Comment : I hate moving. Each time I have moved I swore it would be my last time. I hated the move I just did with You Move Me Charlotte. But here is why I am posting this 5-star review. The men who served as my moving crew worked hard and were completely professional and capable. A couple of things went wrong, neither of which I could blame on the crew. I called the office the next day to complain about those things, and the response was a perfect example of customer service done right. I am not going to arouse suspicion by describing what went wrong and I am not going to create expectations by describing how they offered to make up for what went wrong. But if you hate moving half as much as I do, you need the professionalism of these good folks.

Comment : YouMoveMe was recommended by a friend who raved about them moving his family. The guys showed up exactly on time. No "window" periods (like the cable company saying "we will be there between 8am and noon"). They said 12:30 and they showed up at 12:30. The guys were extremely professional and very efficient. From start to finish they were great. I will happily recommend them to my friends.

Comment : My move went GREAT from start to finish I was provided a 9to11 window with a promise to get a call before 9am and the day of my move I did receive that call at 8:30am from nick who assured me that my move would go as smooth as possible which made me feel awesome he even offered me A CUP OF COFFEE which made me feel even more comfortable with this moving service. At exactly 9am the guys showed up introduced themselves (Nick,Adriano) you can tell these guys had a lot of experience between them all they instructed me to do was point at what needs to go and they went right to work TRUE MOVING PROFESSIONALS they truly respected my property and professionally wrapped my furniture items so no damage could occur. These men where AWESOME they where very fast, efficient and careful. YOU MOVE ME has provided me with a GREAT moving experience and I would have no problem recommending this service to anyone. Last but not least the free ward robe service was awesome because I didnot have to pack my closet all I had to do was hang my close inside the ward robe box. Thank You. YOU MOVE ME for being AWESOME!!!
