Scheduling was also very easy and flexible. Definitely recommend.
Anne Elizabeth and Frank were amazing! They were super fast about coming out to do a walk thru and estimate for us and very flexible on our dates. Frank was incredible - he managed all of our packing and oversaw our move from start to finish. The team of gentlemen were courtesy, professional and efficient! I would highly recommend to anyone in need of a trustworthy and reliable team.
Scheduling was also very easy and flexible. Definitely recommend.

Beware of extra fees.
The initial estimate for my move was about $1300 which is why I went with this company. All other estimates were well over $2000. They also include this Do-no-exceed-estimate clause in there contract. They were very easy to communicate with and usually replied to my questions within a couple hours. On moving day I found out that my apartment does not accommodate 18-wheelers (52 trailers) and the moving company added an extra $300 for a shuttle fee. Being that I had never had a big move like this, I had no idea to ask about this. The movers also added an extra $150 for packing my furniture items in blankets. The movers arrived 3 hrs after the pickup window they had given. On delivery day, I found out that I needed to reserve the freight elevator at my apartment building and of course it was booked for the delivery window I scheduled with the movers. The movers were very accommodating and pushed my delivery to a later time. I was charged an additional $150 for the long haul from the delivery truck to my apartment. This possibility was disclosed to me in the contract. The movers were very courteous and helped assemble some furniture that was not included in the contract. No furniture was damaged or lost in the move. I ending up paying about $1900 after all the additional fees they added. Albeit $600 in additional fees, I would still use this company and recommend it to others, just be aware of the all of the fees involved.

I whole heartily recommend this company.
I looked these guys up on yelp and they were as good as there previous ratings stated. I hired 4 guys for $100 per hour to move a full 4 bedroom house of furniture from storage to my new home and they completed it in about 5 hrs. All of the guys working took there time, but kept a good pace and were very careful not to damage any of my stuff. Dowda is the guy that owns the company and he supervised the entire move.

Excel Movers
They were fast, thorough, totally helpful, friendly and funny.
My mother passed away last week and my sisters and I needed to move her out of her assisted living apartment. We packed her stuff and Mike and his crew from Excel Movers physically moved everything to my sisters house. From start to finish it was the most pleasant experience I have had with movers. Mike was easy to work with and so pleasant and efficient. The young men who helped him were kind, thoughtful and careful with everything. I would highly recommend this company when you are moving locally.

ETG Moving company was extremely reliable, the best price I was quoted, and sent over the nicest guys to help me move! They were extremely fast at responding to me in my request for COI (I live in a condo) and also reassured me with confirmation my move was scheduled. Federico and Jorge who helped with my move were extremely efficient and friendly. Everything was done faster than expected.

Found these guys with an internet search. What a good deal for me. The office/dispatch team were meticulous and professional, followed up w/ emails and calls, quote was very reasonable. Moving team arrived on time and were right to work. These guys were professional,positive, organized,and no nonsense. There was no down time and no slack. They were very hard working, on the pack out and unload side. The team left nothing to chance and padded,wrapped and treated everything with care and respect. They also finished under the quoted time and I should be seeing a refund. Not sure when I will move again but they will be the team I call.

Empire Movers LLC
It was a very good price for the fast and great services!
I used Empire to move me from NJ to NYC and they were amazing. Virgil helped set me up with everything over the phone and he was very helpful and kind, even when I was clearly getting stressed about moving so soon after a holiday weekend. The movers who came were quick and careful, they made sure all of my things were properly wrapped and taken care of and even took some things that I forgot to originally put in my inventory. I could not recommend this company enough, they are truly sone of the best movers in NYC.

Courteous, efficient and accommodating!
I used Dulong again for the 2nd half of my move in early September. Again service was great and worked out perfectly. I had several quotes for both moves and estimate I saved at least $1,500. Yes, I had to drive the truck, but it was certainly worth my time.

Wonderful experience.
District Relocators did a fantastic job with my move! Driver Tay and movers Dre, Derrick and Rome were on time, professional, friendly, efficient and handled everything with care. They definitely have a process and it showed - it was a quick move and expertly done! I would recommend them for sure.

This is a white glove moving company. They are careful, prepared, detailed and reliable. Smart, (sometimes calculating the exact degree of an angle in a small elevator for a large piece that wouldnt otherwise fit). They are also nice, honest, and are very hard workers. They wrapped everything beautifully. Thanks guys and lady! I wouldnt trust anyone else!!

Absolutely the most efficient, dependable, honest, trustworthy - I can not say enough - we were so apprehensive with all the scams out in the moving world and we lucked into these guys with Angi. I called several companies and Derrick owner of Dependable Movers was the first to respond, he talked a good talk and he actually did what he promised! Reasonably priced and very careful with my stuff. Jonah, Max and A.J. are hard working guys, they took on any task to get my stuff packed safe. They used very safe techniques and all worked well together.

Lovely company.
Downtown Moving made our move easy...or as easy as a move can be! The guys were very careful with all of our furniture, everything was wrapped securely. No damage to our possessions as with our last move with a different company. The crew was also very polite and courteous all day. At the end of the day they offered to move furniture around for me and wanted to make sure that everything was exactly as I wanted it before they left. Would definitely use them again.

College Hunks Removing Junk recently took some furniture away for me. While DavidM and ElldarM did a great job, I was a bit surprised at the high cost to move 6 pieces. Especially with all but one piece being staged in the garage. The minimum cost for the truck, plus the every 15 minute charge was a bit expensive. JeremiahB did a great job communicating the expected arrival time.

Compass moving were fantastic. I have never seen people work so hard and so thoughtfully. They treated our belongings with care and respect. Nothing was too much for them. They made a complicated move from a house and storage unit to a rental on several floors quick and easy.
