Friendly, fast, efficient, professional.
Ortiz is a great, high end moving company that does not scrimp on packing and boxing. We had many valuable antiques, all were boxed individually and not one thing was damaged. They used small boxes most of the time that were easy to move store and carry, making their job faster and our organization afterwards, much easier. They moved a 35 room house and were super cool. Honest, careful, highly professional. I would never use anyone else.

Excellent customer service, prompt, courteous, careful and worked quickly
Worst moving company ever! They make you Promises of cheap price in great service but in all actuality when the manager Bridget gets on the phone the day of pickup it is to take advantage of everything that was offered your price not only gets raised up but they will pretend to build a fake wall of boxes just to charge you more money please make sure you inspect your truck before they load your items on to see if they have done that to you as well if you cancel all of a sudden and less than 10 minutes miraculously Trans Van Lines will give you a call to try to book you under the same price do not be fooled by this misconception they are the exact same company owned by the exact same people 80% of the moving companies out here complete and utter frauds the best recommendation that anybody could give anybody is to do the Move Yourself that way you do not have to worry about your stuff being stolen by the warehouse guys or being treated disrespectfully by the head forming on pick up and yelled at by the manager Bridget because you do not feel its fair that you pay an extra thousand plus dollars for items that you already stated we are on the list. Stay far away from these companies cheap prices mean horrible experiences like I stated before if you have got a little bit of extra money definitely look for a better price with a better company or just do the Move Yourself either way stay away from both of these companies

Nice people, hard workers! When I had my big move, they came on time. Very careful with my stuff. I had nothing broken or damage the whole move. NO over charge. If I ever move again, I will definitely use them. Best moving company!

Naglee Moving & Storage, Inc
DAMAGE EXTENSIVE - BUYER BEWARE!!!!
I hired Naglee to move me on a long distance move. While packing, they ran out of time and had only packed about 3/4 of my home by 6:00 pm due to their underestimation of the amount of time and supplies it would take to properly pack my home . Instead of finishing the job the next morning, the packers were determined to make the drive that night and became very rushed with the remaining portion of my items. Consequently, when we unpacked upon arrival, there was $1,000s in damage. The items damaged were irreplaceable. Such a shame that people you pay above average market value to take care of your possessions treat other peoples items with such an intentional disregard.

They were on time and they work very fast!
My team of three movers arrived on time, were gentle with all my items, assembled items that they removed from old home. Leo in particular is a gem, very personable and handled everything with well with his team. They really care about your belongings and your family. Courteous, patient and careful, I would use them again and recommend them highly!

This company was worth every penny! From start to finish, the team worked meticulously fast and made my move seamless. Thank you Raul, Kyle, and gang for all your hard work!! They moved 50 years worth of "stuff" (3 bedroom 2 bath home) into an apartment and 10 x 15 storage unit!

I would highly recommend using this service, professional friendly and honest.
I moved out of Tracy to Oakdale a few months back, and as a matter of fact had a fantastic experience with this moving team. The salesman, who referred to himself as a surveyor not a salesman but we all know right? Well he was honest at every step, including that his estimate would be just a tad over the actual days move. I saved a hundred bucks compared to the estimated price, which is the kind of surprise you want on move day! The crew was courteous, and you would not believe it one of them looked just like my old pal John! I know you are in San Antonio now but man, this guy looked just like you. He did not have your accent though!

Best moving company...EVER! Fabulous people.
I needed some very heavy things moved, and they brought enough help to make it look easy. They showed up on time and were very careful to avoid damage to anything. I would use them again.

I moved from out of town recently and these guys were great.
Jhon came with another mover and did a great job, and moved everything efficiently and he knows how to pack the moving truck. My husband and I could not believe how nicely everything was put away and it was a great experience!

great company and very professional movers.
This is my 2nd time using My American Movers. Ceaser and his crew were very prompt and professional. Admittedly I was late in packing beforehand and needed their assistance which they provided. They even helped me with switching out my appliances between the houses which proved to have its challenges. But Cesar did what he was able I do and I am so happy I had his help.

