No Glich!
From the initial phone call to the final delivery date, I was being acquainted with an excellent mover. They came out to our condo and made a correct calculation. They carefully wrapped my all furniture, traditional and delicate items. They worked their butts off to get done everything on time and they did. I was thinking for my kitchen. But they handed over all my utensils at the new apartment without a single glitch. They were prompt, cautious and skilled. I moved out of a 2 bed room apartment into a small house in Texas. Since Joy Moving Storage sent four persons, it took short time to finish the work. They took down our beds, couches, big tables, mirror, tv and many other items. They maintained the delivery spread window. The guys, who came to deliver, unloaded and reassembled my stuffs. They decorated my furniture and other items (it was not pre defined).

No Trouble!
We had some antique items to sale. We found a customer in Alabama. The movers were hard working. They got those items up three flights of stairs in our customer's premises. Often I judge a company not by their fault but how they handle the problem when that arises. Joy Moving And Storage solved the trouble relocating our large couch in to the truck through a narrow staircase. That was extremely tough to make without hassle but they did it. He praised this mover and told me that he would also hire them if needed.

I had a move from Dallas, Texas to Midland, Texas. During this relocation there were a lot of things that made this move stressful from locating a home to getting a moving company that I could trust. Once the Joy Moving and Storage sales rep called me he was able to assure me that I would have a pleasant experience.Their movers didn't make fault at the slightest. They arrived on-time and arrived ahead of time (lowering my bill). I am definitely glad I choose this company and have referred them to many of my friends.

After much research and many phone calls my wife and I decided to go with this mover for our move. There price was a little higher than the others but we felt that they were offering the best service for our needs. I spoke with Tekla at the Sales/Reservation Department Joy Moving And Storage, and she made me feel so relaxed and hopeful. They handled everything with care and made sure all of our belongings arrived safely to our new home. The packing and the loading took about 5 hours, they agreed to store my furniture for few weeks as my closing felt through and I couldn't get into my new house.

These guys helped me a lot. I'm a single mom and the kids were driving me crazy during the move. The movers were on time and courteous. They got me from Florida to Pennsylvania in a hurry. They also did not get lost along the way, unlike some people!!

Thanks a lot for the smoothest move
I have moved a lot and used many movers because I have to relocate a lot sue to my job. Recently I used this company. Being honest I was never expecting such world class service because my previous experience is not so pleasing using other movers. However, when I called them and talked with their sales rep he was quick to figure out my needs. He offered me a deal which was tailor made for me. I grabbed their offer in both hands. But everything remained on their performance. The team of full service van lines arrived on time and accomplished the move within the schedule and without any kind of issues. I was surprised to check the inventory after the move because I did not notice any damaged or broken stuffs. Everything was in great shape and most importantly they did not charge more than the estimated amount.

This was the second move I made with my wife since we got married. This was her 6th move as a United Methodist Pastor. The crew Joy Moving And Storage was courteous and hard working. They seemed to have a very good attitude joking around with each other a bit and never a word of complaining about their work.The two movers arrived late and parked nearly a football field away which we did not know this information at first. The first object they took downstairs was our couch and they were gone nearly 15 minutes. Completely impressed, and I will be calling them first the next time I move. Also recommended to friends.

Phenomenal!
We are military and have a lot of moving experience in different countries. This was the first time we had to pay for our move and thus picked the company. I had four companies come to our house and give us estimates. Being active duty military I have a very transient lifestyle and have made many moves in my 17 plus years of service. I recently used this company to move from Chesapeake, Va. to Herndon, Va. I've never seen a more coordinated, efficient, careful, and helpful bunch of men. Rick assured me they would be good, but I had no idea! Joy Moving And Storage were not the cheapest, but fairly priced. Their customer service is phenomenal!

Awesome movers
Due to the nature of my job I have to relocate a lot. As the process few days ago I had to move to Miami from Huston. This time I used trans united inc. after using them I have decided to use them for my next move as well because their sales rep Kim gave me the best deal and their movers moved all my belongings in one piece and without damaging anything. When tough gets easy
I was quite surprised when I checked the inventory after the move. I did not notice anything missing or broken or damaged. All my stuffs were in great shape and without any damage. Thanks to the team of progressive relocation who moved us to CA without any hiccups. They were fast, accurate, punctual, friendly, polite, skilled, well experienced and extremely committed. They move with the perfection
Based on the web reviews and reputation I hired Trans United Inc. I had cheaper offer from other movers but I decided to go with Trans United Inc once I spoke with their sales rep Kim. The team of Trans United Inc did not let Kim down. They have accomplished all the promised made by Kim and delivered the best possible service. At no stage I had doubts on them. Their movers displayed the excellence of execution. They perfectly planned my move and executed the move to the perfection. So, to me they are perfectionists.

I vote progressive relocation
After using them for my move to AL from FL I vote them as the best moving company available to use. Their sales rep Jason and his team are the best. They have the complete knowledge about the moving job and they are willing to give their best. The way they managed to handle the heavy furniture and vulnerable stuffs and still beat the clock was something really amazing. I was no clue whatsoever how they managed to complete the move so quickly and without damaging anything! When the bill came I was surprised once again because they charged me less than the estimated amount!

I hired full service van lines for a long distance move which was quite a task because of the distance and because of the nature of my move. They had to deal with fragile stuffs and there were some highly expensive antiques as well. I wanted them to carry out the task without damaging anything and I asked them to complete the entire move in 5 days. They eventually delivered all my stuffs without any damage and within 5 days and charged a very moderate amount. I thank the team of full service van lines for their awesome customer service.

DO NOT USE THIS COMPANY!!!
Sadly, I chose Progressive Relocation based on their excellent reviews on this site and their very low moving estimate. Jason gave me an estimate of $1,116.25 to move my deceased parents' lovely 1950's dining room furniture in Florida to my daughter's apartment in Los Angeles. This was the lowest of the five estimates I received before I decided to go with PR. When the furniture was picked up, the cost suddenly became $3,330. A family member approved the move at my parents' house because I live on the west coast. So not only did we pay over THREE TIMES the estimate but now I am paying almost $700 to repair the damages incurred during the move. The damages included broken legs and a hole in the cane backing of a chair. The movers who delivered the furniture said that the movers who picked up the furniture were to blame because they never should have stacked the 60-year old chairs together in twos before wrapping them. I am ending up paying almost twice the highest estimate I received from all the other movers. PR did deduct $280 for a Long Carry fee. The Long Carry fee is charged if the front/back door is more than 50 feet from the truck. The truck could have easily parked in my parents driveway, which is just outside the front door. So this fee never should have been charged in the first place. I would not recommend Progressive Relocation for any move. I have submitted a claim but wi
