Comment : I was told my movers would show up between 8am and 9am, they gave me a call at 7:45am and told me they were on their way and they arrived by 7:55am, fantastic. The three men who helped me move did all the necessary work swiftly and carefully. They were also extremely friendly to talk with. Jason also checked in at every step of the process to make sure the move went smoothly. It is easy to find a moving company in Florida - tough to find a good one. This is undoubtedly the best moving company in Florida. **Note** have some cash on hand to tip your movers! They won't bring it up at all that you can tip them, but you can and they work hard. I wish I had realized that I had more cash at the ready (downside of an all plastic payment lifestyle).

Natalie was very honest and knowledgeable and also customer personnel in the office were responsive and attentive. The pickup crew was on time, very efficient, friendly and well spoken. I did not have any worries about things being stolen, or broken. They were also very accommodating to the nuances of my street. Dismantled the furniture that needed to be taken apart, and put it back together without questions. They wrapped everything up (EVEN THE TRASH CAN). I advise using them for all moves irrespective of the distance because they are real professionals and one of the best in the business.

Comment : Just finished our move from Florida to Indiana with Household Van Lines. We set the move up on short notice, but it was no problem. Found Household Van Lines on recommendation from a friend, and I have also seen his trucks around the neighborhood before. For the estimate, these movers showed up and we were done in about 15 minutes. Day of the move, the crew of Miguel, Alves, Mathiue and Sergio came on time and got everything packed and loaded in the truck carefully and efficiently and they delivered our belongings to our new place in less time than they originally quoted. Whole job came in at about 75% of the original quote. Crew was quick to explain what was going on, packed everything, and was willing to deal with the double parking mess (i.e. moving the truck back and forth to let my neighbours in and out of their place. They are all true professionals.

I talked to Duke, a sales person, who was very friendly explaining everything about their service in a great detail. On the moving day, Keith and two guys arrived to my apartment. I can tell you - very professional, very friendly and very kind! These are the words I can use to describe these movers. At the final destination, they arranged my furniture the way I requested I did not have to pay extra for that. Ricky was very responsive every time I had a question about the move and the cost. We did face-time with their manager to get an accurate estimate. On the day of the move, Smith, the team leader, called me about half an hour early letting me know that the moving crew had arrived (I was away from the moving location at that time). They moved so quickly but carefully with our stuff. The crew was very courteous and professional. There was no damage and delivery was timely. Overall, I was very satisfied with their service and would surely use them again when we move in the next few months.
