Great experience.
This was the MOST SATISFACTORY move I have ever experienced! From when Gary Williams CAME OUT to give a bid (not over the phone) ; the packing by the staff, to the delivery by BOB BERGMAN! I was having to leave the house hold items in storage for about 2 months and needed them delivered in a specific time period and they arranged it perfectly. I also had many valuable art pieces and they arrived in perfect condition. The only small thing broken was something I packed! I cannot give enough kudos to this group. Thank you very much.

Warners Van Lines
Great experience.
Moving has never been easy for me. But, it was until last week. I had a new experience while moving with Warners van lines last week. It was a perfect teamwork. They did all the necessary things to manage my goods and deliver to the new house I bought at Concord, NH. Their logistics and preparation were up to date. Without those it could not have been a nicer one. I received all my stuffs unbroken. Truly great experience.

Do not use this company.
They were five hours late making a one day move into a two day move. When they did not show up I called and was lied to three times when they said they were an hour away. They Damaged several pieces of furniture ,front door and my wood floors. The move Supervisor was rude, uncaring and combative. Worst movers I have ever used, they are beyond incompetent actually borders on criminal. Do Not use these folks.

Great move experience.
Had the best experience using The Good Move! Moved to Denver from Florida and had some large pieces I needed help moving from a local place in Denver. The Good Move was on time, nice and professional. They moved all my pieces with consideration and no damage was done. I was moving to an 8th floor apartment and those elevators are not ideal! I will absolutely be using them for my next move!

Best move I have ever had, the packers were so nice and helpful and my driver Carlos kept me up to date throughout the entire move. My shipment arrived faster that I expected but I was so glad to see it. I would use Terminal Storage Co. anytime I move.

Awful movers. They moved my friend and basically dismantled her chair, I have no idea why. But when they reassembled it, they did it wrong and ruined her chair and refused to repair it.

These folks have moved me (it use to be us) many times. I am not subjective just because I went to the same college with one of the owners either. Not only are their employees professional, but they are courteous, know their business and as I mentioned, actual employees of the company. My last move was shortly after my husband suddenly passed away. I was not in good form. Tom and Todd, took good care of me in planning everything. Their folks were very patient with me that day when I was not sure what I really needed to be doing. Thank goodness they knew. Several years later, here I am again beginning a new chapter of my life. Traditional Express Van Lines
Biggest Mistake of my Life!!
I originally hired Colonial Van Lines to move us from Massachusetts to Florida, however, without my knowledge, Colonial subbed the job out to Traditional Van Lines based out of NJ. We were told our furniture was going to be sent to a warehouse in Tampa and we were to call two days prior to when we wanted our home goods delivered to our new home. We called them on February 12th to inform them that we will be moving in on the 14th. When the furniture didn’t come, we resorted to using air mattresses. On the first night, my wife fell off the air mattress and broke her shoulder. I called Colonial to ask about my furniture and I told them of the accident with my wife, I didn’t receive any apologies, they seemed like they didn’t even care, and that I needed to call them back in 2 days and they would update me about the status of my furniture. At one point, they told me it was in Jacksonville in a warehouse and that they would get back to me. The next time I called, they told me it was still in NJ. My furniture finally arrived Feb 25th with $1200 damage to by Harley Davidson Motorcycle, and many items were broken, including some antiques I bought while I was in the UK. Also, many of my brand new toolsets were missing, I presumed stolen. Then, about 2 weeks after we received our stuff, a moving truck pulled up with more of our stuff that they claimed they found at the warehouse. Every time I called them, I got the old “you need to talk to so and so†run-a-round. I was told I could put a claim in, and they said it would settle between 90 and 100 days. I placed my claim for $3200 and they gave me a settlement of $450. They knew they had, because small claims court told me I had to file where the moving contract was signed, in Massachusetts. What a dysfunctional company, both companies. My advice to anybody, put your stuff in a POD, use your own lock, and your stuff will be safe.

I searched for several weeks for my cross-country move and came upon Speedway pretty much by accident. I reached out and spoke with Martin and he was extremely helpful and kind. The company gave me an estimate of around 7-14 days after my ready date and they were early, even though the pandemic was getting worse. The pickup was simple, drop off was great and there was no damage to anything. I even had a really heavy armoire and they took it to the second floor with no issues. I would recommend them to anyone going a short or long distance move.
