Comment : These guys did an outstanding job they definitely made my move very easy. The representative set a realistic expectation for my delivery which was very trustworthy for me in contrast with other companies that I have used in the past. Comment : This company is a scam. I had to ship my things from the USA to another country. Juan Rivera from 5 star came up with a quote that looked interesting. Nothing was done on time and the container arrived for loading 2 days later. After I left the USA, Juan asked me to call a certain Carlos, who told me they used more packing materials than expected and I have to pay the difference. I am planning to take the issue to a lawyer. The shipping company they used send me an email that they owe them money and do not return their calls. Please never use this company even if it is for free. They are unprofessional, liars, and not responsible at all.