DO NOT DO BUSINESS WITH THESE PEOPLE.
Believe the bad reviews, they are terrible. I am in Washington state, moved from Champaign, and apparently they lost my stuff. It has not shown up, and now they are not taking my calls. What do I do if my stuff never shows up? Get a lawyer and try to sue, I guess? I do not know. But its been weeks. All my stuff from 30 years of adult life, from all the places I have lived in 22.5 years in the military, and is it gone now? I do not know. Would be awesome if they could call me back.

I had the absolute worst experience with this company. I was given an estimate of $1300.00 and when they came to my house it was totally different. I gave them $1000 on the spot and they took my stuff away. They put it in storage and then I started getting bills for some amount that was never discussed. I went back and forth with the customer service manager over email dispite giving her my number she never once called me. I never spoke with anyone after they came and took my stuff. They ended up auctioning my stuff off which was everything I owned including pictures of my kids that I can never get back. When I asked them if I could get my $1000 back they never responded. So, they took my money and my personal possessions and I have not heard a word from them. DO NOT USE THIS COMPANY FOR MOVING.

Not one item was broken or damaged
I moved the beginning of December. Although I paid more than I wanted too, four months later they sent me an email saying they were sending a $16 unpaid bill to Collections!!! Not sure what the extra $16 was, but I thought I had paid the whole balance on the phone after the move. Besides the fact that they have all of my contact information.WTF!!!

Amazing...exceeded every expectation..This company had their finest ( Robby, Zach and Jason) move me today from Manhasset into Long Island City, Queens..we came across multiple challenges with the storage facility we were moving into...it was HELL! They were polite, very professional, never stopped to take a breather (even though I bought them sandwiches, chips and water) I was in PAIN watching them work so hard...they prevailed without a flinch, which just impressed me so much. For that, they will get my business again in a month when i leave my beloved Manhattan apt and move into Long Island City! Seriously, worth every penny, amazing service, amazing guys..super helpful....just love these guys. Impressive work. Book them if you can get them...and I am a critic. For real.

Tim & Rocky were great -- moved our office / loft in the marina to Storage the guys worked super hard were very respectful of social distancing and got us moved fast so also great value. They have just gone out on their own and I have no doubt they will be very successful.

The staff in the office are very professional and friendly.
I needed to help a friend with his move and Daniel from Key Moving gave me a great price. (Was actually less than the quote i got from a man with a van). They came on time, help my friend with the packing and within 5 hours he was at the new location. Nothing broke during the move and i was charged exactly like agreed. Will come back next time.

If there is an option for zero star, I would give them. I used their storage service and once all my stuffs were delivered, the owner lied to me about price. So FUNNY! I talked to him over the phone a few weeks before my delivery and when I got there he asked me double the price. WTF? No reliability!!!!!!!

BEST Transportation has been amazing.
King packed my entire condo, kept everything in storage for a few days while I arranged the closing on my new apartment and moved me into it five days later. So the truck was loaded, unloaded into storage, loaded again and unloaded when he moved me in. The owner, Alan Seidenberg, was great - so great that he did not charge me for the the extra unloading and loading. Carmen the packer was amazing. Both moving crews were incredible. I had the same crew supervisor each time and he was a take charge guy who was very considerate, funny and accommodating. He personally moved 90% of my goods into the apartment from where the other three men left them in the hallway. Best move I have ever had.

best experience we have ever had
Good choice for our unload. We decided to Uhaul our move instead of hiring a commercial company like Atlas, Mayflower, etc. Our biggest concern was the labor on each end of the move. We were very pleased to have selected owner John and his company "King of Kings Moving Ministries" for our unload. Do not let the name confuse you - they are hard-working movers and are also Christian - they are not going to evangelize you (unless you ask!). They took very few breaks and deducted the time off for lunch. The rate is very reasonable. And John knows how to move and set up a grand piano. I think he would have done a better job than our loaders on the other end of the move. And if you have an extra hand dolly available, they will use it, too - saving even more time. Give John a call.

And as you can see from their responses to previous reviews, they hide behind fine print in their contracts to allow for all these grievances and deceive their customers. Despite being assured that my stuff would arrive within a specific time period, Jet Van Lines continuously pushed back the arrival date and repeatedly cited their right to ship items within THIRTY DAYS OF FIRST AVAILABLE DELIVERY DAY.
