Comment : My move from Paterson, NJ to Boston, MA went just as planned with American Quality Movers. They were real professionals when it came to speaking with them over the phone and how they were with me throughout the entire process. If I had to move again I would for sure choose American Quality Movers because of the way that they handled our move. They were a little bit more expensive than the other companies, but their ratings were much better. So in turn, the extra cost was definitely worth it because they took very good care of my items. The movers were very fast when it came to packing everything and then when they set up at the new home it was awesome how everything was perfect. I have to say overall they did a great job, thank you American Quality Movers.

Comment : I have been pleased with American Quality Movers. This careful mover offered me an economical cost which was affordable for me. The surveyor explicitly informed me about how they calculate the rate. The crew was spot on time to appear at our old home. They smoothly finished wrapping and uploading service on the truck. They helped to meet our demands many times. There was nothing to complain them. They did an outstanding job. The workers sent to deliver were also expert enough. The guys helped me out setting up furniture in our new vacant apartment. I would highly advise them. They will not disappoint their customers if they work like they did it to me. It doesn't matter how long or short move you want, I think American Quality Movers can easily handle it with their professionals.

Comment : I am hard to impress and I am not a person who takes anything less than perfect. So, when American Quality Movers was hired for my relocation, I had enough doubts on them. But they proved that they are one of the gallants of international moving services. They moved me out of Buffalo, NY to Philadelphia, PA within a very short notice and within a very tight budget. It was not easy moving the piano and the pool table with so many valuables and breakables but they managed to deliver everything in one piece and kept the final price within my reach. You guys really did well. I am obviously going to call you when I will move back to Buffalo.

Comment : My move was about 35 heavy boxes, a queen bed frame and mattress, and a bookshelf. There were about 25 stairs down at the old place and 40 stairs up at the new place. The two movers were scheduled to arrive between 12pm and 2pm. At 11:15pm, I got a call asking if they could come at 11:30am. When I explained that I might not be able to be there that early, he understood. In fact, I was able to be there early and I let him know that it was OK to come. He said they would be there in five minutes. They were there in 1pm. Both men were amiable and worked hard. One of the two worked so hard that it seemed like he was being paid by the pound rather than by the hour. Great Job.

Comment : Last month I used American quality movers for a 2 bed room apartment move and they did all the hard work to provide me the best possible service. During that time, movers were 100% accurate and super-fast. I actually tipped them that time for their wonderful service. Now I have decided to hire them again for another move. Next month, I am going to move my office at a new place and obviously I will call them for that move because I do not want to hire anyone else since I know the best of in business.

Comment : After experiencing their service, I must say that they are the best movers I have ever used. I used them while shifting my house. Movers not only came on time, they also managed to finish the entire move before the allotted time and surprisingly delivered a 100% perfect move! It is quite obvious to see some broken and damaged stuffs after the move but I was lucky enough to avoid all these incidents. Movers did their best to ensure the safety of my stuffs and they were excellent to maintain the schedule. I am very impressed and would like to recommend them to my friends.

Comment : The team from American Quality Movers moved our family to Philadelphia, PA from Elizabeth, NJ. We warned them about the elevated driveway and a house with 2 walk up floor, and the many sharp turns up the staircases, but it didn't bother them one bit. They did great! They were on time, on schedule, and within our budget. We were thrilled with their diligence. Our sales rep Sarah understands how to take care of his customers. Her patience and calm manner made our move much less stressful. We will definitely use American Quality Movers again.

Comment : Day before yesterday I have moved to Clifton, NJ from West Virginia. It was a 4 bed room move where the movers had to deal with a very tight budget and time frame and to make the task more difficult they had to deal with my pet, plenty of glass ware, a piano, several antiques, many vulnerable pieces of show pieces and the glass shelves and other super heavy furniture. I knew that packing would demand the highest level of accuracy and loading and unloading would be really tough. But these guys surprised me with the way they managed the entire move. Every single maneuver was executed with precession and effortlessly and they fulfilled each and every requirements of me and met the deadline and the budget too. Simply a great company.

Comment : I had the opportunity to use American quality movers. I said opportunity because they were simply mind blowing. From the first phone call to the end of the move, everything was perfectly executed and managed. Their sales guy Randy is a gem to work with. He is very responsive, attentive and informative. He took me through the entire moving process, said what to expect and what not, offered a great deal and the movers did the rest. Being honest, I never had to monitor them at all. I can't believe they managed to move an insanely enormous bookcase into our new apartment and got everything moved by 5 PM (saving us a $500 fine) for a great price. Definitely cannot be beat. The sales rep Sarah offered me the best possible price and booked my move according to my preferred date. Their movers showed up on time at the moving day, wrapped and boxed everything and completed the move within the allotted time. I checked the inventory and did not find anything missing or broken. In other words, they were able to fulfill all my demands and that too within a very moderate amount.

Comment : I called and spoke with the sales rep Michael, got the best possible deal and booked my move with them. I had to change the moving date twice, add more requirements and also narrow the time window but still they accommodated all the changes and never asked for any additional payments! These guys took the challenge and won the race against time and made sure that we did not get a single chance to complain. They proved that they can work under any given circumstances and still can produce the best. Thanks a lot guys for willingly traveling the extra miles for us.

Comment : The sales rep Randy of American quality movers and his guys (Ali, Sammy, and Oscar) were truly a pleasure to work with! I called American quality movers when I had to relocate from New Jersey to Michigan for work. Their level of professionalism from the first phone call until the last box was carried inside raised the bar for any moving or relocation company I may ever come in contact with in the future! There werent any mishaps not even a scratch or bruise on any of my furniture or boxed items. They were very professional, very courteous and yet still extremely efficient! They arranged my move and were very accommodating to the fact I had a very narrow window to move in with upcoming travel. On move day, the foreman was in constant communication throughout the day with an arrival ETA. Comment : The sales guys were excellent while giving the proposal. The requirement analysis was excellent. They are well mannered; took care of my family, belongings and my pet and showed highest level of professionalism from the initial step of proposal till the decoration of my new destination. We are really impressed. I would also like to mention that they charged a moderate amount and eventually saved some money by putting some extra effort and by giving me some useful tips.
