Comment : MOVING??? BEWARE of SUN CITY movers. My worst moving experience EVER. This company lures you in with a low estimate and savy sales rep, then hits you with a huge bill upon delivery of your stuff. I was charged multiple undisclosed fees for almost every piece of furniture that was loaded to the truck. The foreman Mike came in with his crew swooped in and started shrink wrapping our sofa's, beds ("because it may rain" he said)at the time of pick up. Adding 20 dollars for this and 40 dollars to wrap that -- mike insisted he was just a worker, it is not his fault. He is just doing what he was told. We ended up moving several pieces of ourselves because of all the additional fees. They showed up a day early and started grabbing stuff that was not even ready to go. Their plan was to use most of the estimated time for the move when they came and then charge for extra hours when they delivered my goods. My sales rep called me while on my way to meet the movers in the new city to tell me my bill had doubled. He expressed disbelief after I explained how it went the night before. He had "no idea" that the crew came early the night before. He told me don't worry he would handle it - give us a discount (fix it) and call me back. He never did. He left and went home. So MIKE presented me with the bill upon delivery. Which I disputed and tried to call his manager and my sales rep. But the "dispatcher" indicated everyone left for the weekend and that I should go get cash or money order or they would put my belongings in storage and would not know when they would be back to deliver them. They held the stuff hostage on the truck and extorted cash/money order for double the original estimate. The contract indicated you could use a credit card to pay but they would not accept a credit card even though the bill was way more than I was originally told it would be. I ended up driving around the strange new city and pulling some strings to try to come up with the additional cash to pay to get my belongings delivered. HORRIBLE business!!! STAY AWAY

Comment : Disastrous situation. We hired a company and the day before the moving they called and said that couldn’t do the moving. They offered us a day in two weeks. It was too much for us to wait so we were in shock and hysteria. But then our friends advised to try Sun City Movers Florida and they were able to find a place for us within several days. They literally saved us.
