Thank you for the wonderful service. Staff arrived at time designated, did a walk through the house with me to identify which pieces of furniture were to be moved. Staff then began moving the furniture to the truck, making sure that they were most careful with the item - then covered or wrapped the item with a quilted material for protection. Staff worked at a safe pace both loading and unloading the truck at our new house. THANK YOU FOR THE WONDERFUL SERVICE AND MOVING EXPERIENCE!

Very pleased with the moving team. Hired movers - got renaissance men instead. Were able to help move and diagnose unexpected car trouble and recommend quick fix until I got to the dealership. Very quick, efficient, and professional. Well equipped - had toolbox on hand for things that needed to be dis/re-assembled. Very clear about pricing and service explanations. Very well done job. The moving guys in Truck 8 deserve a raise, or at least a six pack of their preferred beverage at the end of the workday. Thanks again National relocation solutions!!

My friend had recently moved with National relocation solutions and referred them to me. They were awesome. I hate moving and the timing was super tight. I had to be out of my previous location on the same day I had to be in the new location. I took a chance and they delivered. They came in the day before and packed. Showed up on move day on time and worked until it was done. Saved me storage costs, had no damage to buildings, furniture’s or my property. Plus their price was very reasonable. I tipped the movers because they were very nice and professional super helpful and didn t complain when I asked them to carry away a couple of items (trash) that I couldn t dispose myself.
I don t plan to move again anytime soon. I had to move about 2 years previously and had a very bad experience with another mover. So I was very nervous about this one but it all came together thanks to National relocation solutions. Awesome experience, I ll use them again if I ever need to!

This mover has been the best moving company we have ever used. The foreman and his crew were very punctual, professional, cordial, efficient, and very caring with our belongings. I am very satisfied with the price we paid and I would definitely recommend them to any of our friends. The boys at National relocations did a great job for us! It was a cold snowy day and their attention to detail was higher than expected. Very cautious of tracking in snow,good safety conscious putting salt on the loading ramp and sidewalk. I was very impressed! I would definaetly refer them to someone! plan on using them again in about 5 months when our new house is completed!

Those young men were so courteous and thoughtful. They were training a new employee which I thought they treated well. I even learned a couple things myself. I used you on my last move in 1997--- I was pleased then and even more so now. Wrapping items in plastic wrap really saves damage and stress.

I was impressed with their cheerful attitude and high level of communication between themselves and to us. They communicated with each other so that each knew exactly what the other was doing and what was expected. They are a good team. They also asked us questions about what and where as the process moved along. Even on the rainy, stormy very wet moving day everything arrived clean and dry and there was no mud or water tracked into the new house.

We had an amazing experience this time with you guys!!! We have used National Relocation Solutions 3 times now and this one was by far the best we experience we have ever had! The 2nd one we had property damage but these guys didn't damage a thing!! They were so nice and respectful of us and our belongings. We had a couch that has a bed inside it and we wanted it in the basement and it was a tight fit and they didn't think they would be able to get it to where we wanted it but they didn't give up they kept trying and ended up getting it in the basement! We are very thankful we got these guys they were super that didn't damage a thing and were super nice and willing to do everything and even put the bed back together for us without us asking! It was a huge help! They were great workers and worked fast and didn't drag it out more than needed!!! We WILL be referring our family and friends in the future to National Relocation Solutions!

The young men who came out to do my move, were very friendly and Hard Working! They arrived on time, and got started right away. They were very efficient, and communicated with me constantly keeping me informed of everything as they loaded transported, and delivered my boxes and furniture. 25 Years of accumulated "stuff" a lot to move. Then they had to walk it up 2 flights of steps to my new apartment. It didn't slow them down. And I never heard a grumble. They moved so quickly when loading and unloading that they shaved time off the estimate of the move, and saved me some money that way! I would have this crew do any moving job I would ever need. This review is way overdue. I meant to do it right after my move...and time got away quickly. My experience was absolutely AWESOME! I am so happy with the service, I will definitely recommend you guys in the future! I had an especially difficult couch to move in. It was 8 ft long and would not go through my front door, so the guys were able to bring it up over the balcony of the 3rd floor! It was not an easy thing...but they did it! They were super-fast and efficient, and finished in under the estimated time. They were just super! They were very professional and did the job expeditiously! They were also friendly, and genuinely nice...easy to trust with your stuff : ) I have only had one other experience with movers and it was back in Florida, and they were so bad, I had to fire them in the middle of the move. Price was a little high, but service was excellent. I prefer to pay more for exceptional service. Do not ever use this company! I moved from Philadelphia to Atlanta on August 18, 2014. The salesman told me he could give me a quote based on weight , not on cubic feet. But on the moving day, the movers insisted a quote on cubic feet, they refused to admit the original quote, and the price was more than $800 on weight , and they were late for 3 hours.
I asked them to store my stuff for one more month, and they tried to charge me $ 400, the original price is $200, asked foe a receipt, they never sent me. I noticed them the delivery day more than 10 days ago. But before the delivery day , I called them to confirm, they told me they could not deliver, and they can not give a delivery day, they have 30 days to deliver, just ask me to wait.
I lost several boxes worth thousands of dollars, I did not even call them because I know they will not admit and it is really hard to reach customer service, the lady called Phebis left a fake phone number, and most of times customer service does not pick up the phone.

