Very great experience
Unified Van Lines was available on short notice (only a few days) and from the first call to the final bill, everything was professional and exact. They moved my daughter out of a one bedroom apt in Hollywood and took care to wrap her leather couch, her antique pieces of furniture and even brought large wardrobe boxes which helped package up the bedding and big pillows to keep them clean. Their attitude was just perfect and they worked quickly and efficiently. I've never written a review before but I had to share this great experience with those who are looking for honest movers at a great price.

Awesome moving company
I needed to move my office. I tried a lot of companies, but I couldn't trust them because everything I was asking them, they were not giving me the answer which satisfied me. Couple of them put me on hold for 20 minutes, other ones gave me quotes which were 2 times bigger than my budget..... But finally I called Unified Van Lines, and from my first call, I felt that they were the ones. The girl who I spoke with was so professional and knowledgeable, that I was really surprised, She answered all my questions, helped me to organized my move and gave me the quote which was 2 times less my budget. I hate moving, but if I need to I will go only with Unified Van Lines!!!!

Least stressful move I have had
Unified Van Lines actually lives up to their name. They arrive on time, and with everything you need to properly pack all of your belongings. So no need to worry about broken dishes or ruined antiques or collectibles. They are certified and insured movers and very respectful and helpful. No stress packing or moving. Whether it be a short distance move or long distance, they have got it covered. Estimates are provided on their website, for EVERYTHING. You never really know how much actual stuff and how much junk you have inside your home, right? I was stressed out with the move and when they showed up, I could not help but be right there and watch, but then I noticed how good they were and I went on about the rest of what I had to finish up. And on to the new place. Unloading was a breeze. Everything where I wanted, nothing broken. The least stressful move I have ever had to deal with. Thanks to these guys. Check them out!!!!

Highly recommend
Can you imagine organizing moving to another place with two little kids especially if you are very limited in time?!! My husband works 6 days a week and at the end of the week gets terribly tired and I didn't want him to bother about the whole moving process so I had to organize it all by myself and to find trustworthy movers here. I called many moving companies and here is what I can say. In some of these moving companies the men were very rushy answering my questions and not willing to go into detail. Some other moving companies had prices which were way too expensive for us. Some others didn't seem professional to me. I nearly gave up hope to find a moving company which will meet all my demands. Most of our furniture is white and I didn't want to have scratches on them. Besides I have a great many of fragile souvenirs from other countries which are special to us and I didn't want them to break. Fortunately one of my friends who moved two months ago gave me the telephone number of Unified Van Lines. And when I called, I knew I found the best moving company. The man was very polite, answered all my question in detail, and the Prices....!!!I doubt other movers can beat the price. On the moving day the workers came on time,they were very friendly, quick, polite, careful. These guys were awesome. I have no compliant about them. I am really grateful for their great job...Definitely I highly recommend the company to everyone...

The company kept in contact with me through the whole move either by Phone or email. When they got to my house in Illinois, they were fast and efficient and very Knowledgeable at their job. They in Florida in two days and carefully unloaded our furniture and personal property quickly and carefully. Very easy to work with, 5 star service for sure.

above and beyond
My son was moving to Texas for the military and the presidential coordinators were very helpful when we had questions. They solved the problem. They met our expectations above and beyond what we thought it would be. Plus, everything went as planned. We are very pleased and we would use presidential again.

Absolutely amazing! We moved from FL to PA and it was completely worry free. The communication was fantastic throughout the entire process, the pickup and delivery time was right on point, and our movers (particularly Aaron) were the most pleasant professional people you could ask for! Not one item was lost or damaged on this move, and my husband and I are super grateful for presidential and their team!

I recently moved from Missouri to Delaware. I use presidential to help with the move and they were great from start to finish. With the holiday season going on during that week they managed to get my things packed at Point a with a great group of guys and securely get them to me at point B Before the holiday with another great group of men. They were efficient, friendly, helpful ask questions to ensure that my items were placed successfully when packing and unpacking. I would definitely use them again. They were helpful and fun!

