Comment : We used Koller to move from our home in Alma to our new home in Ft Smith, AR. They did an excellent job. I had 2 large doll cabinets that were glass on 3 sides, and mirrored in the back, a china cabinet and a secretary that had glass in the doors. I was amazed that they arrived in excellent condition. I also had an upright piano that they had to move, which was very heavy. They moved everything without a scratch to our wood floors. To move all our furniture without a scratch or something being broken was unreal. I would not hesitate to use them again. They were very professional. It took them 9 hours from start to finish and they worked non-stop. Excellent service.

Comment : Very well, very good packers. Loading and moving crew very nice and knowledgeable. Only issue was they did not wrap patio furniture with furniture pads and they were damaged by wear marks. Removed areas of the finish. Make sure they wrap all furniture even the patio furniture.

Comment : We used Kholer for a move from one residence to another. Only 1 mile away. Great job. However, 12 years later, when we were relocating from the lowcountry area, 4 hours away, we hired them again. Big mistake. 14 months later and every day we discover things that are missing. Our biggest mistake, was to have them pack our stuff. So much stuff missing. The first 2 guys packing seemed to be very trustworthy, but, the scum that came in the last day or so, we are obviously looking out for a payday. Contacted the owner, he claims he does not have our stuff, even though we were told everything could not fit on the truck and they would bring it later. Not so.
