My husband and I hired Broadway Express to move our household goods from Austin to Detroit at the end of July. This is the second time we have used Broadway Express for our move, the first being back in 2005 from L.A. to Austin. Once again, the company and drivers have proven their worth. Our driver, Terry Short, did an outstanding job. He was very friendly, efficient and motivated with both the loading and unloading process; he was in constant communication with us as to his expected arrivals time; and was always professional and courteous. Overall price is by space that is rented on the truck, not by weight, so there are no hidden costs when it arrives at your destination. We had everything boxed, wrapped and ready to go when Terry arrived. We paid him extra to supervise our hired labor and guide the load-in and load-out. Well worth it! Highly recommend this company!

The best ever. Moving is stressful but these guys make it as easy as possible. Manager and his crew showed up early, got moving fast, worked within the time frame they promised and the price was by far the best I found in all my searches. I move OFTEN and I use them again and again. Nice guys, super skilled at the science of moving, and the price is so right

NEVER SHOWED WORST SERVICE EVER I contacted this company for a quote two weeks prior to the move. I signed an estimate but never received a confirmation call. I called the day before the move and they did not have my move on file, despite my confirmed price estimate and date for the move. They said they would be at my address at 3pm. Turns out they were 6 hours behind and would not be able to complete the work until 9pm. When I said this was not an option and that they had to come the next day they hung up on me. I plan on following up with lost wages for the day as well as the cost of hiring other last minute movers.

I decided to use this company after receiving endless amounts of quotes from moving companies. This company beat everyone out and gave me the best quote with 3 days before my move. I was a little hesitant to use these guys because the price was so unrealistic, come the day of the move, they were scheduled to arrive at 6pm. I receive a call 15 minutes prior to pick up time, saying they are here and waiting patiently for me to be ready. These guys were beyond fast, while still handling everything carefully. They went beyond anything I expected, the entire move took less than two hours. I highly, highly recommend this company. Super reliable and exceptional service. I wish more companies provided the service these guys do. Kudos, and keep it up!!!

So glad we went with 495 movers! They were friendly, responsive, professional, and efficient- everything you would hope your moving experience will be. They provide packing supplies if you utilize their services which proved to be a huge help. From the walk-through estimate, they offered competitive rates and throughout they were responsive with all our needs. On move day- everyone was trustworthy and friendly, the team handled all our furniture delicately, packed extremely efficiently, and moved everything with ease. Moving is stressful! But having the right people in your corner really helps: This is a winning team!

I have used this storage facility for several years as I have moved residences during this period. The manager, Erica, has made the experience easy to navigate. She takes a personal interest in the tenants and is always available to help. The buildings are very clean, secure,well lighted and easy to access. I highly recommend this business if storage is something you will need in the future.

We decided to hire Rent a Vet after they responded to our quote request lightning fast and the estimate was so reasonable. Three wonderful guys showed up right on time the day of our move, a Friday afternoon. We asked for 1:30 pm, they were ready. All of the men were very polite and very professional - the estimate that we received included packing tape, blankets and full wrap. They did a terrific job, were very considerate of our belongings and moved quickly. We moved about 20 minutes further out and they met us at our new house and were very respectful of it being a new home - brand new carpets, etc. They were done moving all of our items by about 6:30 pm, cleaned all of their trash and wrap up before leaving. We tipped generously as they very much deserved it! I would definitely hire them again!

Company representatives entered my moving date in as a past date. Would have never shown up if, after waiting 4 hours for them to arrive, I finally called to find out where they were. Then they blamed the mistake on me, and took another 3 hours to get a team out to me. On a positive note, the guys that did show up were super nice.

They helped my dad load a pod with some very heavy equipment. What we thought would take at least 2 hours to complete, these ninjas (Carlos and Bruno) whipped it out in under an hour!! They paid attention to detail and cared for our stuff as if it was their own. Highly recommend!
