Comment : The day that I had to move there was a heavy rainfall and I was worried sick about that because I didn’t want my possessions getting damaged due to rain! But Planes movers of Chicago made sure nothing of that sort happened and they were extremely careful in not getting any of the boxes wet! They have a really professional and experienced crew who assured me that it was their responsibility to take care of everything. They had all the equipments needed and the crew was the best that I have encountered so far. I liked how the crew was able to deal with pressure and crisis management. I was very happy with the entire experience.

Comment : This was a difficult move from a four bedroom house to a townhouse. I had many variables working against me including the Townhouse clear to close date. I anticipated possibly having to hold my furniture overnight or work for a few days in storage. I chose this company for their flexibility. The guys were timely and polite. We had little if any damage. One dresser got a dent on the bottom, but I understand how difficult a move like this is. I did ask for them to be careful with one piece of furniture and they were. They did take a longer lunch than deducted which is the only reason they did not get the full 5 stars.

Comment : Planes was efficient with my move across the country. The estimate was $1,000 less than the other I got and was set in stone, unless I requested they weigh the truck. Communication with the contractor in my new location was excellent. They had scouted the location of my apt and were prepared to get things there efficiently. Everything arrived two days earlier than I anticipated and it was all in good shape. All movers were professional, helpful and showed care in moving my stuff. As for the sales rep, it sounds like I had the same guy (20 yrs experience). He was quick and thorough with the estimate and got back to me with some requested revisions within a day or two. They are very busy, and maybe they need more people out giving estimates, so I did not expect to hear from him immediately after I send an email. He does not handle the move, however, he only provides the estimate. I do recommend this company.

Comment : Our move was effortless all because of the wonderful move team that we had. Bobby our driver was amazing. Very professional, timely, personable and demonstrated a care for our home and belongings. Kathy our move coordinated checked in on us regularly and ensured we were satisfied throughout the entire process. It was a great experience. Although I hope to never have to move thousands of miles away again, but if I do, I will work with Planes again for sure
