They were on time...quick....very respectable to me and my goods that they moved(nothing broken, ect) I am planning a long distance move in a year...and they most definitely will be the first company I call.

Comment : PLEASE do not use this company. If I could give it zero stars I would. They destroyed an antique bookcase, lost 2 oil paintings, ruined a Persian rug, which suffered water damage (likely during storage) and damaged an antique chair. I will skip describing the other smaller items. They also gave me misinformation about filing a claim with the insurer, which, fortunately, the insurer overlooked, but only because I had their info in writing. They did not respond to emails or messages without multiple attempts. Now in the process of dealing with the insurer who is denying claims despite photo evidence. Do yourself and your stuff a favor. Go elsewhere.

Comment : At first I was reserved towards their website, as it was overly promotional. But after I used Victory I knew what all the positive reviews online were about - they were on time, they didn't scratch the walls of my new apartment, they knew how to handle the heaviest of stuff that I had. Most of all, I was happy that they kept my antique Italian marble table in one piece. Recommended for local MD moves, you CAN rely on these guys!

Comment : Victory Van Lines offered me the smoothest move I have ever experienced! First of all, they were on time. They didn't overcharge me, they didn't try to push some hidden fees on me (like another company tried to when I had to move a couple of years ago). They were completely reliable and very professional about every detail of their job, from the packing to the unloading, everything went smoothly, and all of my stuff arrived undamaged. The fees I payed were even lower than I expected, so this is my way of saying "thank you" to the crew at Victory Van Lines!

Comment : I used Victory Van Lines in June The people you talk with and arrange your move with could not be nicer or more professional. However, the pleasant experience stops there. I moved from Rockville, MD to Miami, FL. Hardly a box was in tact on arrival, many bent, dented and partly open. Many small items broken. I must say I packed myself. However, the condition of the boxes was so bad, I am surprised more was not broken. The movers scuffed the wall of the hallway and it was not noticed before they left. Building management kept my 500dollar deposit for use of the freight elevator because of that. I filed a claim and received one phone call acknowledging receipt of the claim. They refused to acknowledge the hallway wall issue because it was not noticed before the driver left. Thus, my move cost an additional 500 dollar on top of other unexpected, unexplained additional fees.

Comment : They quoted $4K - showed up and packed half of my stuff and then said it would actually cost $10K - and if I didn't pay they would drive off and impound my belongings. I finally had to go get a UHaul and find friends to pack the other half of my belongings. I certainly didn't expect to have to move myself. I was held hostage the entire day. They even told me it was "the law" that I had to pay in full before they emptied the van. I finally had to pay them $6K to get my belongings back. Ironic that they would say the "law" was on their side. I find it very interesting that they highly incentivize cash payment too. Their fee structure seems very shady to me. If this has happened to you too, please contact the attorney general and support legal action to put these guys out of business.
