Awful Moving Experience
This was my first move ever, so I went with a cheap, local company. They did almost everything wrong, so it ended up being a nightmare. They delivered our things late, they damaged several items, they lost one item. On top of all that, they wait until I contact them. They were very unreliable in all aspects of the move. The only positive aspect was the price, but at this point, that becomes moot. I highly recommend never using eMove USA.

Settlement For Damaged Property
Before the move and during the move I received good to fair service. Customer Service AFTER THE MOVE is null and void. They turn the damage problem over to a 3rd party (Anthem Claim Management LLC) source who also has no customer service skills and no verbal contact. It is a straight 60 cents a pound for loss. However, Anthem Claim Management does not take the actual weight of the items damaged. I am very dissatisfied with this policy. I had breakage and loss and replacement cost will be $500.00. They have offered $100. and that is their final offer. If I had to do over, I would go with a well established known company over a local one.

Excalibur Van Lines Is Great Moving Company In LA
While moving to downtown Los Angeles, I was really worried because I had lot of furniture. Initially the main challenge for me was to find the right mover. I heard from someone that Excalibur Van Lines has expertise in packaging and moving. After meeting the most popular movers in LA I decided on Excalibur as they came across as methodical and extremely professional company. I never regretted my decision as they were extremely helpful and prompt. There customer service is also excellent.

Went Better Then Expected
I had a good move with them: Pros: Sales Rep was kind and informative. They arrived on time. They were clean and packed everything nicely. Cons: They were not as quick as I would have liked. The price did change from the original because of the extra time they took. Overall I would recommend them and probably use them again. Thank you Cindy for your help! I would only point out that if the movers were as efficient as the sales rep was in getting my business, I would have given this company a 5star rating.

I am dropping you this note to express my gratitude for the very positive experience I had with Hercules movers. I recently moved from Anaheim ca. To south Florida. Every one of your employees were polite, friendly and efficient. Man these guys work hard! Sorry I have forgotten tha names of the three men who loaded me up in Ca...Great guys, to Avie and George who unloaded my goods in kansas city...I could not have been more satisfied. Great Move
Last Winter I had to move from my rental apartment to my own house in DFW, these guys helped me a lot. They were really helpful in terms of not only moving they helped me with some packing job also. Totally recommend them for your move.

The movers were on time and the estimate did not change. My representative Debbie was honest and very nice. Have moved before and I was concerned about the total of my move because I was on a budget. The price of my moved did not exceed over 5,000. I will recommend the movers to family and friends.

Outstanding Movers
Good service is hard to come by these days, but Excalibur really made my day which is why I am writing this review. The movers showed up on time and started packing all of my things right away. Other moving companies I have hired in the past go really slow just so they can increase the amount of hours they work to get paid more. The movers at Excalibur worked extremely fast and did a fantastic job. I had a 2 bedroom house with a lot of heavy furniture and they only took 5 hours to complete the job. The office staff was professional and helpful. The moving staff was polite and dedicated to the job. The movers worked hard but were careful with my possessions. The arrival time was within 48 hours of the time in the agreement. I highly recommend this company. Mark F.

Consider hiring Affordable moving systems if you want to have a smooth household move. I was moving a long distance and the entire process seemed rather complicated at first. Our communication was amazing; they kept me informed about each stage of the process all along. I have already used their services before and at this point I can say that I am their loyal customer. Two-man team that came round to move the contents of our house were fantastic, really hard workers and professional, knew exactly what they were doing and completed the move in a remarkably short time considering the distance we were travelling. We had a wonderful experience with the crew from Perry Moving Services for our in-state move. A company representative gave us a free estimate and box delivery was free as well. They even bought back our unused boxes. Actual cost was within about 10% of the estimate, plus the charge for boxes of course. On the day of the move, the crew showed up right on time, introduced themselves, and got to work. They were very professional and communicative throughout the day. They worked very hard all day to get our move done. We appreciated their courtesy as well: we were addressed as sir or maam and they always said excuse me - very polite guys! I would highly recommend this moving company if you are moving in Maryland.

I decided to write it because I just do not know what to believe anymore. I moved with these guys 3 weeks ago and everything went wonderful. They fully packed, moved and set up my 2 bedroom apartment in less than 4 hours. And than delivered to Florida in less than 10 days. Price was fair and the service was amazing. Not a single dent or scratch on any of my furniture. They even hauled away the empty boxes. I would recommend this company to anybody
