Intense Movers
I was very happy with the service, experience, and outcome.
One of my best friends recommended this company and this is now my go-to for any moves going forward. I moved last summer to a 4th floor walk up and was dreading how much it could potentially cost. Intense Movers provided so much relief during this process. There is an email questionnaire that documents everything which is great, no surprises! The pricing is incredibly reasonable, and they are very responsive. The day of the move was a positive experience - the team of movers were so quick and friendly and humored my tendency of thinking I am being helpful but actually getting in the way. Planning to submit a quote for my next move this summer, and you should too!

Quick and careful moving is great.
My wife and I needed rides to and from Philadelphia Airport and were lucky to find Infinity online. We received quality personal limo service from beginning to end. My initial contact and questions yielded prompt responses from the owner Robbie Gardner. The price was very fair and even included a basic gratuity for the driver. Both trips, door-to-door to and from PHL were comfortable, relaxing, on time, worry-free, and efficient. We were pleased in every way and will look forward to using Infinity again.

I was recommended this company by one of my best friends and I ended up using them for both moves because of the outstanding service. First two guys (Eric and Ken) were great, especially considering my tense move out situation. They packed everything up in under an hour to bring to my storage unit, which was also a breeze. I called again when I was ready to move into my new apartment a few months later. Wilfred and his coworker (sorry I missed your name!) we are just as friendly as my first move. They were in and out in just a few hours. I will for sure be using Intense Movers again in the future and thank you for taking out a huge chunk of my stress with my move!

Here To There Movers
DAMAGE EXTENSIVE - BUYER BEWARE!!!!
RUN!!! Do not even think twice. SCAM SCAM SCAM. I had services scheduled from 9am-10am on June 4 2022. The movers arrived at 8:30 and started clocking. They moved quickly and were kind, they told me they were finished but there still was stuff left. I asked them to take the rest of my stuff but I was told the truck was full. When we got to the storage unit the opened the back and the truck was only half full. They quickly threw my stuff into the storage unit and then asked for my card. I was like can I get the total first they proceeded to tell me it was $1004. I said how you have only worked from 8:30am to 10:15am?? He said there is a minimum of 4 hours. I said well I was not told about this. Then proceeded to ask them to return to my apartment to get the rest of my stuff and they told me no. They also charged me $90 for gas but could not explain the math or mileage. Charged me $80 for shrink wrap and became very rude when I questioned it all. I have tried contacting JR the manager via phone and email but no response. A worker even showed up in Nike slides, not professional at all. If I could give them a negative 50 million star I would. DO NOT USE HERE TO THERE MOVERS!! Scammers!! Rude!! Still your money!!

Run for your lives! Do not do it. After a recent move from Arizona to Kansas we fully regret hiring this company. Almost all of our furniture was damaged. Anything in a box was fine. Their claims website would not accept our information so we were unable to file a claim online. We were sent paper forms to fill out and return and the move coordinator, Tina, lost the email. I resent it and have not received any communication from her after sending multiple emails and leaving voice messages. I sent her the forms the first time on May 4th, almost one month ago. We spent almost $8,000 and it was a total mistake. Go with another company.

Graebel-Birmingham Movers Inc
DO NOT USE THIS COMPANY
Terrible service. They did not show up on time, one day not at all. They did not bring the proper supplies, did not complete the packout on time, do not answer the phone or return voicemail. I have very little confidence that my household goods will show up intact on the other end.

Graebel Tennessee Movers Inc
A bad experience from reservation to drop off.
I was recently offered a job in Michigan with a quick start date and needed to move from East Tennessee to Michigan. I contacted Graebel, provided some basic information including my move date, and set up a date for a consultant to come provide an estimate. Because a friend had recommended Graebel, I fully intended to hire them. I took off work to meet with the consultant. The consultant was no-show, so I tried calling the Graebel office. They were very dismissive, rude, and basically acted like it was very normal for their consultants to blow off appointments and suggested I keep trying to reach him. The consultant eventually picked up and said he did not check his calendar then hung up. I tried calling back to reschedule, but he was unresponsive. He later sent a brief email saying that Graebel could not accommodate my move dates--which I had previously provided. Because Graebel set my appointment with their consultant out several day and then, without prior warning and after their consultant decided not to come to our appointment, said that they could not accommodate my move date, I was stuck without a mover very close to my move date. Graebels lack of professionalism and poor customer service made my move experience negative even though I did not end up using them for the actual move. If this is reflective of their normal practices, I would recommend going with another company to avoid getting yourself in a pickle last minute like I did.

