Comment : Oriental rug was never delivered. Driver said he put it on truck in Chicago to delivers to me. He could not find it on the truck. He said it might be in the front of his next load, he will check on it. The rug was never found. Hard to believe a oriental rug could get lost. If delivered to wrong address then they did not check what they delivered very well. Dresser mirror had missing mirror. Somewhere it had been broken and all the broken piecies were gone. The frame was repacked. One the phone they were great people, they were nice about the claim. I should have paid for the full replacement value but it was old furniture and if it got broke it got broke. NEVER dreamed they would lose a huge oriental rug. The broken mirror and cover up was disturbing. This did happen a year ago and maybe things are better. I thought since they specilized in mini moves they would pay good attention to details. Guess I was wrong.
