Comment : Never ever ever use this company. They will return your calls so promptly...until you pay them your downpaynent. Then all communication virtually comes to a grinding halt, while you have to sit and wonder where your goods are and take work off. Working with them on my move has been a total nightmare. Not only have they been completely uncommunicative once they got my money, but they also said I had extra items not on my inventory list, to the tune of an extra $1600. At $0.89 per pound, that's more than 1600 pounds extra for what? 2 twin box springs, an extra (small) dresser and an additional couple of boxes. Then they tried to say I had about three times as many dressers, which I absolutely do not own, and some kind of footrest? It's absolute extortion. Oh and then on top of that, about 2 WEEKS late, and couldn't even get a hold of the driver on move in day. He finally was ready to show up...at 8:30 at night, and that was about six hours late. Then their customer service guy tried to say I hadn't called and left a message. Well he's right - I had left THREE, plus emails. I will be filing a complaint with the DOT Office if the Inspector General. They'll quote you such a cheap price...to lure you in. Then you'll end up paying more than if you'd chosen the more expensive company.

Comment : I used All Around Van Lines for my recent move from Illinois to Florida. Although moving can be one of the most stressful things you can do, AAVL made it so pleasant and as stress-free as possible. Their sales people are knowledgeable and courteous. Their drivers are professional and friendly. I would definitely use this company again in my next move.

Comment : All Around Van Lines is a very reliable company that truly cares about their customers. Good quality customer service rarely exists today. My family and I had bad experiences with other companies in the past, but All Around Van Lines team was experienced, professional and did not try to charge us with any hidden fees. We can appreciate the honesty and it shows that they care about their customers. We recently moved from Illinois to Idaho. The pick-up and delivery was on time and satisfactory. We would recommend this company to anyone that will be moving. Many thanks to All Around Van Lines for making this cross-country move painless.

Comment : Believe every good thing you read about this company. They reply promptly to email questions and their rates are competitive. They did not try to sell me boxes and other packing materials for a simple move between floors on an elevator. Their crew arrived on time and worked quickly, but were careful with my belongings; they were very polite and had a good sense of humor. They also went above and beyond what I expected them to do. Would definitely hire them again!

Comment : After returning from college to move in with my girlfriend from IL. to WI. I had to move items from a storage unit and my moms house. Despite having to pickup at 2 locations my rep Eric gave me a great deal. I was very scared about the move as I had some large glass mirrors from my great grandmother. The team packed it up for me with the proper care and moved my furniture out quickly and smoothly. I had a few more boxes than what I thought and I was worried I'd pay an arm and a leg for it but the foreman gave me a good deal. I recommended All Around Van Lines to my friends as well. I was very impressed and the definitely made my move more stress free.

Comment : I have moved a few times before and it always broke my bank account. All Around Van Lines quoted such a low price for my move that it seemed almost dubious. Their services were amazing though. The movers showed up on time with the right tools. They finished packing and loading everything within just 2 hours. There was no delay anywhere and they delivered my items completely intact. I think the companies I have hired before were completely overpriced. These guys gave me such good value for my hard earned money. I highly recommend this company.

Comment : I have moved many times in the past 5 years and All Around Van Lines are definitely one of the best that I used. At first, I appreciate that the movers got here on time (which rarely happens these days). I am also grateful to the dispatcher for recommending 4 movers instead of the 3 that I wanted originally. In the beginning I thought they were taking too long but, I was wrong they actually had everything planned out! One of the guys was wrapping, the other two was bringing my stuff to the elevator, and the 4th guy was packing everything into the truck and the delivery was as stress-free as packing/loading. Overall, I am satisfied with All Around Van Lines, they were efficient, nice, delivered my stuff in one piece and the price came out to be reasonable. Thank you!

Comment : I have never been more dissatisfied with a company in my entire life!! upon making the reservations I was greeted with a warm and inviting welcome, with the promise that they would make this a stress free process. I was told that they were a full service moving company and that they would take care of everything. 2 days before my scheduled pick up I was told that I have to wrap all of my furniture and mattresses with plastic wrap, and I have to have all of my things in boxes at the door for the movers. (I was then told that all of this information had already been told to me, which it certainly was NOT, I would definitely have remembered that) However upon pick up the movers told me that I did not have to do ANY of that! (after I had of course done it all) I was also told upon booking that I would be able to pay via discover card, and then later told that I would not be able to do that. I was then told to expect a call on Thursday (between 12 and 4) if they were going to come and pick up on Friday, or a call on Friday (between 12 and 4) if they were to come and pick up on Saturday. I did not receive a call until almost 6:30 on Friday night, and was told that they would be here between 10 and 2, they did not show up until almost 3 (which that was not a very big deal but still later than I was told) We will see how delivery goes... as there is a 15 DAY WINDOW FOR DROP OFF (they won't tell you this either until a day or two before pick up) overall I would never ever ever recommend this company to anybody for moving, EVER! The only part that went well were the men who came to pick up were very nice and professional and apologetic for the extreme inconveniences that i had been forced to go through. If after reading this you do still want to book with them do not go through Erik Johnson. period.

Comment : I contacted with different moving companies about my move, but the prices were ridiculous. Then, I contacted All Around Van Lines, their sales responsible guys offered me a very reasonable price. The movers were very professional, honest and helpful. I was extremely pleased with the movers approach and professionalism. They finished my move safely and accurately, i didn't expect anything more. I would definitely use them for any subsequent move and highly recommend to all.

Comment : I read the reviews and decided to take a chance and I'm pleased with my decision. I arranged for them to come out and do a walk through. I was given a binding price based off my inventory. They worked well and handled my belongings with care. They kept me updated while my truck was on the way and I was satisfied with the delivery and reassembly.

They hauled heavy furniture and boxes up two floors, being very careful with all our items, and also the walls, the banisters and the floors. They remained pleasant all the time.