great company and very professional movers.
Fernie has always been fair and personable in the years I have taken my car to him. I first took my car here after my grandfather, a former mechanic who has since passed on, told me that he checked Fernie out with his own cars, and was pleased with the service and fair prices. Every time I do visit Fernie, he always explains the issue and pricing before doing the work and Hes always been fair! In fact, he knows me as soon as he sees me and asks me how my family, my husband, and my grandma are doing since we all have trusted him with our cars over the years. In a day where everyone just seems to be in business for themselves, its great to find someone that really cares about their work and their customers.

Can I give these guys 10 stars?!? Like way over and beyond my expectations. Hands down this is the company I will go with every time in the future. They were SOO friendly, had every piece of equipment to make the move easy, handled our fragile items with care and I watched them slow down before going over the railroad tracks so our stuff didnot jump around too much. If you are not sure who to pick, go with these guys!!!

Sadly, I had to give this company 1 star just to post a review. I spoke to Peter and booked this company a couple of weeks in advance for a move scheduled for Monday, October 23rd at 8am. A called was placed last week to confirm that "2 men and a truck" would be at the specified address, which was also confirmed, at 8am Monday, October 23rd. Monday 8am and no one shows up. Placed a call at 8:30am only to be told that there was nothing booked for Monday, 10/23. Shortly afterward received a text saying someone would be in contact. When another call was made at 9am, I was informed that 2 guys were sent to the specified address but when they arrived they were told that the move was cancelled. No one ever went to the house. Peter, from Elite Moving, is unreliable, unprofessional and untruthful. He may quote a good offer, but thats the only good thing that you will receive. I definitely would NOT recommend this company to anyone.

Rick Karr, the agent at this location, has been my financial advisor for 10 years now, a fact I realized with surprise as I started writing this review. For that entire time, I have been very impressed with the level of service from him and his staff. When I first came in, as a college student with modest assets, Rick was great about spending extensive time with me, discussing my financial goals, his investment philosophies, how the market and his office operate, and generally helping me feel confident about investing. In the decade since, hes always been thoroughly friendly, approachable, and professional, answering my questions, providing sound advice, and helping moderate my often naive enthusiasm. Hes also been great about helping identify emerging opportunities and keeping a focus on long term investing. The staff are great also Thelma and Debbie are friendly and helpful, and they are able to address many of my needs themselves. They also never fail to get me an appointment with Rick within a day. I moved away roughly 6 years ago, but I have never regretted staying with Rick despite being 500 miles distant. Phone appointments go smoothly and office visits are truly friendly whenever I am in town. Between holiday and birthday cards, the annual client appreciation bash, and the warmth and personal service from Rick and his staff, you will feel like a fat-cat no matter the size of your nest egg.

Excellent customer service, prompt, courteous, careful and worked quickly
Easy Movers is an awesome moving company. They moved my family last week. Moving is always a complicated challenging experience but it can also be a nightmare. You can trust Easy Movers to give you a smooth transition to your new location. They have a respectful very responsive administration. Their pricing was affordable and fair. No hidden costs. Their estimate was really close to the actual hours the move required. Our moving team was respectful and well trained, all our furniture was covered and wrapped. They worked hard all day loading everything out. I had decided to bring a few extra extra pieces of furniture plus our lawn tractor at the last minute. We were afraid we would need an extra truck. The team leader packed the truck like he was playing a game of tetras. Not an inch was wasted. Just enough room to put the door down. I hope I never need to move again but if I need to I will call Easy Movers.
