Comment : I used this company over 2-years ago and had a terrible experience. They broke the legs off of a chest and dresser, and damaged two walls with scrapes and scratches. In addition, I got into a dispute with the owner regarding the bill. He took off a few bucks for the furniture damage. I did not take matters further only because the furniture did not have much value. I accidentally ended up using them again recently. My mother made the arrangements and I was not aware it was the same company. The owner is just out to make money and uses every trick of the trade to do so. I had to tell the movers to back the truck into the driveway. They were taking items out of the truck facing away from the door and was walking around the truck to take the items into the house. They knew this would take longer and add time to their hourly rate. They also would not use a dolly for the boxes, saying they could go faster taking them in one by one. They damaged my door taking in my refrigerator. There were items that they insisted needed to be taken apart to get out the door again to make money wasting time. I also had another dispute regarding the final bill. Use this company at your own risk.
