Comment : I used Pack Rat to move from Indiana to Phoenix. This required that my stuff be stored for three months in Phoenix while I found a home. I can not say enough good things about Curtis Moran and all the drivers I worked with at Pack Rat. They made the move seamless and stress free. I had two 16 foot containers and NOTHING WAS BROKEN in either one when they were finally delivered to my new home. I used one of the professional movers recommended by Pack Rat and it was money well spent because they were experienced with packing Pack Rat containers. Thank you from the bottom of my heart, Pack Rat. If I ever move again, I will certainly call you!

Comment : Every time I have interacted with this company, they have been honest, responsive and so far have done everything to meet my needs. They dropped the container, on time and picked it up on time. I am still awaiting arrival of my container in my current location. But so far I have nothing negative to say. Prices were very reasonable and less expensive then other options. 1 800 pack rat was recommended and we are grateful.

Comment : From the very beginning from speaking with Mrs. Carol More head and her help getting me situated for my move from Texas to Virginia has been a Godsend. This was easy and although we did have one hiccup I have nothing bad to say at all. I have got some personal family issues hindering some things pertaining to my move but 1 800 Pack Rat has been more than helpful and I would use them again and refer to anyone. I am grateful for the savings also.

Comment : This is the second time I have used Pack Rat, and I have been impressed with their service. Whenever I called with a question, the customer service reps had all my information on hand and provided clear, professional answers. The drivers were also excellent, placing the pods exactly where I needed them to make packing and unloading easier for the movers. However, I found their storage fees to be quite high, so I ended up finding alternative storage options that saved me about two thirds of what Pack Rat charged. Despite that, I would still consider hiring Pack Rat again in the future.

Comment : From start to finish, Pack Rat was FIRST RATE. they delivered a pod to my residence, held until I was ready to move, and then transported my pod from California to Tennessee. I have been impressed with all personnel associated with pack rat. Absolutely EVERY phone conversation and experience with each driver was absolutely perfect. Prices were fair. I would recommend Pack Rat to everyone for your moving and storage requirements. They are THE BEST.

Comment : Pack Rat really came through for our move from NY to Fla. When we realized we needed more than an 8 footer from another storage container company, Pack Rat had a 16 footer at the same price. They worked the timing schedule with us and allowed changes right up until delivery. All delivery and pick ups were on the dates promised. The dispatchers and drivers were easy to work with. I would definitely use them again.

Comment : I was quoted a price by Relocation Manager Mimi Majors, that was correct throughout the move. Our move was from Central Florida to Southern California. The process exceeded my expectations and was a lot smoother than I expected from unit drop off and pickup and to my final destination. I liked that the unit would be put in storage until we were ready, and we could access it with 24 to 48 hours notice if we needed to remove anything. The move to our final destination was very smooth, and the drivers were friendly and courteous. I would definitely recommend this service for long distance move.

Comment : From the sales person to the drivers, the folks at PackRat were the best. They made my interstate move both affordable and fairly stress free. I was especially impressed that they also work with Hire a Helper so I was able to find loaders and unloaders on both ends of the move with no problem. As a single woman, that saved me the trouble of looking for bonded, reliable helpers. PackRat is a great company.

Comment : I scheduled a move from California to Missouri, with delivery of the empty unit over Memorial Day Weekend. Everything went just as planned, & the crew were very friendly and efficient. We had several days to load it, & they returned to pick it up the Tuesday after Memorial Day. Delivery on the other end went just as smoothly. The reason I chose PackRat over PODS is their containers are all steel, and the PODS units did not seem as sturdy for a long distance move. I was apprehensive at first with using this company but, after their sales rep assured me in writing that the quoted price would be the total, I am very happy with the experience and would recommend them.

Comment : I called Pack Rat to check on a container that was picked up in May to insure it was at the warehouse. I had not heard anything from Pack Rat concerning charges for the previous months. Kayla was very helpful in solving the issue. A mistake was made on Pack Rats end they did not charge me for the previous three months. That is customer service to the nth degree. I am back on schedule with the monthly charge. I highly recommend Pack Rat.

Comment : I never write reviews, but had to leave a glowing one for the guys at 1-800-Pack-Rat in the Sterling/Chantilly, VA area. Not only were they prompt and professional, but the level of patience and diligence displayed by Hardeep Singh (the drop off driver) exceeded my expectations! Despite my having paid for/received a parking permit from the county, when Hardeep showed up to drop off my pod, there was a county maintenance crew onsite that told him he could not drop the pod in the permitted area. He immediately called me and, with the crew leader, was able to negotiate placement that would satisfy all. He did all this over the phone (while I was at work) and even sent pictures and provided frequent updates.