I have never met a more put together company. This is by far not my first move but my first experience with this company and I am lucky to honestly say that they are the best people I have come across! Before I put any money down to lock the deal, I asked a lot of questions, and I mean a lot of questions. But I did not ask those questions to just the first person, anyone who I got on the phone when I called I would ask the same round of questions and to my surprise all of their answers were the same. Even different sales reps I tested and no one tried to low ball me or promise me something that I knew they could not, they were honest and very up front the whole time. I was even more impressed with the movers themselves, when they arrived they were ready to work and no fun but in a very professional way and I loved that right off the bat. I told them how I wanted things to go, then they took a tour of the house and the items that were being moved and gave me their input and got to work right away. They were done in about 4 hours and I did not see them take not one break, it actually looked like it was super easy for them, like my house was a piece of cake lol. Well all my things are very ikea light! But anyways, every encounter with this company has been really great! I really do recommend them for future movers! They are very professional and know what they are doing.

When the movers arrived I knew at that moment I was in good hands. They talked to me about the "gameplan". They were so polite and professional. My grandson was with me during the move and he was really happy that the movers wanted to hire him for the job! Before wrapping or taking anything apart they would consult me first and I was happy they did because there were things I wanted them not to mess with at all and other things that I wanted double wrapping for. Anything I wanted was done with no hesitation or complaints.

The last time I moved I swore that I would never use a moving company. My last move was horrible and my things were damaged it was just a mess. But since I was moving from FL to DC my company offered to pay for my move full cost no matter what. That was a great thing off my back. One of my coworkers gave me the number to National Relocation Solutions. He said that they were moving his things to and he heard they were great. So I called them up and felt very comfortable right away. I let them know that my fear was that my things would get broken and damaged so I wanted full protection and major wrapping for safety precautions. Beware of this moving company. They make promises of delivery dates but do not come through. Their customer service abilities are extremely poor if at all. You call and call but do not get a real person, only their answerring machine. I used them and my stuff was very late. When I kept trying to get a delivery date, I was consistently lied to about the where abouts of my stuff and stood up many times on delivery dates given.When I finally got my stuff there was lots of damage and no responses to my request for resolution. The movers arrived and did their job and they did it rather fast but carefully. Nothing was damaged when they dropped everything off. It took them about 3 weeks to get my stuff to my new home. I was told one week at first, I was going to be the last pick up and first drop off. But the truck broke down and all my things were unloaded into a nearby storage. I had no problem with any of this because I was told right away. As soon as the truck broke down the driver called me and explained the situation and told me what the plan was from there on out.
Communication was the best thing about my move. No matter what I was always told what was happening no questions asked. I do reccommend NRS for anyone who has to move. I paid less than expected because we over quoted all my things. I mean I could not have asked for a better result for my move.

