Fantastic movers, great experience all around
Very impressed with this company although I did not end up moving with them. There was a misunderstanding between myself and the person I spoke with and I was so beyond frustrated that I left a poor review. The owner reached out to me directly and we talked through it. There was error of both sides of the fence and he really genuinely cared to fix the issue and make sure that everyone was on the same page. That conversation makes me wish I had chosen them for my move. The fact that they care so much about someone who did not choose to do business with them says a lot about the company and the owner, Chris. I would STRONGLY recommend anyone and everyone to give them a chance.

Exodus Moving
DO NOT USE THIS COMPANY
First they showed up late with no mask or gloves. Then when I asked them to pack the breakables, and help pack up other dishes, I told them they did not need to pack the food in the pantry as I would come back to get that. I also told them not to pack items on certain pieces of furniture that were not being moved. But they packed both the food and several items I either did not tell them to pack, or specifically told them not to pack, adding to the cost. They also spilled sand all over my basement carpet, moving a box of sand that I did not tell them to move. They also arrived short handed and after 5 hours I called for reinforcements when the lead said that they would be lucky to finish by midnight. Then after they left, I discovered that several items I asked them to move were moved to my place, but left downstairs in the garage. The final straw was when I went to move my futon in preparation for bringing my cats over, the futon fell apart because it was not put together correctly.

Pro Movers Miami
Absolutely terrible experience.
Absolutely terrible experience. They arrived to our apartment two and a half hours late (keep in mind that we had the elevator reserved for a specific time slot which, at this point, has almost elapsed). They then moved our items into our new home. When they were just about done, they proceeded to charge us for the move before every item was unloaded (we were so frustrated and exhausted at that point that we just paid). Conveniently, only AFTER we submitted payment and a tip, they disclosed that they had accidentally broken a large, expensive item that was still on the moving truck. Ace Van & Storage Co Inc
Unbelievable service at a good price.
Best movers I have worked with ever! They were friendly, patient, accommodating, and meticulous. I got a couple lower quotes prior to getting theirs, but I have moved enough times to know that those movers were lowballing me to get my business. One claimed my move was a one-day move! Bull! If I had gone with them, they would have been lobbing my stuff into the truck. It was a four-day move, and Ace had to work their asses off to do that. It was a massive move! Anyway, I have rambled long enough. The takeaway here is that you get what you pay for with movers. Believe me! And Ace provides great value for your money even if they are not the cheapest quote you get. Yay Ace!

Blake & Sons Moving & Storage Inc
Excellent customer service, prompt, courteous, careful and worked quickly
Blake and Sons really exceeded our expectations with our full-house move! The quote they gave us was in the mid-range of what we were given by several moving companies, and their final bill came up just a little under what we expected to pay. The movers were on-time, hard-working, friendly and so very careful with every item they touched and packed/padded. Not a single item was damaged in the move (ironically the only thing that broke was a lightbulb, and it was my husbands fault, lol) and they kept the old homes and our new homes floors both clean and undamaged. I have already recommended them to several of my friends who are about to move. From the in-home quote, to the prompt customer service, and the final execution of the move, Blake and Sons really hit it out of the park for us.

Dumbo Moving and Storage
BEST Transportation has been amazing
I used Dumbo moving for my boyfriend and I to move into our new apartment in Brooklyn. They were absolutely wonderful - quick, efficient and kept all of our items in tip top shape. They even put together our new bed! I would recommend them highly. Truck number 089

Admiral Merchants
I had a very bad experience.
Admiral Merchants loaded a machine for us in Washington State, going to Tennessee. This was loaded on Monday. First estimated arrival was Friday. That was canceled for Monday, which was changed to Tuesday on Friday afternoon. They said Monday the trucker had no money on his fuel card over the weekend and had to sit so it would be Wednesday AM. We had Crane and rigging here Wednesday Am. No truck. after contacting them we found the truck to be in OK. They made no attempt to contact us. The fact that we had to pay the rigging company to sit for 8 hours awaiting the truck did not even warrant a call from Admiral Merchants. A simple phone call would have saved us several thousand d0llars. I would not recommend them to anyone who has expectations of businesslike actions from a trucking company.

