Comment : This crew was awesome. We had a very difficult move with a lot of very heavy large pieces going from a two-story house to a three-story townhouse with a rooftop deck. We knew that the move was going to take longer than originally planned but these guys did not waste any time. They worked the entire time. They did not damage anything. They showed care for our things. The entire crew communicated very well making sure that our items were placed where we wanted them to be. The crew foreman was very detailed in explaining all of the charges. I wish we would have known ahead of time that they wrap everything with doors with a cling wrap and that any sort of shelving needed to be emptied or removed if the shelves could be removed. So this actually took some time that we could have saved had we known this ahead of time but I do not blame the movers for that because they were just trying to protect our items. Setting up the appointment was also easy and flexible.
