0 stars is too good a rating for this ocmpany. As far as customer service goes, they make Comcast seem like the best company in the world. Basically, they lie, they cheat, they manipulate, and they extort. But we could live with all of that if they actually delivered our stuff.
It's now taken 3 weeks for a cross country move that should have and could have taken less than 1 week, and we are still being di--ed around and told that our stuff will be delivered soon. That line has been told to us for two weeks already in fact, with our things nowhere to be found. BFRM is already in breach of their contract, but they refuse to acknowledge any wrongdoing or that they have lied to us repeatedly, despite their own audio recordings showing otherwise.
When I explained to their manager that we were going to start telling everyone we knew about how bad the company was (online and off-), he actually threatened us.
We had hired BFRM because their original estimate was $2000 less than other companies. We should have known better. When they picked up our stuff, they added in numerous additional charges that made their cost equal to the other quotes we had received. Fine. So be it. But the other companies would have moved our belongings in a week or less. Three weeks is ridiculous. And now we're on to week 4.
Basically, this is a heinous, vile, despicable, deplorable, shady and corrupt company that is not up to the task of moving goods, which you would think might be problematic for a moving company!
If you can hire any other company to handle your move, I strongly suggest you do so. Don't make the same mistake we did. Unfortunately for us, it's now time to lawyer up and expose these frauds.
