Comment : Moving cross-country (in my case Phoenix to Atlanta) is obviously not cheap as I found out. Express Vanlines gave me good value (8K) to pack, load and deliver my furniture, piano, and boxes and boxes of stuff to my new home in Georgia. The men who packed and loaded my things were careful but fast. Upon delivery a week later (sooner than I expected), the men who unloaded them also were careful and fast and every furniture piece, including my heavy piano, was delivered without a scratch! Amazing!Alex, the contact person was communicative and helpful. I give this company 5 stars because of the excellent customer service and great VALUE for the money.

Comment : Once you book the job and once they finally show up and get started you can bet the farm that you will not be able to get a hold of anyone you have spoken to prior to booking and during the job i had to chase my truck full of personal items of my deceased mother and ended up calling the guy who did the job driver via his personal cell i finally got my items but broken and beaten up clearly they were not careful at all