Central Van & Storage
Excellent customer service, prompt, courteous, careful and worked quickly
Central van and storage headquartered in Pittsburgh and operating in West Virginia was a major disappointment. Two years ago we moved two houses into one and the crew from central van and storage were phenomenal. Worked quickly, wrapped the furniture, and were exceedingly professional. Because of that positive experience we choose them once again for our latest move. The crew showed up at 9:00 a.m. And took their first break at 10:15 a.m. They broke one of the sliding Windows on my antique barristers book case. Our armoire and chest of drawers were severely nicked up. They broke one of our box springs and ruined the drawers in our dressers by forcing them until most of them won not even open central van and storage thought an offer of $363 is going to compensate us for damage to $6,000 worth of furniture. Stay away from central van and storage.

BEST Transportation has been amazing
Great service, friendly staff, & reasonable pricing! One of my best friends recommended Atlanta Peach Movers, so I got a quote from them as well as 3 other movers for the unload of my truck. They did a great job, and I was highly satisfied. They took the time to protect my stuff, and helped with assembly as well! Definitely made the move so much easier!!!

You Move Me Boulder
They did a great job and they were prompt.
We have moved quite a few times over the last several years, and the Boulder Moving guys were super friendly & very professional. They struck a great balance between taking their time (to not dent or damage furniture/walls), but worked quickly throughout the day. All-in-all one of the BEST moving crews we have worked with!

I hate moving. Each time I have moved I swore it would be my last time. I hated the move I just did with You Move Me Charlotte. But here is why I am posting this 5-star review. The men who served as my moving crew worked hard and were completely professional and capable. A couple of things went wrong, neither of which I could blame on the crew. I called the office the next day to complain about those things, and the response was a perfect example of customer service done right. I am not going to arouse suspicion by describing what went wrong and I am not going to create expectations by describing how they offered to make up for what went wrong. But if you hate moving half as much as I do, you need the professionalism of these good folks.

This company took over the original moving company that I had which they shut down. I was thankful for their prompt responses. They kept my items longer than we had agreed upon. They damaged my marble table, which over 6 months later I am still fighting to get my money back. We had a few missing boxes and other small damaged items which was expected. We also received a box that was not ours and would not contact me back so I could return the items to their owner. They kept directing me to the claims department but they would not help me either. I took this matter into Better Business Bureau and hopefully they will help me. They also nickled and dimed me and charged me an additional 500 than the original contract and I even packed less items! Trust me, you are better off getting a UHAUL and hiring movers through there, it is much cheaper. I will never go through a moving company again. The movers did not speak much english which was fine, until they were rude to me when I tried to help them with an easier route to the truck.

They were very nice and respectful of our personal property.
We have moved several times over the years, and no other company has come close to matching the quality of service we received from West Coast Movers. The team arrived on time, assessed the scene and gave us clear direction on the time required to complete the job. Every one of the four workers was friendly and helpful. Our furniture and other items were moved carefully, professionally and without any damages. We hope that this was our last move for a long, long time to come, but if we do decide to change locations, we won not hesitate to call West Coast Movers.

White Lion Moving Winter Park
Excellent service from start to finish! Made my move 100% less stressful!
My moving coordinator Francesca was awesome. She really went above and beyond trying to help me when my title company (American Title Co) kept delaying my closing due to incompetence. Francesca was able to reschedule and work out the delivery of my household items in a fair timely manner. She really went above and beyond and I encourage anyone thinking about a moving company to choose White Lion. Marc was the crew chief for my move and he was top shelf. Really happy with the way he ran his crew and the professionalism in which he handled business.
