I was disappointed in Movers Connection. In addition to very inconvenient hours to access my belongings I received conflicting pricing information during my engagement with them. In my final 24 hours of my relationship with them the price I was paying to remove my belongings increased substantially via previously unmentioned insurance issues and an unmentioned time minimum that I had to hire their movers for. We were also initially overcharged even beyond what their new rules suggested, though that charge was removed when I called and asked for an explanation. It may have just been a bad couple of days for the company with some poor communication on all sides but the combination of the above events left me with a bad taste in my mouth.

Move Quick Vanlines
Wonderful!
Fast Move Van Lines was so great I used them twice. I moved from CA to NY and back again with in a year and both times they were nice, courteous, and efficient with my move. All my belongings arrived at my new home just as I packed them. The costumer help was wonderful and answered all my questions. If I have to move again they would be my first call.

If I could, I want to give 4.5 stars. The only thing I am not happy with is that they almost miss my deadline. I called everyday to check if my pick up schedule is available or not until one day before my deadline. I requested to talk to manager. They sent me a confirmation email that manager will call me within 24hours. The next day morning, I got email, text messages and a call confirmed the pick up schedule from a manager named Logan, very nice guy. The transportation of my car is very smooth, the driver from GM Transportation is very good and professional. My car safely delivered as scheduled. I changed my mind, give 5 stars as I really like the driver - Eleazar McMorrine.

As a first time professional moving company user, I did not know what to expect. Mr. Anthony came over to do the initial estimate of my condo and I had TONS of questions. He answered everything with ease and put my mind at ease going forward. The price was lower than I originally expected and the movers were FANTASTIC. They were so fast and efficient. I used this company for my business disaster (Per a business acquaintance). I tried a another company and they did not return our call until 30 hours later!! We had limited hours to get items, equipment, furniture out of harms way. The response time was within minutes. Not sure if was just our "lucky" day (LOL) however, Once on site, they were friendly, efficient and professional! Everything was loaded into storage with care and diligence. We felt a great sense of relief that we did not have to be bothered with trying to wrap, carry & be bothered with tedious labor. Fast forward, 3 months later to return our items...great job gentlemen! We will definitely keep you in mind for our personal moves as well.

I had a superb experience with M&M moving from Providence, RI to Walpole, MA. The initial estimate process was very easy and I was able to make updates via the quick email responses leading up to my move. During the day of the move, I would describe the experience as incredibly seamless. I would highly recommend!

My wife and I are very happy with the guys at Meathead Movers. The process of booking, getting the quote and the level of communication were all top notch. As we had questions leading up to the move, the office staff was always responsive. we needed some extra wardrobe boxes and they were there that same day. The price quote was competitive, and we booked. The team showed up with the promised trucks, number of workers, supplies on time. These young men were neatly dressed, exhibited the proper face masks and worked hard. They were quick, but not so fast that you would be concerned about your property. They were engaging and asked questions about some specific items to make sure they were packed correctly and upon arrival that they were placed correctly. Upon arrival at our location, these guys really helped out as we navigated boxes and crates to the correct rooms. They were patient when it came to us positioning some furniture and helpful in some re-arranging. Turned out the actual price, which was well explained by the foreman Alejandro, was a bit cheaper than originally quoted. I highly recommend these guys.

I used Bluebell when I moved from NJ to GA this past December. I must say although I was stressed moving so close to the holiday season, Bluebell went above and beyond to make sure all of my stuff arrived to my house safe and sound. I must admit I was a little concerned after reading some negative yelp reviews on Bluebell, I thought the price must be too good to be true. However from the start every interaction with my rep Anthony and John, the foreman, was professional and reassuring. I visited the location to be sure of its legitimacy and was impressed with the whole operation. Overall the packing was excellent and the service was great.

Lincoln Moving & Storage Co

Lincoln was the service provider contracted by Closetbox to pick-up, store, and deliver my furniture items. Somehow, a piece of my sectional sofa and a chair were lost in the process. I contacted Closetbox, as they are the company I went through for storage, regarding the missing items and possible reimbursement. Closetbox completely obfuscated and offered an insulting $200 as a "courtesy" for the lost items. I contacted Lincoln directly and asked if they have been able to locate the items and about possible reimbursement for the missing sectional piece and chair. Lincoln promptly replied to my email and stated that they have been looking in the warehouse and the items are still missing. I submitted a claim form and Lincoln processed the claim and offered me reimbursement for the replacement value of the two items within a few hours. Lincoln did not try to muddy the issue and fall back on convoluted processes and procedures. They handled this matter professionally and took responsibility for the two lost items and offered an acceptable reimbursement amount to replace the two missing items. If you are looking for a moving company, it would be best to contact Lincoln directly and avoid Closetbox all together. Lincoln has shown integrity and that they actually care about their business and customer, unlike Closetbox and their shady business practices.

Excellent Moving Experience!
This was an excellent moving experience. The guys from the company showed-up on time, were very professional and careful with my belongings. They delivered to my new address on the day that they promised and there was no damage or scratches. I would definitely used them again. The final bill was even lower than the estimate. Highly recommended!

We used liberty to move from one town to another 20minutes further. We loved that they offered free storage boxes to pick up and had a seasoned professional salesperson walk us through the whole process. The moving crew themselves were quick but careful and followed our every direction.

Long Distance Movers are fantastic. I recently moved from Chicago to the Bay Area and had scheduled a car shipper to move my SUV. However, that car shipper disappeared and no one arrived to pick up my car on the planned pick up date. Luckily I found Long Distance Movers after a frantic Yelp search for a car shipping company to pick up my car at the last minute. We spoke to a representative named Tom who was very courteous, took down my information quickly and within a couple of hours had paired me with driver headed to California. The driver was very prompt and communicated reliably. He picked up my car that same day and and delivered it within three days to the Bay Area without any issue. Long Distance Movers were quick, easy to work with, and saved my move.

We used this moving company this past weekend. The truck was big and clean. The movers. Taylor and Philip were amazing. Never slacked off, constantly going up and down the stairs with no problem...in the rain. They got the job done. A shout out and thanks to them! The price was very fair and worth every penny. I am a single female, so picking a legit, safe mover is a top priority to me. I researched online - looked at company websites, online reviews, and the BBB site. This company is BBB accredited, so that was comforting. A BIG shout-out to KEMBERLY that works at this company. I spoke with her on the phone several times about my move (currently in a house with 2 others, but now am only moving my stuff to a 1 BR, 1BA apt.) & she was helpful and answered all of my questions thoroughly. If there was an unknown answer, she found out the answer. I highly recommend using this moving company, as they are patient and thorough & the service I received from them was excellent. Dismantled the furniture that needed to be taken apart, and put it back together without questions. They wrapped everything up (EVEN THE TRASH CAN). I advise using them for all moves irrespective of the distance because they are real professionals and one of the best in the business.

These movers were nightmares from start to finish. Guaranteed 4 men and showed up with two. Showed up with too small of a truck and needed to return the next day so they charged an extra $1000. When our Art was finally moved the second day there are 5 priceless pieces of art that are gone. They will not answer phone calls from us or the realtors. The police can do nothing as moving companies are notorious for theft and they cannot regulate. Do. Not. Hire.
