Comment : Fantastic service from start to finish We moved between 1-bedroom apartments in Manhattan in mid June 2021. Brad was very responsive and helpful during the planning phase. The day of the move went smoothly, as Charlie and his colleagues packed up our entire apartment in about 4.5 hours full service packing, and then unloaded in about 2.5 hours. The guys were very accommodating when it turned out that we could only reserve our building freight elevator for a limited timeframe. After a week of unpacking boxes at our new place, my wife and I were amazed to see that not a single item was damaged or missing. There were no issues with payment, and the final bill was exactly as quoted in the flat rate. We are very satisfied customers
