Comment : I have had a great experience with 800PACKRAT. Their price per ft3 volume of pod was the best of all the pod companies I compared. Sales, logistics, and customer service have been top notch so far. The driver, customer service were always friendly professional and helpful when I called them. Honorable mention to Nylae in customer service, Chandra the deliver coordinator. The delivery driver was nice too, but I cannot remember his name.

Comment : After contracting with Pack Rat for six containers (three per shipment) moving from Washington to Florida, we were apprehensive after reading so many negative reviews here. However, our experience with the first shipment was stellar. OK, the fellows at the Auburn WA depot seemed put upon to answer questions, but Stephanie at the main office was really helpful. She patiently answered questions via phone and email very quickly, and coordinated our move flawlessly. The people at the depot in Pensacola were very helpful, responsive, friendly, professional and experienced. I was impressed with their skill backing in our driveway and maneuvering the containers into tight spaces. All of our contents arrived in good condition. They arranged for pickup the next week and met their commitments. What more could we expect? Well ... the same experience for the next round?
