very professional and nice
My husband and I hired them to move from an apartment to our new home. They were easy to book, the rate was very fair, and they called the day before the move to verify. We needed two guys for the move and they even told us they had a 3rd mover on deck if we needed them. The two guys showed up on time, were very professional and nice, and they moved all our furniture from our two bedroom apartment into our house with no issues. We would definitely recommend them to anyone. Great company. Took the stress out of moving day.

Nice Guy Movers West Palm Beach
I really recommend their services
I hired Nice Guy movers on July 19, 2012 for my move from West Palm to Jupiter. I cannot say enough good things about them. They were professional, easy going, focused, and fun. Believe it or not, they made the move fun (well as fun as a move can get on a hot summer day in FL). All my stuff showed up intact and they did not take more time than they had to. The big guy was named "Big Sexy" and he had the best attitude, which was very refreshing. I seriously recommend these guys

Disappointed in this firm
This company moved my grandparents into a newly built house. When they moved they put holes in the walls and they scratched the walls and scraped the wood flooring and hand railing. They did not say anything about it, also they started to put the table together for my grandparents and they did not even put the bolts or screws in it. When they unloaded they were not listening on where to go to place the boxes and furniture, they just took it in and set it where ever they liked. They put the light boxes on the bottom of the truck when they loaded it and they smashed countless glass items they have been handed down in the family that are priceless. We got all the paperwork to report what was broken and damaged and the owner is not doing anything about it to pay for all of the damage.

Not happy about the fact that they had an ETA in their system for a particular day when my stuff was still in their warehouse, and no driver or pickup time was determined, let alone communicated. It eventually did all arrive, changing hands at least twice, with only 3 boxes damaged (all items fine). The local help is a bit of a hit and miss, some are great, others not so much. The ones that delivered were great and I would want to use them again.

Next stop moving and storage
very unprofessional
They agreed to one price and then charge more when they arrive. Furthermore, they up-charge for everything. They delivered late and did not cover the stuff they lost or the stuff they broke. I tried to call them several times about the lost items and they do not answer the phone. The process to file a claim is just ridiculous and very unprofessional.

pick up experience was positive and was done quickly
Intermovers was great. I mostly did the packing except for a few items which the crew did a good job of packing. The pick up experience was positive and was done quickly and was smooth sailing getting through customs and getting my things. I moved from NYC to Vancouver. Highly recommend and I will use them for the next international move.

I would highly recommend them
I cannot recommend these guys enough! Paul and John were my movers. They were professional, courteous, and a pleasure to work with. I moved during a marathon where my street was blocked off. Paul spoke with a local cop who let them in to park their truck, so what could have been a disaster ended up going very smoothly. The management office was also great to speak with. I had to change my moving start time and they were very helpful. Their rates are also the most reasonable I saw in my research. I am recommending these guys to everyone I know and I would absolutely use them again.

I-Go Van and Storage
damaged one of my items
Had this people handle my move and they either broke and/or scratched my furniture. United Van Lines will pay to fix the furniture, but they do not compensate you for your time wasted dealing with them for the furniture THEY broke and/or scratched!

Con:All pieces had minor damages after the move, badly damaged pieces had to be thrown out. Not a single item arrived intact. Things were either broken or had large scratches. It would have been cheaper to throw everything out, then to move it because of the amount of damage done. Edit: no i am not a competitor and yes i have pictures of all my broken items! Pro:Friendly people to work with.

This company is unresponsive with no customer service skills. Reported them and now company does not respond to anyone trying to reach them. The noted address is incorrect and they have been evicted from that address. Hopefully this company is out of business, because they do not deserve to be in business. The owner of the company should not be in any type of business. Extremely terrible and crooked company!

Imperial Moving & Storage
Avoid at all costs.
I have had wonderful experiences with at least 4 moves with Imperial Movers, up until our office move this week. Our furniture is trashed. Nothing was protected properly. I was contacted as a courtesy for feedback, and passed on my disapproval. Sent an email as instructed with images, did not hear a WORD in days until I called to follow up. Appalled and upset that now our office furniture looks like garbage. They offered $100 back for our $2k+ move for the "inconvenience". Additionally, we had hired Imperial Movers for another job this week to ship goods from NYC to Miami, for which we were quoted $2000. When the goods arrived, the price had changed mid-shipment - they held the items hostage and demanded we pay....$16K!!

I have used Original twice and have been satisfied. They are not the cheapest movers but I find you get what you pay for. They send a 3 man crew that is efficient and hardworking. My past experiences with 2 man cheaper companies have resulted in longer moves that cost the same. I agree with the other comments that the packing supplies cost is not something you can really predict beforehand. I have found that boxing everything beforehand limits their need to tape or wrap things.

I recently had to move on short notice and called O Neill Movers because they were local to me. Their price was very reasonable, they required no down payment and were able to fit the moving into my very tight schedule. Everyone was courteous and professional. All of my items were handled with care and placed according to my instruction. Payment was requested after they reviewed all paperwork with me and I assured them I was satisfied. Highly recommend this business!

excellent experience
OSI handled our move from NY to London. We hired OSI based on referrals and we are very please with their service. We had OSI pack all of our household goods and offer a full door to door service. The shipment arrived about a week late due to customs inspections, but we recd our goods with zero damages. All in all we are very please with OSI and would use them again.

What a great little company. Receptionist who schedules our appointment was very friendly and communicative. The 2 movers arrived with their truck on time. They were extra careful without items. The 2 of them had some very heavy items to move and navigate the stairs but they did a great job. It was raining as well. Not an easy task. Very pleased. Will definitely use them again. Do not hesitate to call them
