Comment : I called several moving companies that either could not or would not help me with my move. It was not easy since it was not a local move. A friend suggested that I call On Time Movers and speak to Frank. He came over and gave me an estimate in a few days. We accepted the bid and glad we did. They showed up on time to pack my house and delivered it to my new home a day early, not one thing broken or missing. A big thank you to Frank and his crew, Especially Willie and Ricardo that drove to SF and unloaded the truck.

Comment : Worst experience I have had and still having with a moving company. To start the day they showed up to move they did not bring a big enough truck so they left a whole room of furniture that they did not on the truck. I had to go rent a uhaul at 7pm at night to finish the packing so I could leave that night to drive to my new location. Then once the truck arrived at my new house and they unloaded it. There were so many damaged items. Over $3500 in new appliances damaged and over $2000 in furniture damages. Huge dents in my washer and refrigerator. Scratches and chips on my expensive dining and living room furniture. They lost a leg of a table and a power cord to my TV! This was very upsetting. When I contacted them to get this resolved they want to offer me $200 to make this go away. I am still fighting them to do whats right. This is the worst moving experience I have had with a moving company. I do not recommend them. Please be aware of the nightmare I am having with this company!

Comment : I am writing in behalf of my 83yr. old mother whose has moved 16 times in her life. We paid for a whole house pack job and a move up North. We were given and estimate of 2 days by the owner of packing her household goods. The first day went as promised and we were pleased. The second day was a nightmare and had no leadership and a bunch of young boys were sent. Almost like they were gotten from a labor pool. The crew young boys put a big hole in the wall and did not tell us. They also left many items in rooms that had to be packed in the car by us. When the furniture arrived up north it was packed on 2 trucks one of them being a rental. We were promised by the owner that they had a moving semi and our items would be kept separate from all others. The 2 men first asked how far Akron was from our house. They practically ran through the whole house delivery putting boxes of dishes upstairs etc There were many broken items furniture etc. due to poor packaging. Not to mention Items

Comment : These guys are AWESOME. They have moved my full size grand piano twice, and they are wonderfully skilled and professional. They show up when they say they will and they take great care of the instrument. I recently hired them to move a big and bulky sofa across town, and as usual, PERFECTION. Easily the best movers I have ever worked with. Will use any time I need movers!
