Excellent customer service, prompt, courteous, careful and worked quickly
Overall, very well. Team worked on a Saturday to remove two dead ash trees from my back yard. Their team felled the trees, cut them up and hauled away. One of the trees accidentally broke a small section of my fence, but they were good to their word and replaced the fence along with a few extra fence pickets. This was my 2nd use of BRTS, and I will definitely keep them at the top of my list for future needs.

A Smooth Move
Professional team of movers
Smooth Moves have just completed the second half of a move from storage to new property. All was as professional as the first half, with Smooth Moves doing their very best to accommodate last-minute changing dates. Everything had been taken care of, in and out of storage. Thank you to Dani and the team. Would certainly recommend this company.

I exceedingly suggest them!
This was our first time utilizing a moving organization. Furthermore, I should say they made a Great showing! From the pressing to the conveyance. I was so inspired, the folks were so gracious and proficient. Particularly with my sensitive things. I will utilize them once more! I exceedingly suggest them!

Do not use!!!!
The service the gave was awful and unprofessional. They are rude and disrespectful. They have all these rules that they like to tell after they get to your home. The movers werenot knowledgeable or helpful. Donot use!!!!

Accelerated International Forwarders LLC
WORST COMPANY EVER.
I wish I could give less than one star. This is by far the worst company I have ever dealt with. They destroyed a large majority of our stuff when we moved back to the states from overseas and refuse to pay for most of the damages. THEY EVEN SHIPPED A FULL PROPANE TANK hooked up in our grill with it still open. When they opened our crate at the destination the entire thing reeked of propane because of their ignorance. Virginia McDonald is by far the worst and most incompetent employee I have ever dealt with. I have probably sent 10-15 emails in order to get one question answered, she either doesnot know what she is doing or just doesnot care (I believe it is a little of both). They try to find the cheapest most POC items to replace your stuff with that it almost isnot even worth the time to submit it. They also blatantly ignore the damage sheet and try to claim that damages were already on the item before it was shipped.

Very professional service .
Chuck was very professional - when I needed to move, he did not quote over the phone but rather met me in person with all of his papers ready (insurance, reviews, etc). John and John (I believe) came to move me on a very snowy day - they were in and out fast, got me to my new place and placed everything in perfect shape. Chuck followed up for a week or so to make sure everything was in good shape and it was.

Great company!
Pretty sure they are not closed as we just did a job together and, may I say, a pleasure to work with. Most other overs are nowhere near as good as my lilol company, but these guys are scary good. So many "old school" movers are still about squeezing as much money our of each client as possible rather than doing the "exceed expectations" thing good to see another moving company that understands that.

They will tell you that you donot need additional insurance as well as not offer you additional insurance for damaged property, should you have any during your move when specifically asked. They hire employees who have bad attitudes and are negligent with your expensive items such as a television and refrigerator. Donot waste your money or risk your property with this company. After 33 years in the same home raising our family and life circumstances, it was time to downsize for me. The task to pack alone was overwhelming. Working with Mike and the crew, I was able to get boxes, packing material and information how best to do this task. On the morning of the move, it was a very emotional time for me. The crew was so caring and professional and assuring which I greatly appreciated as I was a crying mess. Their care of me was such a blessing during this emotional and stressful time. Because I was going to be doing renovation in my new home, they securely put all belongings for those rooms in the garage in such a way that made it accessible and organized for me. Can not say enough how appreciative I was of everything they did.

Wonderful moving company.
All of the other moving companies insisted on a telephone quote. I have not yet signed an agreement, however, David Moving seems like a good company. Their price is high but it is what I expected for a move across the country.

They arrived on time they worked hard and steady Took reasonable breaks Made sure they placed items where we wanted them, even when we asked them to move stuff a couple of times no damage to furniture.

Overall, the move went well, no problems. They actually did show up a little earlier than scheduled, but that worked out well. I donot know if the 2 guys that showed up were his and quot;regularand quot; workers. I expected younger guys, but they did just fine.
