Comment : Many items were broken by the movers but the worst was our marble base to our marble table. The movers told us it would be covered by insurance so we ran around and got a price to replace it (even though it would never completely match). the cost would be $1600. Von Sydow gave us $54. We could not Afford to pay for it by ourselves so we came up with a cheaper option of wood pedestals that were approximately $600 and ask them to cover that cost feeling that we were the ones compromising in this whole situation. They refused.

Comment : These guys were fantastic from beginning to end. When Jim came to give us the estimate, he was safe and professional. They movers wrapped everything and were efficient but careful. Highly recommend them.
