. and they gave us a special rate, but I found out I was moving a bit north - and they still gave it to us at the same rate! Here are the reasons why I made my apartment changing with Joy Moving And Storage- 1. The representative was very polite and answered my all questions' 2. They were early on both ends 3. Moving team was pleasant, fast and polite 4. Good communication 5. My all belongings were transferred safely without any damages or scratches 6. Price of the service was cheap. They are not amateurs experimenting with your precious belongings. They knew how they would handle different objects, which objects to be loaded and unloaded first, which objects to be given extra care and caution and in what time to complete the move! Amazing!

After filling out a few forms online I called full service van lines. I spoke to their sales rep and he was very helpful with all my queries. Then and there I talked with my husband and called back and locked my moving date for me. The crew showed on time and they were very professional, polite, and energetic .They helped to pack my belongings and move it to the next location. They also helped me with a few fragile items and they did a great job making sure nothing happened to them. I recommended this company to my sister that moving in a few weeks. Good job movers.

I am very happy and also lucky that I have selected a reliable moving company to relocate our new destination NY in 31of August. I was moved across country from a 3-level, 3-bedroom townhouse to a 3-level, stand-alone residence. They sent me a 4-man crew and one large truck. We have a lot of antiques and fragile items that they did an outstanding job securely packaging and transporting for us. Not one item was broken, scuffed, or banged up. They provided all, the packing tape, blankets, and boxes for items we didn't have packed already like our big flat screen TV's, large mirrors, and glass decor. It was more than a 100% professional move. I even saved some money just by listening to their friendly tips. I would highly recommend Joy Moving And Storage to anyone in the future that is looking to relocate!

After availing the service for my move from Florida to California, I vote Trans United Inc as the best moving company available to use. They have formed a strong team promising a great efficiency on their given job and are at their best. They have the completely equipped knowledge about the moving job and are super dynamic in service. Shleppers Moving & Storage
Awful in every way!
Tried to give them 0 stars, but it would not let me. Below is a copy of my Yelp review. Be sure to check out their Better Business Bureau reviews. Also the NY Attorney General recently brought a case against them for not paying their workers and they ended up settling for $350,000. This company has proven to be disgusting in every way. I have been waiting to write this review because I was hoping to come to a resolution with Shleppers regarding our problems. That hasn't happened. Full disclosure: This move happened at the end of August of '13 and we have been going through our Credit Card company to try to resolve the issue. This has been hands-down the worst experience I have ever had with a business. I want to try to keep this short so people read it and benefit from it. My wife and I hired Shleppers to move us from a small one-bedroom apartment on the Upper West Side to a one-bedroom apartment in Inwood. The movers they sent were unable to perform the move. By the end of the day I had called friends to help us. My friends, my wife and I moved 90% our stuff from the moving truck into the new apartment including ALL of the furniture. I also spent the entire next day shuttling back and forth between apartments bringing the stuff they had left behind in our old apartment. Some of the reasons the movers could not move us include: They sent movers who had injuries and were unable to lift things, They sent movers who could not communicate with each other due to language

This was a huge relief because my initial move to Dallas was a huge disaster! So disastrous that we were very skeptical about ever using another moving company ever again. 24 Hours Moving restored our trust in moving companies.We received on-time, reliable and honest updates from our agent Sindy. The Delivery guy updated me a day before the delivery arrives and called me again 30 minutes away, He is also considerate of our work status and is willing to give me a call when he is an hour away so i have time to drive down. The people in the office and the field people are accurate and very polite.I don't have any problem with this people and I am willing to refer them to my colleagues and friends.

I would just like to express my sincere gratitude for all the things you have done for my move. With husband being away in abroad and myself living remotely at another state, this move seemed to be a formidable task. I had my moving day yesterday and not only did they show up on time (early, actually), but they seemed prepared and ready to move my crap and never complained once, even when we found out the freight elevator was out of order in my new building and they had to share the passenger elevator and stairs. They even helped put things together and made sure everything was in the right place before they left. AND they took my old couch out to the dumpster for me! They were also very patient with my extremely yappy dog who wasn't happy that I crated him while the movers were there. I am so glad that I chose Joy Moving Storage. You just made it so easy. I really appreciate the numerous phone consultations Sheila provided to my what-if questions and particularly the fast response that led to fast resolution of the car key problem. We just got moved by Element last week. We moved from Dallas to Phoenix with a 4 bedroom home, 2 kids and 2 dogs and 1 cat. Overall I think the move was a good one, we didn't have many expectations, the last company that moved us lost our dresser, and I still don't know how. What I liked about Element is they were prompt and very nice. I called on a Friday late afternoon, and they had me quoted soon after that. I agreed to hire them if they showed up on time, which they did. Once Terrance and Sheldon started packing, I could tell they were serious about their job and was very passionate.They packed my artwork, and glass items (of which we had many) with great care. We had one broken glass from a coffee table which the company replaced within a few days. The company stored our items for a month and then put everything into our new home.setting up whatever we needed.They were amazing. The second crew that unloaded our things included Terrance and Sheldon and added Bruce, Jay, and Marco. Thanks so much for everything. Gratefully, Fran Dora.

After calling several companies to compare prices, Element was the only one that followed up as they said they would with a written e-mail stating what they told me over the phone. A few days later a friendly follow up phone call from Denise just to see if we had any questions about the quote. She was friendly, NOT pushy. After about 4 hours of packing, they were ready to roll. I had already spent the prior week off work getting the small stuff in boxes and o'lord, all the kids junk and toys. Probably the hardest part was the above ground pool that we had waited to the last second to diassembled. The kids didn't want me to take it down until they got a good swim out of it the night before. Derrick Evans was very helpfuil in his suggestions to pack the pool properly so it wouldn't rip or tear. I'm sure the kids were glad he did that, because the first thing they wanted to unpack? The pool! I'm impressed with Element and would hire again.

All of our belongings were in storage and only moving a few miles down the road. The two guys took excellent care of our couches and beds. Over 3 hours late
If I could give 0 stars, I would. Ever since my experience with them, I've been very strongly recommending NOT hiring them. If you want a smooth moving day with peace of mind that your movers will show up, DO NOT go with Men on the Move! We wanted to go with a local company because we like to support local business, but this one has a long ways to go in terms of professionalism and customer service. First off, the owner of the company refuses to put estimates, moving arrangements in writing. I was already uncomfortable with this, but he said he believed that a good-ole fashioned hand shake and his word were things that could be relied upon. This could not be further from the truth. Two days before our scheduled move, they called to push back the time 2-3 hours to accommodate another move they wanted to scheduled, which we agreed to, because we like to think we're usually fairly easy-to-please, accommodating people. The morning of our move rolls around and our appointment windows comes and goes. Another 15 minutes go by so we call the office and no one picks up, so we leave a message. Another 30 minutes later, we leave another message. No response. It was 2-3 HOURS past our appointment window when we called and someone happened to be in the office to pick up the phone and said they had not written our appointment down correctly but they'd get someone over right away and we'd get a 40% discount. Pretty disappointing, I'm sure they'd want more than 40% if we had was
