Comment : Worst U-Haul I have ever been to. One person working on Saturday afternoon on the weekend of college move in--at the closest location to the university. Arrived to return my trailer. 11 people in line. Drive to Waco if you must...but do not come here!

Comment : Best service and prices for hitch purchase and installation. Get a 10% discount for bike racks purchased same day. Just under $300 for hitch and installation. By far best customer service for phone appointment scheduling and very knowledgeable agents. This business runs very well, kudos to the management here. Excellent prices for moving supplies (boxes, mattress covers, rug covers, locks, this place has it all)

Comment : My young adult kids rented a trailer in Fayetteville. Disappointed the rental agency did not think to ask if their SUV had adequate towing capacity (spoiler- it did not). After I made them return the trailer and get a truck, we headed out for Texas. When the truck started having issues on day 3,5 hours from our destination, I found the UHaul roadside assistance to be fantastic- the call center personnel was great, our tow truck driver was fantastic and the Storage/rental facility in Fort Worth stayed open late for us to get the truck unloaded into storage. Bummer the truck broke but so pleased with how the situation was handled.
