Very well. The two crew members were gentle with my furniture and walls/doors, calm, pleasant, and fortunately strong! They new how to move things, twist them through doorways. No problems at all.

Camelot movers were awesome. Although we experienced some delays no one could control, I was kept informed of every detail. The packing, pick-up, moving and delivery teams were all friendly, and more than happy to address any concerns we had. I would highly recommend Camelot to anyone needing local or long distance moving service.

Great Service From Cross Country Auto Transport.
I was delighted with the service that Cross Country Auto Transport provided in shipping my Honda Civic from the Bay Area to Pennsylvania. Beth in Sales answered all my questions promptly and completely, and explained the process thoroughly. Ralph in Customer Service committed to find the first available transporter that would meet my desired delivery date, and did just that. The transporter chosen by Cross Country, Euro Auto Transport, provided outstanding service. They picked my car up exactly when they sad they would, kept me informed of its progress, and gave me the option of a 10:30 p.m. delivery, which allowed me to avoid renting a car in Pennsylvania. The car arrived in perfect condition. I would not hesitate to recommend Cross Country and Euro Auto Transport for car transportation.

Yes! I was so stressed about moving my car I price shopped, review shopped and asked for referrals. It is not every day you ship something that costs so much money and the weight of making the decision was a heavy one to me. I talked to Joe about my concerns and asked him thirty questions about the process, what if, how long, what about and on and on. He answered all my questions and calmed all my fears I am so grateful to have found them. They did a great job handling my car and I would recommend them to anyone whos concerned about shipping their own vehicle.

They did not damage any items.
We had them move the bulky items. They did not damage any items. They brought four men with them for the job. They did have to make a second trip for the rest of our items. The truck they brought was too small.

We had a good experience with them as our packers for our move last spring. Everything was packed well and they used so much paper. We had a few items break but I do not know how it could have happened. Like the handle broke off of a cast iron pan yet everything else in the box was totally fine. Everyone who packed our house was personable and the older gentleman who seemed to be running things was terrific. There was one girl who seemed very new to the job who struggled a bit with the packing, but it was packed well enough that nothing was broken. We havenot fully unpacked all of the boxes, but so far so good. The company that did the actual move was just ok. We had a few pieces of furniture that broke on the way.

poor experience.
We hired Broadway to move the contents of our home to their storage facility for 2 months and then to our new home. The gentleman who came out to give me an estimate for the move and storage was very professional, sold his business as being family run and claimed they hired only professional movers who had worked for them for many years. However, when the crew arrived they came unprepared right off the bat. The truck was too small and they had to get 2 extra men on the job. The men complained immediately and vocally about having to move 3 floors and a basement of items so I guess they were not prepared for the job. They were not the speediest either and the bill for the first phase was over the estimated cost because of how long it took and the extra men needed. When our belongings were delivered to our new home we found that our bed frame and dining table had been water damaged in storage despite their claim of climate controlled storage.

Wonderfully!! They were punctual, hard-working, careful, skilled and very smart. I say they were smart because they realized that we would be crammed in half of the house with all of our furniture while the floors in the other half of the house were refinished. They actually suggested and set up a small space in the half of the house where we had be living that was quite functional. They didnot just move furniture; they thought about how to best do it to fit everything in half the space and still be able to, for example, open the refrigerator. We choose them for the good price and their availability on two consecutive weekends.

I can not recommend this company enough. Chaps so lovely and considering how hideous moving is they did their absolute best to make it easy for us in both houses. Quite a jolly day! A man from Broadway came to my house to estimate and he was very nice and professional. However, my original quote was about 1/3 of what the actual price ended up being. I did add an additional pickup location after the original quote, but it was on the way to my house and was just a couch. Besides the drastic difference in price, the two men that came did do a great job and handled everything with care. I did not have any damaged items or walls. In short, the quality of the work was great, but the person estimating needs to do a better job.

Excellently. The morning I called, Ed came out and gave me an estimate 2 hours later. The movers were in time, careful with our belongings, and finished 1/2 hour sooner than estimated. They also let me borrow used boxes free of charge. I would highly recommend them.
