BEST Transportation has been amazing
While it may excite our spirit to move to a new home and start a new adventure; the experience of actually moving all our stuff is never something we look forward to. There is stress produced in ways never thought possible. The only way to offset this is to hire a company who specializes in stress reduction. Elizabeth Moving is one of those companies. There is a reason they have so many positive reviews. Here is another one. From the moment they returned my initial inquiry, it was clear they take customer service seriously; and it is not just for show, they want the customer comfortable and satisfied with the work they do. The gentleman who initially provided us information, then came to our house and did the walk through, was professional, polite, and made certain to address all my questions and concerns. I wish I could remember his name. He provided an estimate within 24hrs and had boxes delivered the same day once we gave him the go ahead. The scheduler contacted me, with no issues getting our move on the books.

Eagle Transfer & Storage Co
Good Company, not a lot of hours
Could not have been a better experience. My movers, Marty and Seth, were amazing from start to finish... helpful, enthusiastic, considerate, kind, and hard-working. They took the best possible care of my belongings and never once complained about having to lug my massive collection of books down stairs or having to segregate items for an interim drop-off/pick-up stop. Anything they could do to make things go better or help me out, they did. Worth every penny, and I had absolutely use Eagle again.

Expert Moving Co
Wonderful and very professional experience
They were wonderful ! Moved all our belongings, including the boxes we had not finished taping up, from one house to another. It took two truckloads and about seven hours. George and his crew were knowledgeable, friendly, efficient, and reassuring. The move by the way included two grand pianos, which they handled expertly and with great care. We are so grateful and would absolutely hire them again – if GOD FORBID we should have to move any time soon!

If I could give ten stars, I would. Sam, Zachary, and David made my moving day pleasant and efficient. I was amazed at their attention to detail, skill, and positive attitude. I will definitely be using Emerald Moving again.

Great experience.
I think they did a good job. They worked really hard. I only thing I think is you need to watch the number of boxes when they do the count and so on. How many they packed and that kind of thing.

poor experience.
I have used Dr. Move five times in the past. After this sixth time, I will not every use them again or refer them to a friend (something I have done in the past). I have always had more items to move than what was on my inventory. I viewed the inventory as a guestimate. In the past, my movers have been extremely friendly, helpful, and always moved the extra items. Again, this was how it was the previous five times I had used Dr. Move. This time, the movers came up to the apartment and refused to move anything that was not on the inventory. AFTER moving one queen bed, they told me that they would have to charge me extra because it was not properly added on the inventory. The inventory said "queen bed," which apparently only means mattress even though there is no distinction when you fill out your inventory online.

Diversified Moving Resources
Not satisfied.
We made a couple of dates, he kept canceling and then finally came out. They brought the wrong sized truck. I have a box full of shoes and they did not pay attention and a box of baking soda fell in the box that is ruined they are about eight pairs of high-end shoes covered in baking soda. I am not happy with the move. They were nice and friendly, but I am not happy. They knew how much we had because they staged it, so why bring a small sized truck and had to make a second trip and we were charged for the second trip.

They were late. They also said they would get the estimate to me the same day and they did not. I tried emailing them back with questions about the estimate and additional costs - there were no responses to my repeated emails even though the estimator said email was the best way to contact him with questions.

Punctual, professional, efficient and courteous.
These guys are GREAT! Punctual, professional, efficient and courteous. They charge by the hour and my last experience turned out to be quite pricey because the owner kept getting on his cell throughout the move. He had stop, chat and then proceed. Had to pay more than I had expected. Not these movers! They are focused! I moved from a one-bedroom apartment to a 2-bedroom apt. These guys hustle! They are mindful of your preferences. I had a few boxes that were filled with fragile contents. I asked them to please set them aside and pack last to keep from having anything on top. They complied. When we got to the new place, I asked them to place my dresser on one side of the wall. Then, a few minutes later realized it was not going to work. So, I hesitantly but respectfully, asked one of the movers to move to the other side of the wall. He did without complaining. They are competitively priced, too. DFW Movers just gets the job done!!! Period. No dilly-dallying. Will most definitely recommend them with an A+ rating to go with the recommendation to friends.

unprofessional company.
I have used a lot of moving companies over the years and I would have to say Movers Connection is the worst moving company I have ever used. It all starts with the their booking agent that will come out to your house and promise a highly professional packing and moving service, where in fact what you get is far from professional. You are told your beds and couches will be covered in protective plastic to protect them from water and dirt. When your furniture arrives it is filthy and damaged from where it has rubbed in their truck against other objects. Lamp shades that you where told would be packed into protective boxes are not and end up crushed and covered in dirt. This is where the customer service stops as the removal crew almost runs through the house bashing doors, scraping walls and damaging furniture as they go. Once the move is finished and you are left with your dirty, damaged furniture, the crew is very apologetic and I was told as they run out the door to make a claim with the head office. This is where the fun really starts.

They are a wonderful service. They did a great job. I had a lot to move, I had been in the same place for 40 years. They were very professional. It was a difficult move for me. There was a lot of stuff to move to the third floor. They were very good. Yes, I would use them again.

They were very good.
They were very good. Gave us a free estimate. Very competitive rate. We had packers come in the night before and pack everything. The next day they were able to get everything packed on the trunk in one day. They packed the truck in such away that as far as I see with unpacking nothing is broken. I am very impressed.

Fantastic experience
The crew was worked very hard and got along with mine and my wifes perfectionism. We could see that they really cared about us and our belongings. Same crew was in the delivery side which I thought was great! Final price was just like I was told it will be by the in-home estimator. We are very happy with the entire process, and appreciate In & out movers work.

City Transfer was great to work with. Everything was well communicated. And they were there when they said they would be. Our driver, George, was excellent! If you go to their website, problems are solved there only. I could easily get a free quote which made things even easier for me. I finalised the move bit due to certain unavoidable circumstances, I had to postpone my move. I’m really grateful that they were communicative and were available for a different date as well.
