This company sent 3 guys to pack up my household goods for a move to the lower 48. I would only give them 2 to 3 stars for their packing skills I caught one of them putting my pans into a box without any protective layering in between the pans which would have damaged the non stick surface but they were very careful about wrapping framed art and my mattress, etc. One of the guys was quite chatty and not good at talking while packing, which meant he spent more time talking than working, but his co workers made up for it with efficiency and speed.The reason I am giving this review 4 stars is for how quickly they worked to make a sad situation right: one of them accidentally knocked over a kitchen appliance and put a dent in it.Within a few minutes the owner and written a check to replace the full value of the appliance. Thats darn good customer service right there.

Warners Van Lines
professional and careful
Used Warners to move me from Lancaster to North Carolina. Joe came out and estimated the job, and came back with what I thought was a fair quote. Warners was also the only moving company in the area that would meet my moving deadline, pick up on Wednesday and deliver 2 days later Friday morning. Thankfully the Joe estimated the weight of my stuff about 700 lbs heavier than expected so the final bill was less than the agreed upon quote. That was a nice bonus. The moving crew was extremely professional and careful with my belongings.

worst experience
Terrible customer service. Complete failure in all ways. Do not use them. My employer unfortunately used them and they only delivered half of my goods. Thereafter I am usually overseas they charged me exorbitant fees for their failure.

Worst moving company. They need to be investigated and shut down. They quote a low price, get your stuff on the truck, then say it took up more cubic feet than expected and they 5 the price. The owner, the office staff is not to be trusted. There is a reason for all the 1 star reviews.

When I decided to move I contacted Vosco Moving and I will tell you that were FANTASTIC I have moved several times over the years and they were the best moving company that I have used. They were on time, and my move from a 2nd floor apartment to a 3rd floor apartment, with a drive from East Austin to West Austin took less than 2 1 2 hours total If you are looking for a great moving company that cares about their customers Vosco Moving is your company

I used Victory Van Lines in June The people you talk with and arrange your move with could not be nicer or more professional. However, the pleasant experience stops there. I moved from Rockville, MD to Miami, FL. Hardly a box was in tact on arrival, many bent, dented and partly open. Many small items broken. I must say I packed myself. However, the condition of the boxes was so bad, I am surprised more was not broken. The movers scuffed the wall of the hallway and it was not noticed before they left. Building management kept my 500dollar deposit for use of the freight elevator because of that. I filed a claim and received one phone call acknowledging receipt of the claim. They refused to acknowledge the hallway wall issue because it was not noticed before the driver left. Thus, my move cost an additional 500 dollar on top of other unexpected, unexplained additional fees.

We used Vernay to move my SIL who had lived in her home for 50 years. It was a really emotional day, not to mention that we were not terribly familiar with using a professional mover. The first words out of one of the movers was, do not worry, we have got this. The three guys that came Joe, Ken and Gabe were great to work with. They were professional, helpful, and helped us to just relax and get going. No issues at all with our move. Glad it is over. moving is not fun

Excellent Work
Wow VIP took great care when packing our home and moving us about 400 miles. There was not one thing broken and everything was put in place when they left. Vaughn is a beast and all of the staff is courteous from the scheduler to packer to mover. We recommend them to everyone. In movers there is a big difference in quality and they are licensed and insured. You really get what you pay for

CONSUMER BE WARE!! NEVER USE THIS COMPANY They are the worst movers we ever had the displeasure of using for a cross country move. They lied about deliver dates and held our stuff for over a month. Many items were damaged and not delivered in a home moving truck. They lied about recover money, we never got any compensation, lost over 4,000 dollar. Once our contract was signed, they continually made changes and added charges. They told us our items were in route, however, held our items in storage for 3 weeks before sending them and the whole time they lies and made up stories as to where our belongings were. MAJOR RIP OFF NEVER USE THESE SHYSTERS FRAUDULENT FROM START TO FINISH