Uncommonly good experience. The company kept in constant contact with me: confirmed pick-up 24 hours in advance and then 60 minutes before the truck arrived, confirmed delivery date twice, called delivery point 60 minutes before delivery, and then followed up with me by phone to confirm delivery and satisfaction. Moving guys were concerned and efficient, and the goods were delivered without damage or incident. Price was fair. Very high-touch transaction, which was much appreciated on both ends. Would certainly use again and would recommend the firm. Great job!

What a wonderful relocation! The people who were in charge of those relocations were real pros. I was amuzed with the way they operated. Within a twinkle of an eye, we were on our way to me new home. They tried perfectly well not to mess up. All my belongings were relocated safely.

Do Not Use
Would not recommend using this company. They said they would deliver my furniture and still have not received it. I have not received any date as to when it will be delivered but they were sure to tell me if I was not there when it is delivered I would be charged extra. VERY POOR customer service and I will NEVER tou this company again.

That's so perfect! They packed all the very professionally and then carry it in the vehicle with great care and eventually unpacked the stuff on arriving to the destination. All the process was fast and careful.It was fun working with this company. I believe that I will hire you guys over and over again to move in future.

I had to leave a comment. This was by far the greatest moving company I have ever worked with so far. They were on time and just so lovely to be around...very respectful and organized. The movers carried all my belongings carefully. I never feared that it would get broken because I knew it was in good hands. Over all I would recommend this company to my friends, family, basically everyone. All my items arrived safely to my new house and the movers helped put everything where I wanted it. Interstate Relocation Systems
horrible, horrendous!
Worst moving company EVER! DO NOT USE! Will extort you! Got quote after giving a very detailed description of items and the fact that our washer and dryer were on the second floor. We were told we would be able to change the date of the movers coming up to the week before (as we weren’t exactly sure of our closing date). When we tried to reschedule and move it up three days, we were told (by a VERY rude woman) that was not possible. The movers would come when they would come and they still ended up showing up a day late, in the late afternoon. While packing, they consumed our beer in the garage, uninvited. When they were finally done packing our stuff at one in the morning, the difference from the quote to what we owed had TRIPLED! Including, but not limited to a $200 surcharge for the washer and dryer on the second floor that was not mentioned when we received the quote. We had gone from a $2,500 quote to $7,500!!!! We were now held hostage as our whole lives were on this moving truck and my three children (all three and under) had to sleep on the floor as we were unable to leave (because of the movers) for Atlanta that day. My husband had to drive around to various ATMS at one am to get the required remaining balance due (we had enough and a little extra for them originally but when the amount owed tripled, we were obviously short. On the road, the woman was unable to set a date when they would arrive and we weren’t sure when we would be getting our belonging until the night before. Leaving my three children to sleep on blow up mattresses and have virtually no clothes (we had packed enough but were not expecting the truck to take over two weeks from Boston to Atlanta- approx.. 10 days longer than we had been told it would take!). The moving company finally called us on Easter Sunday to let us know our furniture would be arriving the next day so we had to run around to various ATMs to ensure we had the money. The movers refused to unload anything until they were paid in full. Three movers showed up, one needed to leave early but ended up getting in a fight with his boss after being told no, this resulted in him walking off the job. One of the remaining workers thought it unfair to do the work with now only two movers and not get paid more (he asked his boss and the boss said no, this is all over the phone) so he left. This left my husband and one mover to unload the truck. The remaining mover, bless his heart, literally dumped our washing machine off the truck using the pully. Then, drove off with our ladder. The claims process (as you can guess, a lot was damaged) was tedious (requires three photos per each item, an itemized list, etc. and took hours to compile as well as costing $20 to complete. They finally responded, after jumping through many hoops (email here, then call if you wish to proceed…..) and offered us $60 for all of our damaged goods. Just going by the .60 cents per pound per article listed in our contract, we were owed upwards of $500. Never got a response back when we disputed this and here we are today, my blood still boiling at the treatment we received and the extortion we went through. DO NOT USE this company, I have moved many times; across country and overseas and have never felt this way or written a bad word, until today. Save yourself the anguish and go with someone else!!!

Many people recommend Unified Van Lines and so I entrusted them with my latest move. Early in the morning a crew arrived in my home and passionately embarked on the work.
