Comment : Lost a box and did not seem to care one bit. For the entire box they only paid me $20 as a consolation. I had to keep calling them for an update. Absolutely terrible. Do not use.

Comment : Horrible experience. No care taken with household goods/furniture. Stored for 2 weeks - believe majority of damage occurred when truck re-loaded. Actual cost doubled from estimate and took longer to pack resulting in extra hotel cost. Avoid at all costs!

Comment : We called so many movers to transport our belongings from Georgia to Illinois. Mover's Van Lines had not only the best rates, but great service. They carefully packed our materials and in less than a week transported everything. They did a great job setting up our furniture and took great care in all they did. The men who packed our furniture protected everything like it's their own. Ron and Alex did an amazing job setting everything up in Illinois. They went above and beyond. If I needed movers again, I think I'd call them.

Comment : Cat and Hugo are great dudes. Everything was unloaded timely and carefully, but there was some light damage to items in transit. Also, it was quoted that my things would arrive within 5 days, but it took 7 for the truck to arrive.

Comment : It was my first time moving by myself and I was concerned about finding honest, capable movers. Despite my inexperience with moving companies I was billed what was quoted initially and price was quite fair. Also the crew was able to disassemble and reassemble two large complicated furniture pieces in good time, these guys are really trustworthy.

Comment : I liked their honesty and professionalism. My old dining table got damaged during the move, I noticed it was damaged when unloading it, thus I told Rob and he agreed to repair it since movers were responsible for that. They took the table to fix it and then returned it as promised. I really appreciated their honesty and compliance.

Comment : The building’s elevator was available only until 6 so I asked these guys to be punctual. I’m happy they were right on time, even movers were so efficient that they ended up loading faster than expected and saved me issues with the building’s administration.

Comment : These guys exceeded my expectations. First off, our sales representative assessed our move. He asked precise questions that we hadn’t thought of and helped us to have an accurate quote. I recommend their packaging solutions, they’re pretty careful handling all kinds of stuff. I was with the crew the whole time and they handle everything as fragile. I was just impressed with their service.
