Comment : I paid for door to door service. But the driver refused to bring my car to to my door in the destination city He brought it to the closest interstate exit and wanted me to meet him there! Huh Why the heck do they call it door to door if they do not deliver it to your door He started arguing with me because he was afraid to go over a bridge in Chicago. It was not snowing or anything, if he was afraid, why couldnot take another route? There are at least 6 ways to get to my place. The car was intact, but I feel jipped.
