Comment : I used u-pack for a move and overall it went very well. The communication was less than perfect but they tries and the drivers seemed to care. I would use them again for sure. The price was reasonable and when you call they actually have people that answer. The container tracking is a little off, They should clarify the shipping test updates are only estimated. I hired a few guys to unload a pod that arrived 4 hours later than expected. Good thing I had other work for them.

Comment : Great experience. Moving from St Pete, Florida to NYC. Arranged for one reload cube. Do not let size fool you. It fits a lot. Drivers delivered and picked up cube on time. They were professional and accommodating. Cube arrived in three days and everything was as it was packed with no damage. Customer service was excellent and price was more than reasonable. Would definitely use UPack and recommend.
