This is one of the most mismanaged companies I have ever dealt with. Dictated delivery time so that I had to miss work apparently cannot deliver after 3 p.m. and when I called at 2:10 p.m. on the scheduled day, the dispatcher was extremely rude to me. They originally dictated between 12 and 3, told me they had call the night before to give me a shorter time frame and then called me the night before and said 10:30 3. Does that sound like a shorter time frame to you Yes, they are cheap, but you get what you pay for. If I ever had to arrange moving again, it would NEVER be with this company. The two dispatchers I spoke with were unprofessional, rude and arrogant.

if there was a rating less than ZERO I would have rated them more appropriately. there are so many similar issues that proves this company acted in a manner thats un acceptable and un lawful having said that I suggest the affected file a lawsuit against the owners by name as well as its employees and procure to the fullest extint of the law. it is obvious employees and owners were in cahoots together especially Whitney Wade.

Primetime Movers Portland
super friendly and very professional
Unbelievable service With an inch of ice on the road, they picked up our furniture in hilly West Linn, and delivered it to us in Portland. They were right on time, which is especially impressive given the nasty weather. They did a great job wrapping and protecting the furniture. They did job beyond excellent, and we will be using them again in the future.

Perkins Storage & Transfer Co, Inc
efficient, and extremely easy to work
Perkins was highly recommended to me. I contacted them, they discussed how to move some fragile pieces of furniture across the country, crated them up, contacted another shipper as they did not go to northern California. Nick worked on a price quote, AJ collected the items I wanted sent and crated them and Sue was my liaison answering my questions, making suggestions and finalizing the move. They were exceptionally helpful, professional, efficient, and extremely easy to work with.

Premier Moving Services
Punctual, professional, and great movers
In the past 3 years, we have hired Premier Moving Services multiple times. Today we hired them again and they did not disappoint. Punctual, professional, and great movers. Scott and his team members did a great job. I highly recommend Premier Moving Services Great attitude, and work ethic. They moved our furnitures and boxes with care. They were fast and efficient! good service
This moving company was highly recommended to me by my friend who moved to Arizona. She has nothing but great things to say especially regarding the owner Rusty, so I decided to contact them. Rusty has great customer service skills. He is very professional, nice, responsive, and explains everything in details on what to expect. Their price is also very reasonable. He came over our house and the storage facility and gave us a great quote. I will do a review update later on once the move is complete, but for now i just wanted to thank Rusty for a great customer service and we appreciate his honesty.

Poindexter Moving
good company
I have hired Poindexter now two times and they have been wonderful both times First time I hired them was just to move me and nice to pack and move me. Once you hit a certain age you just gotta hire movers, your friends do not want to pull their back out for cheap beer and pizza and when you are trusting someone with all of your stuff you want it to be a reputable company, hire Poindexter Their guys were communicative, on time, friendly and got right down to business. They ask every time they were not sure if they should touch certain things like my closet, TV, valuables which I appreciated. Only bad thing is we are pretty sure they broke the glass shelves to our bar cart after I called they said they would ask around but never got back to me. But i only put the basic insurance so even if I filed a claim, I would not have gotten much money so I did not bother. Its not a deal breaker for me tho, Iam going to hire them again next time I move Highly recommend

excellent experience
Had an excellent experience with Pak Mail Phoenix whos contracted to pickup and ship out items from a local auction house. All items were picked up on the day required late fees would have been added if not and they provided prompt quotes for shipping and expertly packed it all, items arrived with zero damage. Considering the volume of shipping they have to handle dealing with the auction house, their communication and customer service were stellar, would not hesitate to use them again

Premiere Office Movers
professionalism, timeliness and speed
I used this company for an office move. From the beginning to the end, I was met with professionalism, timeliness and speed. We were quoted a 6 hour move and they finished in about 4.5 Our items were moved with care and we were notified immediately when one of the crew members thought he had chipped a desk it was already chipped prior to the move. I will say that although the move was fairly easy for us, the labeling system can be pretty tedious for someone that has a lot of stuff. As far as pricing, it was fair. I will say that the quote should be a little more detailed to explain what your paying money for. But I do appreciate that even after the move, a team came back a couple days later to mount some TVs which was a huge help I would definitely recommend this company for your big move.

Pro Manhattan movers is the team you want! The pricing was reasonable and Alan was super professional. If you get Romeos team of movers you will not be disappointed. They wrapped up all my furniture and did not charge extra for stairs All and all super fast move, very timely, and they were extremely careful. I have saved them down for the next time I move

we sincerely cannot recommend
I would not recommend this moving company to anyone. They damaged my furniture and did nothing to repair it, arrived late, quoted me one amount then the amount on that day was much higher even after doing almost everything myself.

Premier Transfer & Storage Inc
disappointing moving experience
This company made a delivery to our house while we were out of town. When we returned to find a box which was originally square look like it went over a cheese grater rather that a conveyer belt. Then to top it off they ran in to and damaged our entrance gate. When I called to see about our damaged gate they inform me they will check to see who the driver was. I responded there will be damages to their truck as well. After several attempts no return calls or replays via email. If I had been present when delivery was made I would have refused and my gate would have been repaired. The integrity of this company you decide.

Terrible claims process
Do not even bother hiring them. They were over 5 hours late on the day I am supposed to move. Did not give any updates, I had to keep calling them begging to know when they will come. Had to cancel on them and ask my friend to move for me.

Pacific Island Movers
horrible experience
This is the most horrible company I have ever dealt with. They would not unpack my boxes, they did not put together my furniture. We told them that they were not finished, so we told them that they must come back the next day and they said their boss would not let them. Its been two weeks of phone calls to get them to come back to get the boxes and they have not shown up. I get a phone call this morning saying they were at my house to pick up the boxes but there was no heads up and nothing scheduled.

Ran across these guys doing a google search and since they returned my call I used them. I called 3 other places and never heard a call back so hey snooze u loose. Sergi was super nice and reasonable on price but considering this weighs 500ish lbs it was fine. They showed up and wrapped it and off they went without an issue. I would highly recommend them for any vault move u need dine in the future

Absolutely 5 star service. I was moving a 2 bedroom apartment within the city and OBMOBT took care of everything. Everyone I interacted with was super professional and they made sure I was up to date on what was happening at every step of the way. The movers handled my building policies perfectly and secured a COI in a timely manner. My belongings were carefully wrapped and taken care of. The entire move ended up going much quicker than expected and the final cost was much less than I was quoted, which was a nice bonus A day or two after my move, the owner kindly called me to confirm that I was happy with my service and make sure that everything went smoothly. Overall amazing customer service and I will use this company for any future moves

These guys were amazing Friendly crew, that was fast and efficient. Helped me out on a last minute request. My original movers underestimated the how much truck space we needed even after a visual inspection days before. On moving day they left me with a garage full of stuff and said they would not make two trips to come pick up what did not fit on the truck. I started to panic as we needed to be out that day. Called around till I found Oceanside Local Movers. They were empathetic and had their crew add us, just as they were headed home. I wish I would have hired them initially Highly recommend them.

This company was very professional. All they did was their job, and did not cause me any worries. I thought it would take 5 hrs for the move and it was only 3hrs because their movers went at a very steady pace which help us tremendously.

We utilized On The Move for our office relocation in October of 2015. The movers arrived on time and were very efficient in moving all items from the old office to the new office. They handled our items with care and were very professional during the entire move. The movers unloaded our items and placed everything in its correct office at the new location. Would definitely recommend as an excellent choice for your next move
