Comment : They were helpful, courteous, and helpful with the move and it was expedited without a hitch. I would recommend them to anyone wanting to move. They made sure that there was no breakage of fragile items and left the boxes and articles where we wished them to. They treated everyone with respect and the supervisors treated their employees well.

Comment : This is a great place to go to be moved if ever you need someone. They were professional and courteous. The staff was just wonderful. The came in moved us out and back in within the time slotted. I will continue to use them for all of my moving needs. They explained how they would work and what they would do. No one stood around, they came to get the job done.

Comment : They showed up on time, and worked very quickly. I was surprised at the level of care they took with my girlfriend's furniture (they wrapped everything in pads). The entire loading process only took a few hours, and they were equally fast and careful with the unloading at her new apartment. Given how little they charged for the move, I expected to have a bunch of yahoos show up and toss everything into a pickup. :) But the movers were very professional, two loaders and a manager who kept on top of the workers to make sure that they did everything correctly. He checked that all items were properly loaded and secured in the moving truck prior to their loading the next series of things. Very impressed, and would definitely use them again.

Comment : I used them last week while I was moving to VT. Movers were real professionals. They came on time with necessary tools and they were well prepared for the move. They were fast, accurate and very careful with my belongings. I guess they knew what they had to do and as a result I got a perfect move.

Comment : Yap I must say that I got a big family but I got a small job by which I could hardly manage my household expenses. Last month we rented a new house. The actual barrier was to move everything there safely. I wanted to hire a company but then I thought it would be costly a lot. Then I contracted Presidential. They gave me some hope that they will arrange discount in my charge. They relocated everything without any damage. They also charged a little amount as they promised me. I am grateful to them

Comment : My experience was not so cool with my previous mover, so I did some research before hiring them. This time I just kept faith on the reviews I read. I wanted to go with a professional mover; fortunately I think I found the one, Presidential. They provided excellent service for me from the beginning to end; everything was in line with my demand. They were not that type of guys who intentionally waste time to earn more money. Everything was quite fair including the charges. I am very happy on me as I took decision hiring this company! I defiantly recommend them to everyone and absolutely I am going to use them the next move.

Comment : They have been yanked from service by the FMCSA. Unfortunately, we were scammed by them as well, in spite of days and hours of research for a moving company. I am not sure there are any reputable companies out there that can move you and not destroy your belongings. Our charges increased by 40% after they had the truck loaded. Several personal belongings were damaged at great expense to us. We had to wait for over two weeks for our belongings as well. The gentlemen who unloaded on our end were wonderful and very careful with our belongings. The driver was horrified to see some of the damage we had incurred. I am not very hopeful about receiving any compensation for damage done. Watch out that these guys do not resurface somewhere else. Maybe keeping the address in Arlington, TX would be helpful.

Comment : My delivery was scheduled for the weekend when hurricane Irma was supposed to landfall in Miami , so we had to postpone it for 2 weeks. Of course I was upset, but I understood that it was an unforeseen circumstance and there was nothing to do about it. Thank god Irma changed its direction and didn’t attack Miami, but still many people were without power. That’s why I was pleasantly surprise to receive a call 2 days after the hurricane from the company’s rep who told me that they can deliver my stuff in 3 days!! I was so happy because I had to leave Miami on Sunday for couple weeks, and I didn’t want to wait for my delivery so long. Everything was perfectly organized and I received my belongings on time and in excellent condition, nothing was damaged or broken!! Thank you for making my move so smooth in such a stressful period !

Comment : They are so friendly and knowledgeable, they are able to answer all of your questions and are happy to do so, they keep you informed and come up with a great plan, they help you inventory everything and they handle all of your things with care. Basically, they know what they are doing and they make sure you, your family and your belongings are taken care of!

Comment : I absolutely hated the idea of having to move since it creates so much unforeseen drama. But presidential made my move so easy. I hired them after my friend suggested them. They took over all the responsibilities on their shoulders and did such a fine job. Their administration was additionally great. They began taking inventories, wrapping every one of my effects and convey them outside to stack in their vans. The entire procedure was extraordinary. Comment : From start to finish, I was totally mesmerized by the way Presidential handled my move. They quoted so low to begin with. I would have been glad enough if they did an okay job given the price tag. But they elevated it to another level. I got a call from the company on the moving day asking if the movers could come early. I have never heard of movers who show up on time. Let alone be early! They finished the whole packing and loading process within a blink of eye.It was a sensational performance. They delivered on time, didn’t overcharge me and all my valuables were unharmed.
