Highly recommended!
These guys were impressive! We had a move set up and needed to be out by that day, but my realtor had issues and we did not get the keys when we were supposed to but still had to be out, I did not know what to do and Josh at the office calmly explained this happens and offered to bring my stuff to storage so that I could get out that day, then a few days later when we got the keys they brought everything over & set it all up perfectly. Not only was that such a big help, but the crews were actually really nice and efficient! Highly recommend!

Amazing moving company!
They arrived over an hour late, but the guys were amazing. Very nice, very professional, and didnot damage any furniture or any walls on either end of the move. Have already recommended them to friends and would use them again.

one week ago I was confused to move my home to a new location because it is a big headache, I searched on google and found Rapid Movers and Packers which is top in google with good customer feedback. So I call them and get a free estimate with a survey and decide to move with them. very professional and much-experienced team and services are very reliable and at affordable prices. I recommend if you want to move your home or goods must try once.

Fantastic Service.
From both movers and admin, total professionals, v nice, and all wore masks the whole time (and for that type of physical labor- what a pain in the butt for them). I ended up having them pack for me too bc they were so cheap. I am sure I won not be in my current apt forever and I will be using these guys again no question.

Wowww awesome service.
Wowww, I had an amazing move thanks to upack services, we moved from Montreal/Canada to Orlando/Florida... I went super smooth and zero problems, they were always there to answer any questions and god knows I had a lot... they left the trailer in canada for 4 days, giving us plenty of time to load and they deliver it in orlando way before schedule which was great...we ended up needing less space that I thought and the reduced our quote price by 250$ so my total coat was 2056$ US all included... way cheaper than any other moving companies out there... I highly recommend .

Local Business OK/Natl Service Excellent.
My young adult kids rented a trailer in Fayetteville. Disappointed the rental agency did not think to ask if their SUV had adequate towing capacity (spoiler- it did not). After I made them return the trailer and get a truck, we headed out for Texas. When the truck started having issues on day 3,5 hours from our destination, I found the UHaul roadside assistance to be fantastic- the call center personnel was great, our tow truck driver was fantastic and the Storage/rental facility in Fort Worth stayed open late for us to get the truck unloaded into storage. Bummer the truck broke but so pleased with how the situation was handled.

poor experience.
They ruined about half of my antiques. That was the worse moving company I have ever experienced. Their office is in Washington DC, but they have contractors that do their work for them. The one that I used was in Dallas Texas. They gave me an estimate of $3,900 to bring my furniture from Ft. Worth to Mississippi. When we got here they said that I owed them $4,400.00. They said that “we won not unload your furniture unless you give us the extra money”. They tore up a lot of our furniture and I am in the process of getting an attorney to sue them. I had some very valuable antique furniture and they busted it all up and there is no way that it can be repaired. They keep saying that it is not their fault. They over charged me $4,400.00 and they never told me up front about this charge. They woke us up at night and started packing up our furniture. They were supposed to have been there at 8 o clock in the morning. I will never use them in the future.

Great experience.
Pete and Sal were the best movers I have ever used. Extremely professional, patient and went the extra mile. They helped me dispose of a couple items I had no time to dispose. Last minute they took down our trampoline and helped me store it. They are careful, kind and professional. Excellent movers.

quick and efficient job.
Since they do not label and write each box and piece of furniture, the loading and unloading went quickly. All 3 men were in a good mood even after the long drive and unloading the truck. It was in October and no one was too hot or cold which probably makes it easier.

Fantastic experience.
Stopped by on a Sunday in May. The temperature in the Hudson valley was brutal. Stepped into the brewery and it was cool inside a welcome respite. Stepped up to the bar and ordered a flight to share with my wife and I. All four beers were keepers. Especially like the NE IPA and the Hellles lager. This is definitely a stop on out Hudson Valley beer tour!

Best company.
The crew arrived on time and worked very hard and efficiently to minimize load and unload time. Full value received and they worked until 11 pm to finish the job. They were obliging and polite at all times despite the long day. My only suggestion is for the company to buy some bigger trucks as they are using former U-Haul equipment.

We can not recommend this moving company enough... they moved a very large and heavy piece of furniture from storage to our home with ease, a second large piece from our garage into the main living area on the first floor and even moved a 4 drawer bed frame with mattress from one room to another. My father in law was present and said “these guys are professional”. Things that we really liked about this company: fast response time, They were early, they rolled floor protectors out, they got along and communicated with each other well. We had 3 gentleman for this move: Gordon, Francisco, and Michael. I would ask for this trio again in a heart beat. Thank you for your efficiency!!

Everything about this experience was exceptional, beginning with Laura C, the customer representative who was with us from begining to end,; to Bill, the moving specialst who came out for the home assessment; to the warehouse where they give you packing materials (we also had some delivered). They were always very responsive, very friendly and informative, very patient, very good rates, flexible and accommodating. Our move occurred over the 2 coldest days of the year. Load up was 8 am-5pm with the stop, an incredible feat for such volume and over 500 items. The crew was PHENOMENAL both loading and unloading; they literally worked non stop under grueling conditions, took great care with the items, were very considerate and responsive. Ask to have Al as the crew chief. They are 100+ year-old company and an agent for United Van Lines. they do more than residential moves and I am sure they probably excel at that too!

Most reliable moving company.
We got estimates from two companies. The other company had a higher estimate, and was high-pressured with their sales pitch. Jeff Williams was friendly and low-key, but professional. On the day of the move, the workers were there on time, ready to work. They were courteous and friendly. They protected the floor with heavy quilting, and wrapped all breakables especially carefully. They wrapped and packed the contents of the house and loaded everything onto the moving van, then went to our storage facility and loaded things from there. Early the next morning they unpacked the moving van. They said the company will even come back and pick up the empty boxes if you deconstruct them. Both the management and the workers were a pleasure to deal with!
