Comment : Incredibly instructive salesman plus first-rate guys on the day of the move. We had several personal problems beforehand then following my move and the staff of this company was extremely understanding and obliging. The whole experience was completed as it should have, so thanks very much. I would Highly reccomend National Relocation van lines to friends and family. What a great service!

Comment : I just wanted to let others know how great this company really was with me and my move. They kept their word on a few things. One, they were on time at both destinations. They also called me several times to make sure I was prepared for the arrival times. Two, they disassembled and reassembled my major items with no problems. And they way that they wrapped everything was flawless. Everything was super protected and cushioned. When it came to the price the price stayed the same all the way to the delivery. I knew exactly what to pay at the time of delivery, they kept me well prepared and well informed during my move!

Comment : They were so great from the start. Very nice and professional! The movers were fantastic as well! Vital kept in contact with me throughout the whole entire move. Nothing was damaged but I believe it was because they wrapped everything up so well!! The best part is that they were there when they said they would. They kept their word throughout the move!

Comment : Moving with them was such a great experience, and I was very surprised. Everyone talked so bad about the moving industry companies but I guess I just found a really good company. I mean nothing went wrong it just happened the way I saw it in my head. They were very punctual and arrived on time at either destination. Everything was packed and wrapped up perfectly and arrived with no damage. Price went up a little due to some extra packing that I agreed to but they made me aware before they did it, that to me is how professionals handle moves!

Comment : It took me a lot of research and talking to really find a moving company that worked for me. Everyone at national relocation van lines, no matter what they were in the middle of doing before I called, would drop anything to answer my questions and make sure that I was happy or needed anything else with my move. My favorite mover Danny was great! He called and made sure I would be home for pick up and delivery and he and the guys really took their time to put everything where I wanted it put. I felt very taken care of!

Comment : They really made me feel like they cared. I could not express just how much my dining room set and bedroom set meant to be. They have been in my family for years and are in great condition, if something happened to them I would not let them live it down. When the movers got to my home I told them exactly how I felt and they looked at me and said no problem this is what we do, so with that I trusted that they knew what they were doing. First they wrapped and dissembled everything with bubble wrap. Then padding was taped around and blankets were taped all around as well. And they were not cheap with the wrap or padding it was pretty cushioned up. All their hard work paid off in the end because nothing happened to my sets which really made me happy!! They promised they would take care of my things and they did.

Comment : Being this was my first move in 10 years it went pretty well. I mean it was a typical move. The movers got to my home and disassembled my things and made sure everything being put on the truck was not only wrapped properly but could fit with no problem. It took them about 3 weeks to get to my new home which I was well prepared for, I needed extra time to get to my home because I wanted to sight see so they did little moves in between my move. They arrived and put everything where I wanted it and put everything back together for me. I knew what I had to pay since I was first quoted and it did not change. Like I said everything went pretty well with no mistakes!

Comment : I am happy to report a good move! Movers got to both locations on time and Vital and Danny were amazing movers and made sure that my things were loaded the right way!! If it was not for them my things would have been broken or damaged. They were always in contact with me preparing my for their arrivals which helped me out a lot with my scheduling. It was a great job and they were great people!

Comment : Ended up paying $2,000 more than estimate. Delivery was later than specified. Packing was fine but at delivery they just dropped everything around the house and never assembled anything as promised. Items missing and customer service never responding. Address here is a UPS store. Never knows where their real office is.

Comment : Being a young female who lives by myself, some of the reviews scared the heck out of me, and I was having visions of horror... The crew was on time, helpful, very careful, very respectful, and nice. It was a wonderful refute to some of the other posts! The gentlemen were friendly and personable. I would definitely recommend the service to a friend, and if I have to move again, they are definitely doing all of the heavy lifting.

Comment : My move got off to a rough start due to an office mix-up and no-show movers. Thankfully, the confirmation letter and helpful office employees got everything back on track. The movers who showed up were polite and agreeable. During the move I was called away on an emergency. The movers were great. They kept working and got my belongings to the new house. Comment : I really appreciate the help you gave me in moving some special items to storage. The movers showed up as scheduled and were very professional and extremely careful with the items being moved. They removed the glass and wrapped it along with wrapping the antique cabinets so they would not get damaged. I will use them again knowing they will handle my possessions with the utmost care..... Comment : This was absolutely the best move I have ever made. Starting with the quick reply from the office staff. I needed to put together a move in about one weeks’ time. I emailed National Relocation Van Lines requesting an estimate and I had a response email immediately and then a follow up email with all the information I needed to compare rates with other local companies. A quote was offered and the move scheduled in a few short days. The two men called me when they were ready to come and then met me at the garage. They were friendly, courteous, and knowledgeable about how the get this move done safely and quickly. They offered help with the items I choose to move myself, they respectfully handled my possessions protecting each item. They maneuvered the items with skill so that I was not worried about breakage. The move was over in just a few hours. I have moved multiple times in my life and this was hands down the easiest move I have ever made. I cannot praise this crew enough.

Comment : I called at the last minute, after another moving company did not show up. National Relocation Van Lines arrived the next morning on time. They did a fantastic job moving my belongings and even pointed out the damage that the other company did while moving my things into storage two months earlier. While I feel the prices are bit expensive, I would definitely use National Relocation Van Lines again!

Comment : I was very impressed with the professional attitude of the 3 young men who moved me. They worked well together. There was no fooling around and no down time. They wrapped the furniture that needed moved in plastic and were careful in moving all pieces. I would definitely recommend National Relocation Van Lines to anyone who wants to be moved swiftly, courteously and professionally. Also, the receptionist was very personable and extremely good natured. She fit my moving timeline into the company's so that I could get moved when I needed to. Also, the fee charged was very reasonable and because there was no joking around, it was done expediently and saved me money. You were/are the best!!! Thank you for a job well-done.