It was definitely not the cheapest move lol but it was well worth every penny. Everyone in the company were all very nice and really made me feel like they cared about my move and they wanted to help, and that is exactly what happened when the movers got to my home. They were ready to work and did not want to stop until I had a smile on my face. They were really great! The scariest thing I had to move was my piano, because it has been in my family for a very long time. And let me tell you everything it arrived in perfect condition!! They worked well with my move. At pick up everything went great I was happy with the wrapping and how everything was placed in the truck. On his way up to NY for my delivery his truck broke down. So my things had to go into storage. They at first tried to fix the truck but were not able to so now I had to wait for the next truck to be in that area to get my things and they said it would be any where from 1 to 2 weeks. At this point at was not really bothered, I understand that things happen and the best part was they kept me informed throughout the whole thing. They did not try to keep me from knowing what was going on which I loved! Once they got my things on the truck and delivered me they even gave me a discount of $250 for my troubles. I am writing here to share my experience with this moving company. It was very pleasurable to deal with the movers. They were very easy going guys who knew what they were doing right from the start. They paid close attention to the detail and make of my furniture and wrapped it accordingly. For example, I have a dresser that is solid wood and instead of just wrapping it with plastic (previous company) they blanket wrapped it then did a little bubble wrap then added the plastic wrapping. I can actually write something good about a moving company. I have dealt with many companies some good some not so good, but National Relocation Solutions showed me how smooth a move can go. Everything happened the way it was suppose to. The movers arrived on time in both locations. They did not have to pack or wrap anything because I did it myself. But at delivery I wanted them to at least place everything where I wanted and they did with no problem. The price dropped a little at delivery like they said it would and I was pretty glad with the outcome.

I was surprisingly happy with how my move went overall. The movers arrived on time and took a little longer then expected because they said We need to get it done the right way, well I was fine with that answer. I was satisfied with the wrapping of my furniture, the whole piece was wrapped, no gaps no holes. And at delivery they made sure that nothing was damaged (nothing at all!!) and that everything was where I wanted it to be. Overall, I would say it was a great move!

I always write bad reviews, so this would be my first great one not even good one but great one! National Relocation Solution is the best moving company I have come across. The professionalism that they uphold to is outstanding. Their customer service is on point, when they say I will call you back in an hour, they ACTUALLY call you back in an hour. When they say we have been around for 15 years and we know how to wrap furniture, that is the truth, they even asked me if I wanted more protection. The move was flawless and I will use them for all moves along with my family and friends.

My move was pretty great! The greatness started when the movers arrived at my house to pick up my things. I have moved before and movers are usually dry and to the point but these guys were really funny. They tried to have fun while working but at a very professional level. I think it was because I have a 3 year old daughter. They just wanted to make sure that she was happy and helping so she did not get bored. But they wrapped up my things so perfectly! In my past moves movers just throw a blanket on top with tape and call it a day. These guys used more then one blanket plus plastic protection, I was so thrilled when I saw that. And of course due to their wrapping I got my things the same way I had them. Thanks guys!!

What a great team at National Relocation Solutions! From the people on the phone all the way to movers, everyone was great. If I mention something to customer service they actually relay the message to the driver, so the driver was prepared to pack a couple things I was not expecting. He was on a tight schedule already and I felt bad having them pack the rest but I could not finish, my kids were getting way to cranky at the time. But they had such a great attitude and made the move very entertaining, it was great! And they did a good job packing up everything because my things arrived yesterday and I do not have to file a claim! Great great great great job to everyone!!

My journey with National Relocation Solutions started a month ago when I called just to see if it would be worth it to have someone move me or if it was cheaper to move myself. When I talked to them it was just a couple hundred more dollars then if I did but with all the services that I got with the price it was well worth it! And the best part was I got a binding not to exceed quote so my price actually dropped lower at delivery because I did not have as many things as expected. Great job guys thanks!!

National Relocation Solutions did an outstanding job with move. This is the first time I decided to go with a mover instead of moving myself. I have always heard horror stories and I did not want to be another one. So when choosing a company I was pretty specific and picky and I wanted to see who would have the most understanding and patience and national relocation solutions won my heart! Everyone was so very caring in helping me plan my move. Even the movers were caring. They wrapped up my things very professionally well. So well that everything arrived the same way it went. I had absolutely no problems at all with them, everything went pretty much according to plan!

Can I say I have fallen in love with National Relocation Solutions!!! I dont move so much but I have moved a couple of times in the past and let me tell you those times were probably one of the worst experiences I have ever had. So when I had to move to another state again I was not happy about it at all because I was scared that the same things would happened. But I did things a little different this time. I took my time and made sure I was not only comfortable with the company but with the staff as well. Anyone that I talked to no matter who it was always stopped whatever they were doing to help me with any questions. I appreciated everything that this company did for me. I got my things when they said they would be here! And guess what THIS WAS A GREAT EXPERIENCE!! YES!!!
