In the middle of November I received a flyer in the mail from Fresh Start Movers, filled out the online form, and received a quote pretty quickly. I did the same thing with some other moving companies and ended up booking another local company. 3 days before my move on December 18th, I called that moving company to obtain their Certificate of Insurance (COI), as my destination address requires one. I then learned that they do not carry insurance! My stomach turned. How had I backed myself into this corner?? So I called Fresh Start, hoping they could find space in their schedule. By some miracle, they had a cancellation on the day of my move because of the huge snow storm approaching New England. Elyssa was the original person who helped me, and Holly was the one to book my move the second time. Both were professional and awesome. The day came, and David and Jake showed up right on time, ready to work, and had me on my way. They did an excellent job, and I cannot say enough nice things about these four people as well as this company. If you want things done right the first time by trusted, personable, INSURED movers, call Fresh Start. Thank me later. :)

Great move experience.
Jordan was excellent in handling customer service, was very responsive and made sure I had everything I needed. They shipped my car from Boston to LA in about 8 days, which I consider fast. Overall very happy with their services.

Absolutely no complaints. Zach, Marquis, and Austin were first, and foremost, prompt, professional and personable. Sized everything up quickly and started right in. Took 3-hrs, start to finish. Secure was recommended to me, and I will gladly recommend the company to others. Owner(?) Derek was our first contact when we called, and that experience alone was enough to satisfy any potential concerns.

Superior Moving moved my parents from Villanova to Newtown Square and the move was so great. The movers were polite and worked very hard. The estimate was right on. I have recommended Superior to a couple people already. They have a really cool online estimate system that no other company had...made Superior seem progressive. Anyway, I would use them again for sure.

My moving is done and everything , almost is unpacked! Your guys did a very good work. They are professional, sympathical. I can not be more satisfied with the service provided by shippingmasters, Paul was really great, he was really knowledgeable and gave me a lot of tips and advice when purchasing my Road King and then transporting it from Florida to California, I found Paul to be a true gentleman, very honest, he always answer his phone and he always helped me every step of the way until my motorcycle was delivered, my motorcycle was clean and was not damaged, really great great service, I personally recommend shippingmasters to help you out with your motorcycle transporting needs. This company is a scam. Do not use. They baited and switched me, lied multiple times about the price, kept delaying my move pick up date and would keep me on hold for an hour when I tried to call customer service. Horrible company. I don’t know how they are still in business.

MGM Express Moving & Storage Inc
good service
mGM did a wonderful job moving our very very heavy radiators out of our old house with steep steps and narrow doorways!! No problems! We are pleased with this company. They are picking the radiators up and bringing them back and I am sure from what I have seen,they will do an excellent job on a very difficult move! Thanks guys! The office staff,Kathy,was a great help,professional and very accommodating! Thanks Kathy!

Mindful Movers made my recent move an easy experience. John and his team were so careful of every item moved, wrapping each piece of furniture and taking extra care with older pieces. All three guys that came to move us were polite and careful! Before they left all furniture was in place and my washer and dryer were hooked up, which I did not expect! I would highly recommend Mindful Movers!

They did a great job for my move from FL to MA - my neighbor that move down to FL had a similar experience so I decided to hire. I moved from NY to TX and the original estimate/quote was only HALF of what I paid. When they packed for you, they threw everything into boxes to increase the volume (they charged by cubic feet) so that they can charge you more. So it is better to pack by yourself. Also, I was told it will be delivered in 12 calendar days and after 12 calendar days, the customer service told me that they have 21 business day to deliver by law. Yep, when they are late, they decide to talk about laws and rules to their customers. It has been over 14 calendar days and I have not received my stuff. They won’t call you to give you an update. You have to call them.

At the point when the packers arrived, they were extremely proficient, clean cut and open. They worked tenaciously into the late evening. Figured out how to pack everything up with a day.
