Really good.
It was a small move that was a very short distance. It probably wasnot a big challenge for them. They had probably more men than they needed, but that did notreally affect the price. The movers were fast, prompt, and very professional. They called me ahead of time. They were really good about calling, checking and all that. They verified that everything was still on schedule. I was using them for the first time. I would use them again.

Hmmmm let me sum this up into simple words . Not professional. Bad customer service . Terrible organization. Terrible pricing. Have no clue how to run a business, would rather move myself on a skateboard than hire this company.

Not satisfied.
Run, run as far as possible and dont except a quote, worst moving company in Canada, was told by Lucas, who has now disappeared completely, that my move will arrive between 16 to 18 July, never happened, then was told by the rude accountant it will be the following weekend, didnt happen, eventually got hold of Mark, who assured us it will be between 28 and 30 July, guess what?? Its not being delivered, now Mark is not taking my calls, Lucas is not taking my calls and the rude accountant just keeps yelling over me that its a delay and not their problem and that the driver will call me sometime next week, I am sure, my move will again not be delivered. I have paid them in full on 12 July already, so in all fairness, they have stolen my money and my move. This is a direct quote from Lucas "And deliver them 16th-18th (no Guarantee, this is transportation , anything can happen on the road, unless there is nothing extra ordinary ,there is no delays )"

PLEASE DO NOT USE THIS COMPANY!
Awful, bait in switch, gave them an inventory list quote was 2800 when they got to my apartment it was 8000 and I did not have a choice but to pay, when they got to Houston I had to run to get a US Postal money order when took and 1.5 hours so when I got back they said I had used up my two hours and would only load my stuff in the driveway!!! PLEASE DO NOT USE THIS COMPANY! BAIT AND SWITCH, awful drivers, stuff all dinged up and missing legs to furniture

beautiful pieces of furniture were ruined or damaged.
The problem is that they stopped on the way to deliver my furniture and picked up another load. I can only assume the movers crammed the other furniture in with such force that my 65" Samsung tv and my other beautiful pieces of furniture were ruined or damaged. In addition, without asking they charged me $100 for insurance. I lowballed my damages hoping to simply get enough for a new tv, about $600. I did not realize their insurance had a $500 deductible. So they ended up offering me a net amount of $30. Yes, they have insurance but it is not to protect you as their brochure states. It is just to protect themselves. I will never use or recommend them again.

Positive moving experience .
Jason and Jay are incredible. It is rare that you have a positive moving experience but I did thanks to them. They met me on a Sunday, were friendly, professional and have a positive "can do" attitude. I will recommend them to everyone! Can not recommend enough!!

Very very bad dishonest .
Very very bad dishonest company very unprofessional poor quality of work DO NOT USE THIS COMPANY significant damage to my brand new home damage to my appliances and drywall and paint took forever and was a lot of back and fwd tried to charge us more money than what was quoted soon as they arrived after back and fwd with the office personal we paid what was quoted the men where very unprofessional dedicated in my new home restroom and the other dedicated in the home restroom we where moving out of they where unhappy to have to move items upstairs when I told dispatch it was a two-story home horrible horrible experience all the way around will not recommend will not use again I would like a refund my washer is brand new over 2k the drywall repair and paint will also be costly what a nightmare of a company they should not be licensed

As most of you are aware, hiring a moving company is very stressful. We are on tight deadlines and time is of the essence. Well, here is a kudos story. Not only were my guys ontime [(Omar-Lead), Jaime, Jose B], the were professional and asks questions to not only enhance my move experience, but to facilitate a seamless move. I have moved across country east/west and north/south on many occasions. This was by far my best experience yet.

It was a nightmare. Stuff we paid for them to pack arrived damaged. Furniture arrived damaged. A statue was shattered. Stuff disappeared. At our new location, movers arrived hours late, and there were only two of them, so it took until evening before our goods were inside. We submitted a claim for the minimum allowed, a check was sent, and it BOUNCED! Donot be fooled by their smooth front end sales pitch and remember what you just read here.

poor experience.
When we hired this company to do our move from NH to FL; in NH, they provided us with three men to pack our contents. However, they doubled the quoted cost of $6700 to $13,000; we had no choice as we had to be out of the house since it was sold - so we couldnot hire anyone else. When they arrived in FL; they only showed up with one man to unpack the contents forcing my husband who had an inguinal hernia and Hepatocellular carcinoma to assist with moving heavy items. Then the driver, when backing close to the house, damaged the carport!! I contacted the company who promised to pay for the damage. They didnot! I went through the arbitration process with the Transportation Arbitration board who ruled in my favor; but the company has not paid me, even though they said they would abide by the decision - so I have made it my mission to inform people how unscrupulous this company is - avoid them at all costs!

Advanced Moving Assistance LLC
Great experience.
I couldnot have asked for anything more. I have used Advanced Moving in the past and there was no doubt in my mind about who to have help me move this time around. Everything arrived at my new place undamaged. Dennis and his crew were more than willing to do whatever was asked of them. They put everything right where I asked them too and did it with a smile. They took apart the furniture that could be taken apart for easier (safer) transport and put it all back together when they brought it to the new place. They were very careful with all my stuff and very respectful of my things as well. They worked quickly and efficiently. If you have all your stuff packed up, the cost would be lower but since I had them help me pack up the rest of my stuff the cost was a little higher. Worth every penny to get it done though. I would definitely hire them again if/when I ever move again.

Wonderful moving company.
Kim who is the owner came with two of his staff, Leo and Edward to assist us with our move. I had read the reviews and hoped our experience would be similar. Let me just say, these gentleman couldnot have been any nicer. Kim was very responsive and even agreed to move us with less than 24 hrs notice. First of all, THEY ARRIVED ON TIME!!!! They had to maneuver in some really tight spots but there were ZERO scratches or dents left behind. Kim and his crew went the extra mile to help us get moved. I would highly recommend this company for any moving needs.

Horrible company.
"Horrible company. They quoted me 560.00 for the move, then charged for everything they touched, like 2.00 for one broom. I ended up paying 200.00 above the quote. They also lost all of my bath towels and expensive shower curtain and refuse to be pleasant or discuss it on the phone. Do not use these guys ever!"

K-D was recommended to me by friends, and I could not have been happier with them. The two movers arrived on time, were friendly and professional, and not one piece of furniture was damaged. On the day I moved, it also happened to be raining (sometimes torrentially), and they were careful to cover everything with blankets as they carried them outside and loaded them into the truck. There was absolutely no water damage to anything -- the only damp item was my mattress, which probably absorbed the humidity from the air. They did an amazing job, and made a stressful day that much better. I would definitely use them again and recommend them to anyone.
