Comment : In the middle of November I received a flyer in the mail from Fresh Start Movers, filled out the online form, and received a quote pretty quickly. I did the same thing with some other moving companies and ended up booking another local company. 3 days before my move on December 18th, I called that moving company to obtain their Certificate of Insurance (COI), as my destination address requires one. I then learned that they do not carry insurance! My stomach turned. How had I backed myself into this corner?? So I called Fresh Start, hoping they could find space in their schedule. By some miracle, they had a cancellation on the day of my move because of the huge snow storm approaching New England. Elyssa was the original person who helped me, and Holly was the one to book my move the second time. Both were professional and awesome. The day came, and David and Jake showed up right on time, ready to work, and had me on my way. They did an excellent job, and I cannot say enough nice things about these four people as well as this company. If you want things done right the first time by trusted, personable, INSURED movers, call Fresh Start. Thank me later. :)
